"I rarely need an equipment rental, but when the Bakersfield East Rotary club had a massive project at Rotary Park on Panorama I knew we needed more than rakes and shovels. I started calling rental places for prices on a bobcat excavator. BSE had the best prices and the friendliest service. Things only got better when I went to the store. The same guy I'd spoken to was happy to help me, the outside guys were very attentive and accommodating. When I returned the equipment the y were Johnny on the spot to assist me, make sure everything went well and expedite my return. I can't remember when I last experienced this level of old fashioned service. To top it all off, because I brought the equipment back early, the price was better than I was quoted. I highly recommend doing business with the team at BSE Rents on Columbus!!!"

Decoration and styling presented one of the biggest challenges leading up to our backyard wedding reception, as we both did not have a clear vision as to what we wanted even after talking to multiple decorators and doing research/homework on looks. We found Rustic Yard on Yelp and reached out to obtain quotes. To be honest, I reached out a few different times as I wasn't sure what to rent (heaters, tent, sizing, etc.). This was the last thing I wanted to deal with before the wedding but Carlos made the experience so seamless. He was patient, understanding and direct. We rented a clear tent with patio lights and chandeliers that made our event magical. They set up the tents, dropped off the heaters and furniture the day before the wedding, in the rain and still did it with a smile. They were professional through the entire process. "In the end everything looked nice. I found this party rental place on Facebook, had very few and great reviews. At first lorena was very nice and attentive to what I wanted. Then when it was a day before event, she sent me 1 portable restroom instead of 2, she insisted it was 1 but I sent her my receipt. I was told they would bring them the next day to fix error. Later they set up the canopy and because I thought it was very open from the front we called to ask her to close up a bit but she didn't really want to, she wasn't as nice as in the beginning. But she still tried to fix it up for me. Be prepared to be asked for a lot of water that just gets dumped on your concrete. Overall I thought it was ok, but I would not rent from here again."

"We used to use this place all of the time. I would actually give it more of 3.5 stars, but I round up. Theyre prices are not cheap. We actually found a different place that rented us tables for at least 2 or 3 dollars cheaper per table and half the price on chairs. Same stuff. What upset me, was one time I was there 10 to 5, I know, they close at 5. But they couldn't wait for me to leave that store, and right behind me, they closed the door and locked it. I felt very unwanted, like my business was more annoying than pleasure. So we changed venues. If you are a repeat customer, and you go before 5, you should be good."
