Cacciatore Fine Wines & Olive Oil

The customer service people are lovely. BUT I never got to try their olive oil or wine because it was sent FedEx and FedEx would not deliver the carton unless I was home. I live alone and although I waited all day today, and left a note asking them to ring my bell until I appeared at the door...they left a "you're not home" door-tag without leaving the package or ringing the bell.This is their 3rd attempt to deliver. Not the company's fault perhaps, but inconvenient as heck! I'll buy retail from now on.

I found this little Gem of a company in 2016. My first attempt at personalizing a wine lable for a gift was for my brother's birthday. When I sent what I wanted to Debbie, she said it was too big & they could not do it. While I tried to figure something smaller, She e-mailed me a label and asked if it would work. (IT WAS WHAT I ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR!)At that time, they could not deliver wine to Idaho, so I had it shipped to a friend in Reno, & drove there to pick it up.When you give a gift of Personalized wine or Olive Oil, it amazes the receiver,Since 2016, I have ordered countless times, Wine, & Olive Oil.Yesterday my brother received his second case of personalized wine, for a birthday gift & was again floored by it! Over the years, I have sent my relatives wine and Olive Oil. I even provided Gift boxes for a silent auction for my 45th High School Reunion.Everyone loves it! Debbie Towle is so good at customer service!
