Been bringing my toddler here for almost a year and I used to come here for piano lessons way back when. However, while purchasing the drum set today, I asked if they could deliver it for me and the store associate said she'd check with her boss. Shortly after, the store associate came back and never told me if they could deliver it. I asked her 2-3 times and my question was never answered. I even said I could pay for delivery and still, my question was not answered. Instead, she said I could just put it in my car with her assistance. Either she never called her boss or the boss told her no. Idk, it was a little weird. If the delivery of the drum set wasn't possible, she could have been direct about it instead of dismissing my question.

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, the staff was friendly, helpful, joking with us as if we were old friends. We took in our daughter's clarinet, which was almost 10 years old, and traded it in for a brand new violin for our other daughter. Love that this place does trade-ins that will go towards a new instrument!Cute fish tank by the register, props to the fish guy!Prices of the violins were cheaper than the music place on Ming and New Stine.

Excellent customer service and they know their stuff. The rent, and buy options are great, and they have great equipment! Great experience for my daughter's violin. very recommend.

Met w/ Daniel, but all staff present was helpful. Purchased a new keyboard to learn how to play (late in life). Daniel was helpful, not pushy, very knowledgeable and seemed to understand exactly what we wanted. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and we'll will be back in the future.

If you need music books and some stuff for kids in school music programs, they send you here. To me, the selection of instruments on hand was scarce, and music was OK. There wasn't, that I could see, a place to try out things, and service at the counter was pretty slow. I just wanted to buy one thing, which wasn't on display, and go. Took me well over 30 minutes to do that. Price was OK. Store was a little tight to move around in, but there were many customers there. Not my first pick if I need something in the future. I bet if you go when they aren't busy it is better.

We purchased a vintage piano recently at a piano sale. It was an easy transaction and delivery. We were very happy with the purchase, the service and the communication. We also purchased a new acoustic guitar which was also an easy transaction. The staff were all friendly, store was clean. No pressure to buy anything but a great selection meant we found just what we wanted.

Really satisfied with customer service. Forgot my snare stand and Daniel took care of me. On tour and he came through for me. Highly recommend them.

Just had some work done on my 16 year old French horn. Jessica did an amazing job. The instrument looks and plays like a new horn. Over the moon!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Place was clean and bright with all the instruments. Lots of instruments to see! Staff works with you on a budget to pay or rent your instrument.

I will not return to that business for any reason. I sought a very simple repair, which I have now completed myself. All I received from the staff was a litany of reasons they could not do it.
