"This is a lovely local restaurant. The service is decent and attentive. The pho I had was pretty good. I like the broth, as there was no aftertaste, and the toppings were fresh. However, the meat was not my favorite. The ambiance is small and quaint, but the place is very clean and tidy. I believe this will be one of my go-to pho spots in town. PS, the Thai tea was delicious. I pretty much swallowed it. Nice place."

"I like coming here for lunch because their portions are big! I usually order a plain pho with all the fixings off the kids Menu and that does it for me. The staff is attentive and the young man who seats, serves and takes payment is always so polite and goes above and beyond. This is a Bakersfield staple, for sure.The only issue I have is the Bathroom. It's a little run down compared to the rest of the restaurant. They have an air powered hand dryer as opposed to paper towels. I can see the economical choice for this, however, I would prefer paper towels to open the door with after washing my hands instead of raw dogging the handle after washing."

"It's right next to mochinut, yay!! It's a nice spot for families to have lunch or dinner. Food is priced well compared to a lot of Vietnamese and Asian restaurants in town. We went for a quick bite to eat, so we didn't order any of their bigger menu items, but I definitely want to try their Pho and Vermicelli noodles next time.The service was also great. Our waiter was very kind and attentive."

"On a cold autumn evening, I was out riding up in the mountains and needed something to warm my core. Looking at Yelp and Google, the options were limited, so I figured some South-eastern Asian food would fit the bill. I had the kao soi and it was different from anything I've had in the past. Adding some of the spice at the table, it was just spicy enough and warm enough to make me forget the cold that I had been riding through all day.Service was attentive and the food came out quick enough. There were a lot of call-in orders while I was sitting there, so I could see how it might take a minute to get a large order fulfilled if you just walked in, but the people I saw leaving all had a smile on their face."

"SO glad there is a new option in town for Vietnamese food! We've had them twice so far and have enjoyed it! Does it rival little Saigon options, probably not. But is it a good for Bakersfield where we really lack Vietnamese food options? Hell yeahhhh! We have tried the following:Beef pho: generous portions, flavorful and hits the spot!Beef rice plate & pork rice plate: so good! They come on skewers, a side of rice & sweet fish sauce & some daikon + cucumbers. Portions are generous and was such a yummy lunch/dinner option! Eggrolls: not bad but needs some work the wrapper gets so soggy by the time we get home which is like a 15 min drive.Garlic noodles: bomb.com if you love garlic get this! Fried rice: on the blander side but still a yummy buttery fried rice. Nothing alittle chili oil won't fix! Follow them on IG/FB they are running some soft opening specials on right now. They are located in the same parking lot as studio movie grill & offer booth seating! We've only ordered for takeout but everything is always done by the time we arrive & service is friendly!Support Asian owned businesses!"
