Carla's Drive In

Carla's Drive-In is another cool Mom and Pop burger stand in Bakersfield. Order at the window then find a picnic table to dine at if you are not taking it to go. I decided to eat my burger and fries at one of their tables. No indoor dining available here. Wait did not take long. Burger and fries were delicious.There was only one negative to my experience at Carla's Drive-In that day, and it was not even their fault. There were a few homeless loitering around and asking for handouts. Other than that, there were no issues. Service was good. Food was good. I liked the nostalgic feel of the place. Will definitely return if I am in the neighborhood craving a yummy burger.

Me and the wife came here to pick up a soda and a small burger and french fries the service was excellent right from the start fresh. The Pepsi was not too good or I would have given them a five star review. The location of this place is not in the best of neighborhoods, but they do their best to try to keep the trouble away but definitely will come back. The food was excellent fresh and juicy.

I was looking for a quick bite At a place that has outside dining.Carla's is it.I had the hot Pastrami sandwich with fries.The Pastrami was divine and the fries hot and crispy.The kicker was that I brought the dog with me. One of the ladies that work at Carla's brought the dog some dog biscuits. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Love this spot. Friendly workers. Great food and best of all great pricing with all this inflation helps to see a buisness not raise prices all crazy.Thanks Carla's Drive Inn!!!

Awesome spot for a little dive.I like the cheeseburger and grilled ham sandwich. I also had the chili dog pretty good but not a bean fan with my chili.

OK ....I'm on this side of town more than my own!! Carla's is, hands down, the best, ALL THE WAY AROUND! The food is delicious, the service unparalleled.Thank you to the cooks and the order takers. You restore my belief in mankind. The pricing is phenomenal. $8-9 for a burger combo. You leave feeling that they sincerely appreciate you.

I have always enjoyed all the different burgers Carla's offers. I have enjoyed their burgers for the last 25 years. A great local fast food eatery.
