First of all I must say our water pressure has improved considerably. A few suggestions if you are considering Can Do Crew Plumbing and their drywall referral service. 1. If you are having faucets being replaced purchase them in advanced. Otherwise the cheapest lowest quality faucets will be installed (confirmed after work was completed).2. Have rags or cheap towels available for their cleanup. Our face towels and one new expensive hand towel were used for their cleanup. The dirty soaking wet hand towel was slipped into the clean clothes. Found out the hard way when the wet PJs were put on soaked from the towel. 3. Have extra equipment for them to use. They will need your broom and dust bin. Blower as well if possible. Have extra garbage space for them to dump the stucco, drywall, etc. Our garbage was filled with drywall with a few more days before our pickup. 4. Expect alittle extra clean up, broken or unused pipes, saw dust, wet sunflower seeds (expect about 20 minutes forsunflower seed shell cleaned up). 5. If working around shower tiles expect broken tiles that you will need to repair yourself. Some breaks you may need to you hire someone for proper repair. 6. If you have a drywall/stucco guy of your own you may wish to use them. Otherwise expect your initial quote to increase after the job is completed. Paint and color match is not included. So be sure to ask in advance because you will not be advised until the job is completed. The work will be fair at best. Split boards and large sloppy gaps left. If painting is required you should have a paint pan on hand to provide them, you will not be advised in advance. Expect the deadline to be extended because of 2 to 3 hour working days. Expect stains on carpet and cement. 7. Make sure the job is completely done before payment. A shower pipe was not replaced before closing off a wall (Stucco overed and closed off). Told after found the shower knob was found hanging and slightly leaking that the pipe was old and should be replaced. Had the house "Repiped" for $13,000.00 I'm assuming that should not have been left out right?8. Double check for additional holes that you may not have been made aware of. We had 3, which change the repair price quote with the drywall guy. Ceiling and 2 in the bathrooms. 9. Correspondence wasn't the best so you may need to go in to get answers. A manager came out to suggest a new unit for the house. He was supposed to email the information but i never received any Correspondence. I call and was told they would leave a message for him to call me back. I never received a call back.

Interestingly I emailed and called three plumbers to get pricing and availability for my water heater that was not producing hot water. Can do crew was the only one that got back to me right away. In fact I never heard from the other two. Can do crew called me back by 8:15am said they could get someone out to my house that afternoon between 4-6pm. They called back later and moved me up to 11am which was nice. Jason showed and gave me the run down on my water heater. He said the ignition switch was out and he could replace it but it was plastic, and with my old water heater at 14 years old it would be difficult to tell how long it was going to last anyway. A new one would be more cost effective with the new sold ignition switch. I liked the way he explained everything and I pulled the trigger on the new one. He also gave me a nice discount since he could not replace it that day. The next day was fine and it was a very nice gesture. Jason did a great job and i can recommend Can Do Crew for any issues with Plumbing, Heating and AC. They are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a tech come out to do a routine maintenance check on two of our units. He gave us a list of thousands of dollars of fixes (also included a 14k new unit that he was trying to talk me into to purchasing bc our unit was so bad) with the bare minimum being to fix a gas leak for over $700 to do a new fitting to our furnace. We called out another company to get a second opinion... there was indeed a gas leak, that was fixed by simply taking it apart and putting it back together in less than 30 minutes and $100, and said the rest of the fixes we were told were not necessary and the unit was fine. Will def not be using this company again.

Contacted company and set an appointment for services (kitchen faucet replacement). Appointment day arrived with a 3pm to 5pm appointment time. 4:48 pm no technician or notification of reason for delay. I texted to inquire, they respond quickly. I explain the situation and 30 minutes later no response. I send final text that service was no longer needed, still no response. I wish this company success, but don't see them getting business with this less than one star customer service. Review wouldn't let me give a NO STAR review.
