California Truck Accessories

I want to give a big props to Casey from California truck ..I've been in contact with case for 2 1/2 months .. that's how long it took me to get my king shocks in.. I didn't order from them but I had them install my front coil overs and rear shocks for me .. let me tell you this guy Is legit .. he knows his stuff when it comes to lifted trucks and measurements.. I have full trust in casey and California truck will be my go to place for everything.. thank u guys .. and for the guys who installed them thank you .. I love my king shocks .. see you guys soon for more mods to my truck

Long story short Kammie is absolutely amazing. Some of the best customer service I have ever ran across in any industry. Full story, recently I was on a work trip going through Bakersfield north through Sacramento and Redding. I was out to dinner and came back out to the broken rear window in my leer shell. I carry a lot of gear for these work trips so it was a priority to get it fixed (quickly). I called every leer dealer from Bakersfield to Sacramento. Literally. And if you have ever needed leer parts in the last couple years you know why, they are impossible to get ahold of, don't stock parts, and have massive leed times. No one would help. Then I got a hold of kammi at CTA. she tried to see if there was a compatible shell in stock. She then fought through leers horrible phone and customer service to get ahold of them with my information. She called back with a part number, a promise it was in stock (in LEERS building in Sacramento, AND the number of a local installer that I could bring it to. Everyone told me impossible, or two weeks. Kammi went WAAAYYY out of her way, and gave me a solution to be fixed in 2 days! All while knowing she wasn't ordering or installing for me. She literally saved my trip. I am so impressed and thankful for the leg work she did for me. She also followed up a day later to make sure it was all taken care of. I do not live in Bakersfield but travel there for work all the time and I will be buying future truck accessories from her. 10/10 thank you again kammi.

Thanks Cal Truck for taking care of our RV trailer repair on the morning we were leaving for an out of town trip. You saved our vacation! Everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable, excellent customer service!

I have met the owner to this establishment and the lady seemed really sweet. But I have went in at least four times to ask about some items for my truck thinking that the experience would be different every time but it never changed every time I go in nobody ever asks if they can help you and I'm not one to really complain but today was just horrible, after being inside the store for about 5 minutes I go up to the counter write in front of 2 employees one was looking at her phone and the gentleman was looking at the computer and neither one said anything so I just blurted out my question and the lady says can I help you (like I'm not 3 feet in front of you and you couldn't see me or hear me) so I ask my question again and the guy on the computer next to her responds to the question without even looking up. WOW. I tried so I'll just take my business down the street literally.

I had to have running boards added to my 2014 Honda Pilot so when I did price comparisons I found that California Truck & Auto Accessories were very compatible. I was able to save over $100 and the staff was very courteous. They ordered the parts and booked my appointment to my availability. When it was time for my appointment, they took my automobile right in and within two hours I was able to pick it up. Thank you Kammie and staff for your great customer service.

Big thanks and shout out to Casey for taking good care of my new baby! They put Amp steps, new wheels and a bed cover on and it looks SO much better! Great people to work with.. highly recommend!!!

The little old guy or gal whatever it is doesn't seem like he/she wants to be there! Acts like your the POS and not respecting customers at all.... Avoid it at all costs! Talk to the tall white dude... He seems cool AF

The old lady was very disrespectful and racist because when she was talking to her white fellow she had a good attitude and then when it was our turn her attitude change drastically, she was talking like if we owed her money ,like it not my fault she has to fucken work there so if you Mexican i don't recommend you there

They installed air suspension on my Ford F-350. Did excellent work. Would highly recommend them.
