Hand made, hand carved, and "one of a kind" are words you will hear often in this little shop of hospitality. The owner has exquisite taste and very down to earth. She goes as far as to pass up a sale to tell you if something does not go. The rustic furniture is quality. Top notch quality. Prices are reasonable considering some of the furniture will last decades. In the unlikely event you can't find anything you like .. Break out the catalogs and have something special ordered.... You deserve it. My wife and I are impressed with the variety and stylish pieces of this store. There is nothing like it in Bakersfield. It is a true oasis amongst this little valley town."

"I was in a real pinch and needed a dining room table set within a few days. I stopped in here and I'm really happy with the experience. I was greeted right away, explained my situation, and told to look around the showroom and if there was anything in stock that I liked she'd make me a deal on it since it was a showroom piece. I found a nice black table/chair set that I liked and it was the size I needed. She made me a great deal on it, there is no noticeable damage on the table or chairs (the table has a cabinet at the bottom and one side is missing the knobs so it can't be opened but that's my fault for not noticing.) I told her about my time crunch on this and she assured it me it would be delivered next day. As promised it was delivered the next day within a half hour of when she told me it would be, it's a beautiful set, my wife loves it and it fits our needs. Big thanks for the woman (who's name I forgot) for helping me out and getting me a great price."

There is Free Parking right out in front. This place is Huge with Oodles & Oodles of Retro Furnishings, Memorabilia & all kinds of Cool Stuff. They even have Artificial Vintage Christmas Trees in here. This used to be an old Brock's Department Store. Maybe you'll get Lucky & even find a vintage Decoration or piece to add to your Holiday Christmas tree or Holiday Display. There's so much Great Stuff in here that harkens you back to an easier time & life. There is so much Eye Candy in Timeless Furnishings, it will have your head spinning. What's cool about coming here to Bakersfield is that you don't visit just one shop for an hour or so you can make an entire day out of it for very little cash. There are also other Cool, Vintage & Antique Shops up & down the street & around the block. It's like it's own little Vintage District all within walking distance like the Merry Go Round Antique Mall & others too. There's also the Fox Theater that's nearby that's now a Historic Landmark & the Giant 1/2 Donut Sign at Dunkin Donuts. There's even a Shoe Repair place in the shape of a Giant Shoe. Also you have to go right around the corner & dine at the last Woolworth's Luncheonette Counter in the whole USA in an old Woolworth's Department store. Woolworth's went out of business decades ago but the Woolworth Diner is still here & serving Classic diner food like burgers & shakes. What an Awesome Day!It used to be, you had to have Mega Bucks & be really Rich to have the Good Life, not anymore. The Game has changed. You've been Upgraded. Now You Can Live Like a King on a Limited Budget!"

I work as a tattoo artist and really needed something for everyday therapy especially since covid stopped me from going into getting human massages at massage clinics for awhile. I use my chair everyday, literally. I like that they are made in California, and that there is a warranty, and that if out of warranty, there are handy men that are from so cal that can fix any problems for hire. This give me much more confidence in making large purchase on a massage chair. It may not be a human massage, which is more targeted therapy, but this chair can really put me into a relaxed state. It's really worth the money and I'm very happy with this health investment."

"I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who just recently moved back to Delano. They needed some new furniture because what they had was already pretty old. They needed a good sized sofa and dining table. We grew up with the old school, "no vaya commercials" so of course we went with Serrano's furniture. Also we have purchased items from them in the past. I had pictures of the blue sofa and nice dining table my parents chose, but I erased them in a drunken haze and desperation of making more memory in my phone in hopes of prolonging the life of it. Which does not really matter when it comes to this review. Anyways, they went with a blue sofa-bed and a nice light blue height dining table. They payed and Serrano's explained they only delivered two days a week in which my parents scheduled the delivery date. There was an issue with the day of move in to their new apartment so they contacted Serrano's and changed the delivery date. Serrano's was accommodating on the new date and honored the new delivery date. Furniture they purchased was really good quality, customer service was excellent and they offer good affordable prices and honor their delivery dates."

"I stopped by Cecilia's place furniture store because I was driving by and looking to replace some furniture that I lost due to a fire.Cecilias Place is very conveniently located. On the corner of 24th and Chester. You've probably driven by it a million times before, I know I had. They have an easy financing approval program that helps build your credit. Something I've also been looking into doing. For a down payment and a few monthly payments I was able to order my dream bed! Cecilia and her employer were so very nice and helpful. If you don't see what you're looking for in store she has so many books that you can browse through to find the perfect piece you're looking for. I ordered my bed out of the book. Everything from very modern, trendy, contemporary, classic etc etc... It really was a pleasure doing business here. I will be coming back soon to get some more furniture in the very near future.
