Cali Smash Burger

I was scrolling through my social media account and seen that this was the latest food truck in "food truck alley" on the corner of Rosedale Hwy and Calloway. There was an ad for their version of animal style fries and it got me craving them so I decided to take the kids. I ordered their Cali Style (animal style) tater tots. They were not great. They needed more sauce and definitely more onions but they especially needed to cook their tater tots longer. My daughter tried the garlic Parm wings and hated them. There was a TON of Duce all over the wings but there was no flavor. She took a few bites and left them for me to eat and I couldn't even eat them. The service was awesome and friendly though so for that alone, I will come back and try them again. This time I will get an actual burger.

So, I finally broke my milkshake tradition and decided to try their burger and fries! The burger reminds me exactly like a Culver's in the Midwest. Almost dead spot on with flavor and seasoning and the fries were perfectly cooked with an actual crisp. Service was top notch and only disappointment was they had no ice cream for shakes this time around. Not sure when they are super busy how long an order takes, but I went during a slow time and my order was up and out in about 5-6 minutes and packaged in the white closed boxes. Portion of fries was plenty and wonky thing I will remind people which my daughter told me to do was make sure you order ranch at time of order otherwise you won't get it as you have to pay for it. Overall experience was great and I'm sure I'll find myself here again especially for the shakes and spoon or those deep fried Oreos. However just my opinion the burger is not over the top and definitely not something I'll find myself absolutely craving but definitely something I can enjoy from time to time.

Try this place out just recently and I have to say the burgers were really good and the fries are bomb. I'll have to come back to try the rest of the menu. Cool little spot have a few different food trucks. The place has benches and tables and sail shades. Cool vibe with music playing while you eat. The service is pretty quick for the most part.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. We had the grilled cheese smash burger and fries and OMG! The grilled onions, the sauce, the well-seasoned burger patty! SO much goodness! And the fries were perfect and crispy and well-seasoned as well.If you're craving a good burger, this is the place!

Really good fries! The best! I only like to order fries from this place - but did they move locations? They werent open the last couple of times I stopped by recently

The Tijuana Burger was bomb! Comes with chorizo crumbles, grill onions & jalapeños, and queso fresco!!

I've never been able to try the food because each time we try to order on Uber eats, they cancel the order. Don't offer a service if you can't provide it. Hopefully I'll have time to actually go out there and be able to try it some day ‍ I'm only posting on here because it's the only way I feel like they'll notice and change that issue.

Don't know they have moved from the corner of Rosedale and we have no idea where they moved to. Last time we ate there, we really liked the food.

Cowboy burger bread was soggy expected a more toasty bread. Chilli was super dry won't be goin back here only reason gave them 3 stars cuz of the employee very polite and fast service

The burgers were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. And the fries!!! I haven't had fries this good in a long time. I've been to other burger places and this place is definitely one of my favorites.
