Retake all of our trucks to add alarms, and they're very courteous, kind and very thorough in their work an excellent place to take your vehicle for Audio equipment or for a car Alarm

Just want to say don't ever go to California audio concept on California ave. I had them install a line output converter for my stock deck and they almost caught my truck on fire!!!!. They said it was completely done I paid and I drove away got to a store and locked the truck went inside and 20 mins later someone came into the store yelling saying my truck was smoking and the subs were booming with nothing on. I ran outside and ripped the power wire out of the amplifier. I called them and the owner was a complete dick. Blew my subs because of there install. Nearly caught by truck on fire and they said it was my fault! I was gone from there shop for 23 mins exactly! The owner is a dirt bag! Don't ever shop here not worth it! BLOW THIS UP! Worst possible place ever needs to get closed down in my opinion . Wouldn't even give me a incident report to give to the better business Bureau

Dont recommend anyone going here. I needed them to tell me a problem about my stereo or to try to fix it. They denied my service. I was willing to pay the price, i wasnt rude at all. I was telling him what my stereo was doing and he just said thats not my problem to handle, I cant tell you the problem & dont come back because i wont get help. All i wanted was some help fixing my stereo or give me the problem and they couldnt even do that. Rudest people ever. I would understand if i was being rude to them or anything like that then they have the right to deny me. Dont recommend this place at all.

Second car I've brought in. Never disappointed with the service. You pay for what you get. They make it look super clean and sound quality is great! I would recommend them to anyone looking for great quality.

I just went to this car stereo shop in my 1997 Ford F-250 diesel and I told him I wanted to buy a stereo and alarm from them and get it installed he said fine come over at 4pm and will get it done. do to the fact that I'm on a time crunch I bought a alarm and stereo from another place and didn't think it would be a problem for them to install it. So long story short I get there and he said he couldn't do the job cus I bought an alarm and stereo from someone else which just shows you where his mind is at and it's only in making money not helping the customers I was willing to pay for the over time my self to his workers but I didn't offer because he just wasn't a good person to deal with at the end of the day he's got that big city mentality LA bull shit should go back to LA where they don't give two F:$@@.I'm posting a pic of my truck so he can remember me at the end of the day he lost money not me it ain't my fault you have no

Jay and the guys are great to deal with. They carry products in all price ranges including the higher end items from JL Audio and Focal. They are good at beating or matching what you find online and you don't have to worry about not having the manufacturer warranty. They've got you covered.

I went in and had a viper alarm system installed. I have had issues from day one with it draining battery. I finally had it removed. The tech said it was installed poorly and that was one issue they screwed up. Don't go there. Bakersfield audio is the place to go.

I came in asking for information about a product. And the employee who "helped" me was the rudest human being i have ever met. It seemed as though I was bothering him, when it's job to help the customers. Never going again. I would put 0 Stars If I Could!!! Also very overpriced. Stay Away!!!
