"I heard that there was a new supplement shop in town that had good prices, so I decided to check this place out. Bakersfield pretty much has GNC and two other supplement shops to choose from and they have much to be desired in either customer service or prices. That being said, here's what I thought about this place. Customer Service: Since AM is only a month old, the owner was the one that assisted me. I came in looking for a pre-workout and he asked what I was looking for in a pre-workout and we went from there. He was very knowledgable and guided me to something that I'd like.Selection: AM carries Ronnie Coleman's Signature Series and Jay Cutler's Nutrition line of products, which aren't too bad. The selection of other products wasn't bad, but the owner said they had more stuff on order. Price: The prices on most items were cheaper than other supplement shops in town; so if you want your supplements right there and then, it beats ordering them online. I left a satisfied customer and it's safe to say that I'll be back."

"I first met the family at my local gym Crunch and after talking to them for awhile there I told them I would come Saturday to talk with them further so when I went in Saturday to my luck myself, my boyfriends mom and my friend were the only ones there so we basically got a private lesson on all our questions we had. It was extremely nice for the owner to take almost 2 hours of his time to talk with us and thoroughly explain things to us to really help us and teach us things we didn't know. We each used the InBody system and it was really neat to see what we needed to work on to get healthy and the owner talked over our whole sheet with each of us so we could completely understand everything . "I came here about a few weeks ago, early March and my husband knew we were gonna be homeless soon and needed something for pain and to help us sleep to make it through the month at least! I must say, the CBD Gummies we bought are so good and yummy tastes just like candy so be careful with small children or they may eat too much! It's safe but not when you eat lots and lots even good stuff can effect you when overdone! "This is a little shop in downtown that sells Doterra oils. Mindy Martindale is the Wellness Advocate that owns this business. I love essential oils and have probably 50 of them but only 6 are Doterra. The reason I only have 6 is that they are very high quality therapeutic-grade essential oils and can be ingested which brings a higher price tag. I have just got in the habit of ordering on amazon cheap oils for my diffusers. I have never used the oils internally. In just the 10 minutes I spent with Mindy I realized what I have been missing. I could definitely benefit from a lot of these oil. I suffer from sciatica issues and there is an oil and a gel supplement you can take to help that. I think they both are around 42$ I am going to be trying that. I posted a calendar of classes Mindy offers, DIY workshops and she is available for free wellness consults. She is a wealth of information and I look forward to her classes and learning how these oils can benefit my family's health."
