"Great pizza and wings! Just got done eating from Captain Tony's, and I have to say the pizza and wings we had were amazing. I went to this pizza place years ago and was not very impressed. But, there are new owners operating it now and they have made some great changes. This is some really good pizza, so do yourself a favor and give them a try!"
"Everything about this place was outstanding. The owner is so nice, and she makes the magic happen. Homemade noodles made with love. There was nothing that wasn't just perfect. Portions are big, you will definitely have leftovers. Worth every penny. This place is busy from the moment it opens. If you haven't been here, I highly recommend it. Very clean and inviting. *Tonight the special was the cauliflower risotto and the seafood pasta1-13-24"

"This was our first time coming here amd I have to say, we will definitely be returning. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is classic Italian style, sit down restrestaurant with a game room for children. You can come here for a nice evening out as a date or bring the family and have a fun casual evening.I ordered the fettuccine with sundried tomatoes and chicken. Perfectly prepared. The chicken was nice and moist, with the peperfect texture, al dente pasta, and a beautiful creamy alfredo sauce. 10/10 Oh, and the breadstick was so soft and warm.My husband ordered a pizza with peperoni, Italian sausage, pastrami, and black olive. He's quite the pizza connoisseur, and he also says 10/10.We showed up just before 5pm on a Friday and it was not busy at all. Leaving the parking lot at 6pm however was a bit difficult. Quite a few people started coming into the shopping center around that time.Overall, 10/10."
"I can't tell what I like more, the ambiance, or the decor. I have a hard time figuring out which i like more, the ambiance, or the decor. the roma sandwich is the ultimate sleeper shadow wizard gang choice of sandwich because it is so infatuating with the perfect blend of salamis, peppers, and cheese together. I ate the entire bag of chips including the wrapper so i don't know what brand they were but the jalapeño chips are always a must. I saw that they had ice cream and gave it a shot, 1/4 for 99¢ like you know i'm hopping on that deal faster than a crackhead on a pipe. So the awesome worker went and defrosted the ice cream (that's beyond an extra mile i mean, we're talking at least 2 miles) and came back with like half a pint and let me take it. THEY DONT DO THIS ANYWHERE ELSE ARE WE FR RIGHT NOW? Great deli great place great people and even greater sandwiches (and wraps!)"
"We ate here at 10/19/24 approximately between 8:10pm to 9:35pm. My friend and I had the worst experience here. We waited over 40mins for our food. My friend order a pasta with chicken and I ordered a vinaigrette salad with goat cheese.Other people that arrived later got their food before us. When we asked our server Hannah S where our food was, she said there was an evening rush of people. It was a busy evening, though from the moment sat down to the moment we left, there was not very many people there. My friend would constantly try to make contact with any of the staff so we could get help, and no one came. Our server Hannah S. made this excuse that her chicken was needing to be defrosted and it took 15 mins to defrost and it is almost an hour before we got our food. And that is why it is taking long. She said that my salad was done and all she was waiting for was my friend's pasta and chicken. First off, as a customer I would not want to know my chicken is frozen and being defrosted.Shortly after, we spoke to our server again about the delay, our food magically appeared. My friend's pasta was not really warm. It tasted like it had been sitting there for a bit.My salad obviously looked like it was just made. We didn't get our silverware till right before our food came. This makes it seem like our order was not placed or they were discriminating toward us especially since we were the only Asians there. At this point of us waiting for so long for our food, it should have been at least comped for the inconvenience. As guests of visiting the city of Visalia, we are disappointed at the quality of food and customer service. This is not a good representation of the restaurants here. Not sure why there is this many positive yelp reviews. And don't get me wrong I seldom post bad reviews, but this was one I had to share."
"Had a large group come and we had excellent service. Food came out quickly. I had the chicken piccatta and I wanted to lick the plate the sauce was delicious. Everyone thought their food was presented beautifully. Not sure is this is an Italian restaurant that also serves Mexican or visaversa. All loved their food and was impressed with everything. Looks like they have live music on weekends. The prices were very decent. Salads were under $20 and pastas were under $30. I belive only steak was over $30. Our waitress was awesome I feel bad I didn't get her name but I tipped well."
"Cesar's Deli has been my go to lately when it comes to catering! I will say the food is absolutely tasty and prices are great! The Penne pasta with the Alfredo sauce has been one of the top hits for sure! Whenever I've arrived with that pasta in hand you can literally smell the deliciousness as soon as I walk in. In the last two weeks I've ordered from here about 3 times and every office always asked where the food was from before I left because they enjoyed it so much. The sandwich platters are huge, and feed much more then you would think especially when paired with pasta. The cookie tray is also so good! So don't skip out on dessert if you're ordering from the catering menu. So worth it! The staff is also super great, and always provide serving spoons and help me carry out my order!"
"I did something I don't like doing and that's order take out from a really nice restaurantEverything was solid. Food stayed hot and was hot when I arrived home. Everything was packaged nicely and with care. Taste was amazing and what I'd expected if I were in the restaurant. The bonus was I was able to pick up the pork chop I order with my hands and enjoy it like a barbarian in the comforts of my home with no one to judge me."
"This little gem is tucked in one of my favorite shopping centers with all these amazing restaurants. When I walked in, couldn't help but feel that ambiance - it has this intimate atmosphere, perfect for small group dinners or date nights. Food was delicious, service was nice. A single serving is good enough for sharing. Wouldn't mind going back here, maybe dress up a little bit less casually next time."
"Everything was delicious! Not pictured was the calamari, which I wish we had ordered more of. Cozy atmosphere and our server was great. While the food took a bit of time, it was worth the wait!"
"Gio does it again fantastic service and great hospitality. The marinara sauce was amazing! I brought a different colleague and he fell in love with the chicken parmigiana. I'm not from Wasco but that restaurant is worth visiting for dinner whenever you're in town. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. I send my regards to the owner great establishment and great work."
"We used to come here a lot many years ago. It's We recently went there after a night of drinking to soak up some alcohol and heard the food was great. Let me tell you their food now is amazing. Specially after a night of drinking, it was a little awkward being in my 40s and in a place full of 20 somethings but it was just nice to see everybody having a good time no drama but if you want some good late night eats definitely come check this place out. Definitely try the Italian sausage bread so good."

This is a sweet little gem in Tehachapi, it feels like you're being served right out of your nonna's kitchen. Their pasta dishes are amazing - they make their own pasta and we always have enough for leftovers for another night of wonderfulness. Also, shoutout to the waitress who is always there, she is incredibly kind, and even got us dessert on the house. If you're looking for a sweet and cozy spot for some incredible pasta, this is the place!

I used Caesar's II Delicatessen to order a meat & cheese tray for our family's Christmas Eve party. The tray comes with meats, cheeses, olives, and a bag of Pyrenees sourdough French bread party slices. The tray I purchased served 14 people. I've ordered these trays thru the years and they never disappoint. The folks at Caesar's II are just the friendliest! Even though the place may be packed and busy busy, the staff is nothing but calm and courteous! There is a great atmosphere and you'll feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Give them a go...you won't regret it. PS Caesar's II has great freshly made sandwiches, salads, desserts, etc.

Good food. Better drinks. Nice cool environment for impressing a date. It's a nice place but you will pay for it. Prices are a little high for what you get but it delivers what you would expect. Worst part is the long walk to the bathroom.

The food was great especially the chicken farcito with panne pasta. I added veggies to it which added lots of flavor. The service could have been a bit better- I've ordered the nachos as an appetizer and yet it was the last dish brought out. And we weren't given small plates to service the nachos. I brought it home instead. The ambiance was exciting because it was Taco Tuesday and they had a JD playing songs so people could dance to it. On this day of the week it's best if you call to reserve a table.

Caesar's has been a favorite since the 80's back when it was on Niles St. I love that the sandwich's still are made the same, please don't change anything, my go to is the Venice! Our cashier was a very friendly guy we ordered salami, ham and cheese to make a charcuterie board and he was making sure he sliced them just as we preferred. I appreciate his service and attention to detail. The only negative was the eating area was not clean, tables needed cleaning and the floor was a filthy mess.

This restaurant is in Downtown Bakersfield and our party was blown away by the excellent food. It was a complete surprise to find this place. We were visiting Bakersfield for my husband's job and were looking for a great Italian restaurant. This place had will great reviews so we weren't surprised there was a 40 minute wait on a Saturday night. We hunkered down and we were not disappointed. While waiting, every group who left the restaurant made positive comments on how great the food was. We did the same! My mouth is watering right now as I am writing this post. Go... you won't be disappointed.

"Update: everything below plus, try the garlic and basil combination! Excellent.Found this pizzeria last week and was pleasantly surprised to have a great tasting, sweet lunch deal close to the office. Pizza is not oily, dough made fresh daily, same with pizza sauce. Really good tasting pizza. Slice is more than enough to fill you up. The salad is fresh, high quality with romaine lettuce, no iceberg. Also comes with red onions, olives, tomatoes and more. Excellent find for lunch. Great priced meal. Thank you Cataldo'sJJG"
"Pizza & Beer is a brilliant combination we have all enjoyed for years. Planning Mill Pizza is truly one of the best in town. We chose this venue to host a family celebration. They have two party rooms to pick from, one larger than the other. I was disappointed with the responsiveness of the representative in charge of securing the room. It did cause unwanted stress when trying to ensure everything was in order and ready to go. The day of the event arrived, there was no one to greet us or show us to the party room. This was not a good sign, we had to hunt down help before we were finally shown our room. Unfortunately, the room was not set up and we were left to set up all of the chairs as they were just stacked in the corner. There was limited time before guests were scheduled to arrive. We had to hustle to make sure everything was set up. This could have been avoided if they had set up the room before we arrived. All in all, the food was great and made up for the lack of hospitality. I would have given it an additional star but my overall experience lacked. Especially when we paid a pretty big penny to have our event hosted at this venue."
"I haven't sampled the huge Guido's menu extensively, but the pizza is very good. If you're new to town, they'll probably send you a coupon for a free mini pizza, and that was how I found out about the place. When we went back, my family got the dinner for 6 deal, which is a large 1-topping pizza, a pasta dish, large dinner salad, calzone, bread, and garlic bread, for $22.86. So if you like all that stuff, it's a super deal. I tried a bit of each (we got lasagna for pasta) and I don't remember being too impressed by anything but the pizza. Then again, I wouldn't normally buy lasagna or any other kind of pasta when I can make it myself, nor would I buy some lame version of garlic bread when that can be pounded out in five minutes (after picking up the 5PM fresh bread from Albertsons). Nice fresh cheesy pizza is another story. So four stars for the pizza, but a hearty "meh" for everything else."
"Delicious pizza. Very friendly staff with good service and we love that it is a local family run business. Excellent beers on tap! Nice place to watch the game and you can bring kids because they have video games! And if you want something sweet, get the dessert canzone! There are also fire pits outside, which could be really nice in the summer months!"
"What can I say about this place. Have been here before and will continue to be back. This time tried the Cajun penne pasta and also ordered a side of beans and rice. Food was great as usual and service was excellent and another great thing about this place is they have a drive up which makes it convenient. If you are anywhere near the mall off Ming Ave stop by and give them a try. Won't be disappointed."
"Another super good dinner. Food was so good. Only bested by the service. A+. All our food was tasty. Great atmosphere, bar showing the games. Beer was yum and the deserts were amazing. Cant wait o go back."
"I gave this restaurant another try after staying away for over two years. And, I might not be returning ever again. the reason I left the first time (after frequenting it for many years) was due to the poor quality of the food and lack of good service. My wife and I had seen everything start to deteriorate after new management had taken over. Last night's visit began without a smile or nice welcome from the hostess. It digressed quickly when our waiter failed to ask us if we wanted bread, which has always been wonderful and did live up to last night. So, after attempting to get his attention, which failed, we finally were able to ask for it after we were done with our salad. He evidently decided the couple next to us, who had already finished their main course and were choosing a dessert when we were seated, were more important than us. Also, we were never asked if we wanted any olive oil. That's one of my requests at any Italian Restaurant, whether here in the U.S, in Europe, or in Italy. I must say that our salad (the Mediterranea) and our entree (Capellini Alla Checca) were savory and very delicious. I thought, "Yeah, they are back to their great food, once again." However, our waiter never came over to check on us, which is a "No, No! " with any service. Yet, he continued to converse with the couple who had finished their dessert and coffee. Many moons ago, I was a waiter in a highly-acclaimed French Restaurant in Beverly Hills. Therefore, I believe I do know good service when I see it.Goodbye Spumoni Restaurant. You don't need our business. We will go to our now "favorite" Italian Restaurant in the Santa Clarita Valley, which does have wonderful service and great dishes."
"One of our favorite pizza places! The pizza is so good and the salads are great! (A lot of pizza places have very generic salads) They have so many choices, burgers too! Kat was very professional yet warm and friendly. The staff is one of the reasons we come back."
"I was craving pasta as I didn't like the other foods choices. I went with linguine and clams. It was clearly disappointed. The clams were not fresh at all. The mini clams were probably from a can. And the sauce was way too thick. It should just be wine, garlic, and clam juice. What's up with all thickness? I wonder if it's cream? Anyway, the pasta is a little too soft. I was a little disappointed. The service was excellent. The restaurant is beautiful."
"Went to Rigatony's Pizza & Pasta for the First time. When I had friends recommended for years. I called last year to see if they were open on New Year Eve and will be Open New Year Day and were on hold for over 15 minutes. But going there for the first time had no idea they didn't have a place to wait or to have service. Will say I like the street in front is painted green so you can just order your food and pick it up. But we went there and the cashier guy asked if I wanted to give a TIP. Don't mean to me but WHY would I give a TIP when there is NO Service? No place to sit inside and wait for my meal. Either way now that I learned about the place I waited 15 minutes on the phone to place my order and just pick it up. Because at this time that's all you can do."
"It has been years since I've had strings. I use to come here a lot with family when I was in high school. I was so excited to be in town again to revisit my old favorite. After all this time everything is still as delicious as I remember. The garlic bread, the salad are still supreme."
"Luigis is a staple in Old Town Kerns, Bakersfield. My broworker's Nona approves so I know Luigis is as authentic as it gets without flying to Italy. Reservations highly recommended, they were pretty busy when we came by for lunch on a Wednesday. The weather was lovely so we decided to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine. Cassie took great care of us the whole time we were there. The menu was glorious with so many delicious options to pick from. My bro boss ordered their Truffle App ($17.50/small) for the four of us to share. It comes with a sliced loaf of sourdough for you to dip into the delicious sauce. This truffle app is like glorious pasta truffle purses. SO DELICIOUS. As for our entrees, I focused on the lunch specials to help myself narrow things down. I decided on their half order of Lasagna ($13.75) and my broworkers all got their Cole's Steak Sandwich ($24.95/each) which comes with thinly sliced ny steak with grilled onions and pepperjack cheese in a toasted soft roll. Okay okay maybe I should have confirmed and gotten that too, but my lasagna was really delicious. The half portion was still a mighty size and I easily got food coma after my meal. It was a good thing they had a cute gift shop with Italian imports as well as local Bakersfield goods for purchase. We picked out some thoughtful gifts to make gift baskets for our clients. I really love the family-vibes I get from the business both on the restaurant side and the giftshop side. I know this will be my first of many many visits to Luigis. I am definitely a fan and looking forward to coming back to try more of their menu."
"I don't know what a truly authentic pizza is supposed to be like, but I like that I can buy pizza by the slice here (sometimes).Their sandwiches are also delicious and they do not skimp on the meat. The small sandwich is more than enough for two people to split.I would skip the salad, though. I once ordered an antipasta salad to go ($7) and it was mostly iceberg in a small container. not worth it at all."
"I had the best evening at Sorella's with my oldest girlfriend and bestest friend. At first we had a small wait to get a table but the teeny bar was a nice place to start off airing the vino for the meal. We were seated at a cute booth with a candle, which prompted me to turn and say to her that this was definitely our Galentine's dinner. The waitress Madison was prompt, well versed and absolutely pivotal or our enjoyment. She was so attentive and full of suggestions to keep the night flowing. It was a Saturday night and at first there was no music but then when there was -but it seemed like the soundtrack repeated after only a handful of songs. That was fine though as we did not really run out of things to talk or laugh about. We had amazing steaks, sides were "mid" but the desserts were so fun! We went with combining the Carmel Cheesecake with Bananas Foster."
"The lamb chops are my favorite!! My husband got his favorite Bowtie pasta! Everything was so fresh. The live music on the weekend is so relaxing. Erica's cocktails are so innovative and refreshing! The service is great! Lunch menu is unbelievable! Ive loved this place for over a decade! COME CHECK THIS AMAZING FAMILY OWNED RESTAURANT OUT! STOP EATING AT CORPORATE CHAINS!"
"The food the service and the inside was ALL TERRIFIC we had lots of left overs and I can not wait to try the pizza it looked AMAZING ALSO"
"An absolute hidden gem sure to be loved and appreciated by the stockdale ranch/ rosedale community! Located conveniently inside of the new Sully's, Brunch N Burger offers a wide variety of food from pasta, burgers, burritos, aqua frescas and more! If the food isn't enough to keep you coming back the chef/ owner who treats everyone like family certainly will. A phenomenal addition to the growing neighborhood be sure to try the pineapple aqua fresca, churros and southwestern corn balls!"
"I think this place is doing a great job! We went in for dinner with some close friends, and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. I had the chicken piccata, yum! We ordered wine, from their extensive list, which was perfectly served. Got the stuffed zucchini flowers, they were flash fried, and delicious! What I like best is the festive and classy Christmas decorating! Stop in and get something yummy and have a cup of cheer at the bar. The only tip I have is, if you have more than a few tables open, try to seat tables one table apart. It makes conversations amongst your own table seem easier."
"Great pizza!!! Reminds me of "back in the day" pizza!!! Plus it's on the East side.Calzones are delicious!!!"
"A couple of my friends suggested that we got drinks together at Fredo's. It's a gorgeous upscale restaurant and bar. It's definitely a great place to sit down and chat with friends over food and drinks in comparison to other places. The service was great! We were seated quickly, and our server was quite affable. I ordered the "Pardon My French." It was a delectable cocktail that blends the neutral flavor of vodka with bright and zesty notes of passion fruit, lavender, and blackberries. It's garnished with a dried orange slice to enhance its presentation, but the flavors truly speak for themselves. Together, my friends and I shared a charcuterie board. It consisted of burrata cheese, brie cheese, three different cured meats, olives, jam, honey, pistachios, chocolate chips, and crackers. It was a good accompaniment of sweet and savory. I'm excited to come back here again. Maybe I'll try their pizza next time, but I know for sure I'll be looking forward to their drinks."
"Gino's is always fantastic dining. From the exceptional service to the delightfully delicious food, Gino's is the perfect place for a fantastic dining experience. Their bruschetta is always fresh, and abolsolute devine. The family size antipasto salad with their homemade Italian dressing is by far one of my favorite salads in the Antelope Valley. My girls love their bolognes e, my husband is all about the canzone, and for me it's the eggplant parmeasan. The restaurant has a calming, romantic ambiance with comfortable booths. There aren't enough words to truly express what a gem this establishment is."
"Our favorite little restaurant in northeast. Rosas has friendly staff and delicious food! We love ordering out."
