"I guess most people don't know that you can select the restaurant, but this is for the food truck.Anyways. Food here is very good. Went with the wife and we split some tacos - pastor and asada and quesadilla (a giant quesadilla) with steak. Everything was good. Some may view it as an issue, as I have seen in some review, but i do not - they cook your food to order so it can take a minute. People who work there are polite enough. The place is clean and the food is good. Not much more you can ask for from a food truck. They do have tables and umbrellas which is nice, so it is fancy food truck. Not knowing the drink situation, we brought our own, but they have drinks and water. I would be curious if you could bring beer for dinner. We did three tacos and a quesadilla and it was to much food. Look forward to returning."

"I used to come here a few years ago and I remember it being a good afrordable late night spot. Recently we needed food kinda late in the area, so we gave it a shot. I expected things to be a little bit more expensive with inflation, but things were about double. I figured that was fine with me if the food is delicious and portions are good at least, but then we got our food and portions were not really changed at all. I ordered an asada torta for $12. It was really light on the meat and heavy lettuce. I just think for $12 at that point its more expensive than a sandwich from most businesses in the area and smaller. It was decent but nothing memorable about it. I think in a pinch, this spot is ok, but I wouldn't be a repeat customer unless I had no other options at this point."

They catered a party of about 75 for us that had a combination of kids & adults and carnivores & vegans and everyone was satisfied. There were many comments on our social media posts after the event about how fun it was AND "great tacos", "great food" etc. Most of our guests were from outside of the AV but of they weren't I'd guarantee they'd be booking for their events."

"Currently the favorite local place for us to get tacos. Whenever we go to the escape rooms or the other places on district, we find ourselves hungry and we find ourselves here. To be frank:Get. The. Churros. Granted, I havent been introduced to a ton for churros in my life. My tastes go as far of Costco, but these churros are so good. It was like falling in love with a dessert all over again. Whenever they hand me one, "Feels like the first time" starts playing in my head.You can't really go wrong with anything on their menu. I've had their tacos with various proteins and they are all bomb. I ordered their tamales and had a good time. Depending on the time of day, their horchata can be watered down, but when it's not, its great.The guys that work here are also just good guys. The girls that take our order are always super sweet and you can tell the owner really takes pride in what he does. Wait times can be a bit long, but the quality and freshness of the food is more important to me. They also have taco Tuesday specials. You can't go wrong!"

"I ventured this place on a Sunday around 4pm. It's was pretty busy with only the wall booth stools to acclimate our party of 4. ( Which face the park lot so they kinda is boring lol, rather stare at traffic). The server/ cashier which we ordered from, Mari (Marisol or Marisela-idk lol) explained the menu for us so well and thoroughly and even showed us photos of the items. We ordered shrimp ceviche and the clam chowder bread bowl. The food took only 5-6 minutes to come out if that, but they did forget my tostadas and I had to go to the window twice to request them. But I didn't mind because it was busy and they even brought them directly to the table. Which was within 5 min.So the bowl was so fire, like best I've had type sh-t. Ceviche was super good too, like 8/10. I ate the chowder so fast, I ain't get no pics. But here is a pic of the ceviche. Overall I'd definitely be back here for Sundays, possibly at least once a month."

"Was told about the food and wanted to give it a try. Usually go to San Marcos and tapatio for a Birria taco. I was very impressed with the customer service and the love that was put into these tacos. He uses real Mexican cheese and fried the tacos for the perfect crunch. Filled with MEAT. As you bite into the taco the juice starts flowing out, honestly doesn't even need the consume. The meat wasn't chewy or tough. It was BOMB. Not greasy at all. Would recommend giving this GEM a try! "Well well well, now this is what I'm talking about! First of all, how beautiful is that Truck! Service is so welcoming and friendly that you can't help but smile while you are ordering. Now down to business, we got the medium Man N Cheese bowl, a side of Cali green beans, and a sweet tea. They were out of the Caramel cake dessert so definitely will be coming back to investigate that, but oh my gosh that crunch on that chicken for your first bite is simply perfect. The mac n cheese needs to be entered in contests because a blue ribbon from memeans absolutely nothing, but is totally everything. I couldn't get it in my belly fast enough! The green beans were so full of flavor that it's basically a meal on its own. Fantastic soul food in Bako! Needs to be a must try for everyone."

"My husband and I ordered several different tacos from this vendor at the Noche de Los Muertos event located at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. My husband and I both live in the Antelope Valley and we didn't realize that they were based out here, or at least moved to another location out here. I'm not cool or hip, so I don't have Instagram account, nor do I follow them on any social media sites. However, the gentleman who took our food order was friendly, personable and accommodating. My husband is currently on the keto diet, so needless to say, Mexican food has limited options for him. They were able to make keto-friendly queso taco shells. My husband had two shrimp tacos, two pastor tacos, two carne asada tacos and I had a fish taco. The homemade tortillas were really good and their green salsa was out of this world. We had a very pleasant experience eating what they served us last night. We hope to find their taco stand out here one of these nights, so we can try their food again."

As someone who has ate at basically every Colombian restaurant in the L.A. area I can honestly say Parceros is by far the best tasting Colombian food I've had in a while! My favorite is the traditional empanadas but no matter what you get you won't be disappointed. Not only is the food delicious the service is great as well.
