"Best cheese sticks in town everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrAnd eveeeeeeer The ranch is the bomb dot com"
"Best hot dogs and customer service I've ever had!Great price too! The owners are such nice people and make you feel valued!"
"OMG so first off Rudy is awesome!! He wants you to have the best experience with the product that he is selling. My wife and I have seen pot and pictures of his stand but was having a hard time finding out where he was going to be for the day. Well I found hopefully his every Saturday location at 2nd Phase Brewing. The hot dog is a back wrapped Nathan's large hot dog. He using a griddle to cook the dog to insure the bacon is super crisped the dog is cooked through. I found out a long time ago the recommended way of cooking a Nathan's Dog is on a cook top or griddle. If works pretty good on a grill and really loses it's flavor if boiled. Just a little food for thought. The dog come served on a fresh sesame seed gourmet hot dog bun. You can get as many toppings as possible. Grilled onions, sweet pickle relish, mustard,Ketchup, Mayo, bbq sauce, jalapeño's, potato straws, and many more. The bite is a nice crunch and pops with flavor. If you can't find Rudy setup anywhere just give him a call and he will meet you or you can pick up. I think there is a minimum order for that service. Awesome Job Rudy!!!!!"
"First time trying this place out. Saw it while driving down the street and decided to give it a try. The street dogs were pretty good and the chiles toreados were spicy. I would definitely recommend that you at least give this place a try. They also have drinks for sale. The hotdogs if I remember correctly were $5 each and they only take cash."
"What can I say ! They are delicious and worth standing in line especially for only five bucks. What else can you ask for they are fresh made daily while you wait . The lines are a little long but everyone is waiting for the same thing. They have lighting and the lines are a little long but it is worth every bite . Plus they have catering services for your parties . I highly recommend you don't have to drive to LA for a hot dog you can just drive down the street ."
"Amazing brewery with a lot of selection of different beers. We brought our own food and had a really nice chat w the owners. As "out of towners " we love going to a family owned business and this brewery did not disappoint! My husband drank the Eagle 1 (in honor of a family member and veteran) and the Redemption Red. I had the Obedience Pale Ale. We had samples of many of their beers and it was hard to choose! They even make their own root beer. We loved it here and highly recommend to anyone visiting or local to the area. You cannot go wrong!!!!"
"This place was a recommendation from a friend. We saw they had award winning burgers and were so excited. This place did not disappoint. We each ordered a single burger and fries. I got steak fries and my husband got seasoned fries. The service was great. The girls up front was helpful and patient. It was a diner/style burger place. You order up front and they bring you the food. We ordered a chocolate shake before leaving and it was thick and delicious! We can't wait to go back and try the onion rings."
"Amazing to work with! He catered my sons Birthday party and everyone LOVED him! Great conversationalist, super friendly and AMAZING (quality) food."
"When in different towns, I always try to yelp different food stops. I let the lady up front know that I found them on Yelp, and it was my first time. I had ordered the 1/2 sandwich + soup. She asked me if I'd I ever had their clam Chowder prior to me telling her it was my first time there. I told her no, and she let me know that their clam Chowder has a bit of a kick of spice if I'm okay with that. And I said yes, it course bc I normally add a dash of Tabasco to my Chowder. She told me that I chose the right lunch. Tasted the clam Chowder, and oh my goodness! Love the spice kick! It's just right. Anything that has natural flavors in the food is always the best when not having to add anything to it. Although when it comes to clam Chowder, I like mine a little more on the semi thick side and not too runny. Would I order the Chowder again? Heck ya! It's so delishhhh! The sandwich was amazing as well! Packed with turkey! So thank you to the lady who took my order, she was just the sweetest person ever! Best customer service! They literally walk out from the counter and directly hand you your order! Hope to come back soon!"
"Best "fast" hamburger in town. A hearty burger topped with cheese and a healthy serving of lettuce, tomato, and pickles! Try the fish burger too."

Stopped by after work and ordered the #2 Combo (single patty burger, fries and a drink). One car ahead of me so had to wait a bit. Very nice girl at the window. The price was $8 something which is about what you'd pay at the burger chains. Got home to find I had the best tasting burger and fries I'd had in a long time. On first look the beef patty seemed thin but the burger had nice ripe tomato, pickles, lettuce, and lots of onion. The flavor was so good like the best backyard burger! I loved that all the toppings were fresh and in perfect amounts. The crinkle fries were hot and salty. Even though the burger patty had looked thin the burger was huge and I was so full it really wasn't a factor because it was so good! I'm definitely going to be making this place a top burger spot- I honestly forgot about it because it's location isn't near my normal shopping areas but I'm not going to forget the great taste so I will be back soon!

We first met Rudy and got introduced to his amazing Brazilian hotdogs at a First Friday event downtown. He was in front of Mi Peru that evening when Mi Peru held a "street concert" in front of his establishment at First Friday. Was a little skeptical about paying $5 for a "gourmet" hotdog but we were hungry and we figured anything out there that night would be pricey anyway. And our son who's a little picky eater wanted hotdogs. So you know how that goes... when the picky eater wants something, you just go get it for them no matter how long the line is! Luckily for us when we found his little "hotdogs on the wheels" trailer, there was no line yet. But it didn't take long for one to form behind us. With your hotdog purchase, you can go crazy on the toppings. You may ask to add anything on the list to your sandwich. Some sound odd like the string potatoes (which is basically Piknik added on your sandwich) but when I tried it once, it was good and will always get it on my hotdog now! You can follow him on social media to find out where he is. Or message him on his phone or FB Messenger. He does frequent a couple of places out on Ming Ave & Downtown in the late evenings through around 1am-2am-ish.

"bomb.com. service is so great and nice they make the food with love and the way they have everything setup goes so well. music in the background makes you wanna eat and dance."
"On a hot day in Taft, I had a craving for ice cream. Luckily I stumbled upon this place. Frosty King serves soft serve ice cream cones, milkshakes, sundaes and banana splits. I shared a banana split with my partner. We asked for sweet sauces on the side and they obliged by neatly preparing small tubs of strawberries, crushed pineapple and chocolate sauce to go with our banana split. The smooth vanilla ice cream soothed my sweet tooth and cooled me off. It was exactly what I needed on that day."
"This is what Bakersfield needs! I always tell my husband they should make a hotdog place in town because we have to hangout in Southern California just to visit a place like Pink's or Dirt Dog's. Yes, those places are different versus El Original Martinez Hotdog, but we can clearly see that Bakersfield is growing to bring more restaurants/vendors just like this one. This hotdog stand definitely is family owned and you can see the whole family coming together to run their stand. These types of spots deserve the community because these are honest people trying to make it work. They are super friendly and they absolutely do not skimp. They literally hook it up with all the toppings. What I like about the bacon wrapped hotdog is that the bacon is noticeable and meaty. Other stands/taco trucks that sell hotdogs have the cheap bacon and you don't even know it's there. The stand is not hard to find. It's literally on the side of the road, but you cannot miss it. You know you're there when you see the long lines and all the parked cars. They stay open a little late too. Don't worry, it's worth the wait! The lines go by pretty fast too, so check them out when you guys get a chance!"
"Very friendly service! Simple drive-in food: burgers, fries, shakes, fried appetizers. My biggest complaint is their bacon isn't the fresh cooked kind, it seems to be pre-cooked, and just heated up when added to a burger. Drive-ins should always have the good bacon. Prices are on the up. No inside to sit in, so it's a to-go or fair-weather spot."
"I've been coming to this place since I was a kid and whenever I am in town I always make it a point to stop here. Is it the best food in the world...no, but it's consistent and love that its a small family owned spot. The fries are crinkle cut and so so so good. The ice in their sodas is just special. Their chili is bomb, chili dogs are great, burgers are great. Just a great small local burger stand. I'm glad they FINALLY accept cards after all of these years. Always friendly service and epitomizes the whole small town feel of a little burger stand in the middle of town. I'm 41 now and lived in SoCal for almost 20 years and would always stop by when I'm in town...I live in Seattle now and still make it a point to stop in for my chili dog and fries just because it tastes just great!"
"Hot Dogs great! Service personable. Would recommend. An in person service with no keoghs and no input terminals. Warm atmosphere."
"I've been coming here ever since I found out relatives live here. And if there's one constant in my Porterville travels.... WILL BE SUPER BURGER!Ironically, we come for the shakes, we get the Chocolate Chip one and they blend it with Vanilla and Chocolate shavings. Name me a place that can do this (I think not). Another staple I get is the Fried Zucchini. Anywhere else in the bay area, I can't find anything that compares to Super Burgers. Along with their ranch, home made and it pairs beautifully with anything you dip it in. 8/24/2024"
"So I'd like to preface this review by saying we eat pretty healthy on the regular. Went in with my husband about 3 weeks ago and we ordered their most popular menu item. Half hot dog half cheese with potatoes and sugar on the outside. It was good. Reminds me of the kind of food you'd love after a night of drinking. Not somewhere I could see myself going back to but I definitely see the appeal since hotdogs in this fashion are a fun food. Just not something that lines up with my diet. Service was great and the place was clean and tidy."
"Andre's is a place that I had forgotten about. Back in the day, I would come here on a regular basis. About a month ago, I dropped by to see if they still made some good grub. The facade appears to be about the same as it did 30 years ago when I used to patronize their establishment. Order at the window, and grab a spot at one of their outdoor tables. You can also order at their drive-thru as well. For my first time back in years, I ordered their Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo with small fries and small drink. For dessert, I chose their Fried Apple Pie and Fried Peach Pie. Honestly, the burger was not impressive looking. Thin hamburger patty with three small onion rings and bacon. With each bite, though, this burger tasted better and better to me. By the time I finished, I was quite happy with my burger. Bacon was crisp and fresh. Fries were tasty. The pies were pretty darn good too.I look forward to making return trips to Andre's. Will have to try their French Burger to see if it tastes as good as I faintly recall."
"I have seen this booth at the Kern County Fair for as long as I can remember. I always recommend their corn dogs. But tonight we tried the burger. For $7 I had one of the best tasting, juiciest burgers I have ever had. You absolutely have to try one to round out your fair experience."
"My husband had the junkyard dog, and I had the corner cart dog. What a find! The dogs were delicious. We even tried the coleslaw, which was also delicious. The lady who runs it is very kind and happy!"
"Great service. I usually place my order on the phone for pick up. But they have a pretty but seating area with shade. I've tried their burritos, tacos and quesadillas but they also have hot dogs. Their salsas are very good. I like how you can see inside the trailer when they are cooking and looks very clean."
"The food was amazing. You are getting the price you pay for. And I believe it's worth it. The place is super clean and the service was excellent. The guy brought over our food to our table and he was really kind. Thank you, Andres. And thank you to the chefs who cooked our yummy burgers. Will def be coming back once I'm not broke again. It was my husbands first time and he literally said now I know why they call it juicy burgers. The burgers are delicious and juicy!"
"Really good Mexican food. Nice people. I got this massive asada burrito. It took me 2 days too eat. But I'm not complaining. It was soo good."
"The food is really delicious and the Burgers are big. The chili is really good. You get your moneys worth. They have great customer service. The only down side is the outdoor seating and when the train comes by it's really loud."
