Cal City MX Park

I have gone to cal city like not even a handful of times. The track was cool and never had a problem. Yesterday the owner posted something dragging another business because the owner reported him for staying open while covid -19 is happening. Mind you in the state of California there's currently a stay at home order asking non - essential businesses to close. They also state that gatherings of more than five people are prohibited. Anyone failing to comply could face consequences. -- the owner believes he is above the law and thinks it doesn't apply to him. I disagreed with him and he went as far as calling me crazy (hence the one star review). He literally welcomed criticism in his post and because I was the only person who disagreed with him he went out of his way to insult me. He blocked me after doing so. If you want to go ride dirt bikes I highly suggest other locations. the owner is unprofessional and doesn't do well with criticism. I would also avoid this location simply on the fact that while other small businesses are struggling and doing their part by shutting down he didn't. I highly recommend LACR over this place!

I checked online for track opening days and times. It shows that the track is open Saturday and Sunday's. Well we arrived Saturday 02/07/2021 and the track was closed. It's sad that ownership can't even take the time to update calendar. I'm glad I didn't have to travel 1-2 hours like most people. Lucky for us we found a nice place to ride. Had a great time.
