"AC went out yesterday at about 4pm right when it was 106 degrees outside. I called them right away and they scheduled me for the next day between 12-4pm. Not ideal, but that's fine I'll work with it. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. The next day Kyle called around 1030 saying he's running a bit early and if he could come right now. Hell yeah you can! It's already getting hot. He quickly fixed it, tuned it, and cleaned the coils cause of all the Bakersfield dust. Very reasonable prices and friendly service. Kyle was really nice and helpful with explaining what went wrong. I highly recommend Laverne and Son for your air conditioning needs."
"I posted a similar review elsewhere and got almost an immediate response through the platform. We STILL have not heard back from a SINGLE PERSON. The follow-up is SCARY non-existent.We DO NOT know if a pest control person came out and fixed the issue. We were told if it happens again, it is on US to pay for the repair. No one came out - so whose fault is it when the super schmoozy sales "supervisor" promised the pest control would come out on HIS dime, but no one ever came.They come to your house ensuring great customer service and from there it's downhill on all aspects. We've had TWO MAJOR installs with them and it's like after the big bad sales guy comes in and scares you into thinking you're poisoning your family with insulation, everyone after that completely ignores you. Somehow our monthly insurance subscription got cancelled, so we have no idea if we are still eligible for service because NO ONE WILL CALL US BACK. We've called literally dozens of times and every time we're ensured the same supervisor who sold us the system will call back. It's been 7 weeks. I'm gonna recommend you shop around before letting them work their sales, family friendly magic on you.0/10 will return. I DO NOT recommend them anymore."

We were having an issue with our home A/C. Called Econo Air to check it out. They came out and discovered that the current, which was about 15 years old, and was not properly installed, causing condensate pan in ceiling to overflow. Long story short, we had to replace our system. We dealt with Gary Flannagan. From the time of the initial visit, until the system was fully installed was less than 10 days, Everyone we dealt with at Econo Air was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone needing A//C service.

Tis the season, Sunday morning it was chilly in the guest side of our house I went over to adjust thermostat up a couple degrees no problem right? Well nothing happened double checked it my wife double checked it too. This was not good .We have family coming for Christmas they'll be here for a couple days. No hiding the fact we had no heat. I could leave extra blankets on their bed, no it had to be fixed for them it's Christmas. One of my golf buddies just had a inspection and service of his heating unit by LaVerne & Sons he was very satisfied. I called them first thing this morning they open at 7am. The friendly lady on the phone listened to my sad story, she said she could have a technician there between 8-10 today and what the service call would be I was elated I gave her my address phone # & other info and thanked her, it was simple and easy. My phone rang about 5 minutes later it the LaVerneTechnician it was 7:40 he said he'd be there in 20 minutes. Wow that was fast er than I expected. I was showered and dressed before Vincent their friendly technician rang our doorbell. I told him whatwas going on showed him the thermostat. Vincent explained what he would do and what the costs were first, then inspect the unit and assess the problem then we would go from there . I felt vey comfortable I had called the right company. Vincent was up in the attic for a few minutes. He came down once went out to his clean well stocked truck and was back up his ladder in no time. I heard the heater fire up like it used to do. it started and stopped a few times at least he got it running that was a plus t thought. He was back down with a smile.I was a simple fix no parts were used he reattached a part that had comeloose our unit is 31 yrs old. Vincent was friendly efficient andKnowledgeable, he also took care of the billing. I also received written information on the price of new units including installation and 3 different monthly service plans. LaVerne and Sons are trustworthy and fair they will be my choice from now on They should be yours too

Monarch called me to see if I wanted a Free service of my furnace. They scheduled quickly and arrived the following day from 8-noon. I let their office know I was available but had to leave by 12:30. The technician arrived about noon. He tested my heating system and claimed it had an issue. The tech then called his supervisor who came out to check it as well. The supervisor called me later and said the unit is working hard and had scorch marks on the circuit board. I told him I would possibly be considering a new HE model later this year. He said he would like to meet or contact me to go over the issue with the current furnace later that day. It has been a week and no call. I checked my filter when I arrived at home and to my surprise, it was clogged. Since I never received a document on the service, I have no idea if they checked it without the filter which could have been the source of the issue. Long story short...as a service business, always do what you say! I don't think they serviced my furnace, but were there mainly to try and sell me a new one.

We were very pleased with the work Eddie and Nick did to fully solve our heating issues in an very economical manner. Shout out to Steven Olivas for helping us out. Our AC and heat went out in our guest house and had no problem answering all my questions like I was a 5 year old boy watching his dad work at home. Not only did he quench my inquisitive personality, he also saw fit to allow me to accompany him into my blistering hot attic to show me the run capacitor that no longer works. Thankfully we didn't meet the devil but he did explain to me what it did and what caused our pipes to start freezing over. Thanks for not breaking anything in my house or tracking dog sh** on our carpet Steven because it's happened to us before! Give this man a gold star sticker!!Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the coupon we got used some confusing wording which would lead you to believe you are getting a discount for paying a little when in reality you get a discount if you were to pay more. The wording was just weird.

We were pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule our work. They came out on Monday to assess our old unit and our new heating and cooling system was installed on Wednesday. I appreciated the text message introduction to our technician Marty. Talk about efficiency! Our technicians were on time and on the job! They even linked Wi-Fi and the app and taught us to use the new thermostat. They were also careful to keep our home clean while they worked. Thank you for a job well done!!

So the other night our AC unit started leaking water in the house UGH! Called Banner yesterday ( Monday ) and they are so busy they couldn't get to us till Tuesday. Technician showed up when they said they would. (Joe) was professional and talked us thru as to why AC was leaking, very friendly and knowledgeable and he fixed the issue and had our AC running within 45 minutes. The $140 was worth the fix and peace of mind as Joe broke down what he did to the unit so this doesn't happen in the near future.

"All Climate Air for the last 4 years has been my go too. The gentleman that came out was polite, upfront with what the issues might be and the cost because I asked. The issue was diagnosed, explained clearly to me and the cost was reasonable. No one likes dropping $440 out of no where but that's the price of comfortI really like their scheduling serviceNow the story, it was already after 5 when I noticed that the air had been on for about 40 mins and I didn't notice a different in the temperature. So out of a mild panic attack I first texted the office, then the tech. About 20 mins later the technician texted me back that because it had been so hot in the house it was going to take some time for the home to cool. Sure enough about an hour later the temp started lowering. The next day the office followed up to confirm there were no issues. Solid group. I'd recommend their preventative maintenance program."
