So I've been to this location before but to a Zumba party at The Royal Palace, but I've never heard of this place. It looks like this business shares this location with two other businesses. Once i entered the main doors, their business is to the left. I was greeted by a friendly woman who took my forms and registered me. She also took my fingerprints. The whole visit took no longer than ten minutes. She also had me fill out a ticket with my name and cell number for a raffle that she said they do each month for a $100 prize just because. I thought that was pretty cool. And this business just doesn't do fingerprints. They're a notary, and I'm sure much more. This service/visit was very pleasant!

Justin made this an easy process. He is very personable. Highly recommended for your fingerprinting needs. Justin made sure prints were good. He won't let you leave until it's perfect. You can schedule an appointment or just walk in. There was no wait, and we were in and out. 1-25/24

Used California Reg services for livescans. Very professional and technology is easy to use. Sends fingerprints to FBI automatically and status emails showing progress of background check. I've used them

Terrible customer service. They are very unfamiliar with the services they offer. Called and asked if they offered a specific livescan. They replied sure definitely. Come on down. I drove all the way there. The person seemed not to know at all what she was doing. Comes back to me after several minutes to inform me they don't offer that type of live scan. The one I had just called and specifically asked about. Total waste of time. Very unprofessional. There are plenty of other options available in town.

I called that other guy by the bank, and like all the reviews say, he was rude and was acting like he was doing you a favor! I called these guys and Wow! What service! Very respectful and boy do they know their stuff, two young ladies were in there before me, and they were hard to print, but these guys got it done!! They were familiar with my government paperwork and filled all the paperwork for me, all I had to do was sign! Prices were very reasonable! They are next to the Sign Shop! Thanks guys

Went in to get fingerprinting done, everything was extremely fast and easy! Dani's sweet attitude made the process a breeze
