"I was so excited to see that Stupid Wings was doing a soft open . I went in and the staff inside greeted me quickly . It was my first time in the restaurant so I took a moment to read the menu . I settled on stupid fries .I got them with bbq sauce . I ordered to go, but I would've loved to stay . The location is cozy with a minimalist style decor. This made the space feel welcoming and inviting . My order was done quickly and was packaged neatly. I was even asked if I wanted any additional sauces,I asked for stupid sauce of course. When opened the food it was hot and everything looked freshly. Let me tell you stupid fries are worth a try, the cheese sauce and fries , won me over . I loved everything about the fries , but that cheese sauce is amazing . I'd order again."

"Hey these guys are pretty good! Ordered delivery based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. We ordered 2 pizzas: a medium Hawaiian for the meat-eaters, and an x-large vegetarian no cheese, extra sauce for the vegans. Both pizzas were delicious! Their crust is on-point - crispy and light at the same time! The person who took my order over the phone was friendly and professional. They estimated 45 minutes for delivery but in fact got to our door well before that time. The delivery person was also very friendly, full of smiles :) Great experience, great taste. Thanks guys!"

"So funny story... my husband and I did not plan to eat here. We had a fancy dinner at the darling hotel but it was so expensive we couldn't afford large meals. So afterward we were so hungry and this was the only place open late on a Sunday night that was close by. I have to say I've never had fried chicken that was so sticky and sweet like this place. I think my husband ordered a honey bbq. It was SO good and the chicken was crispy the way I like it. My husband ordered spicy sauce but said it wasn't spicy enough (he's pretty hardcore) but he still enjoyed the flavor! Just writing out this review is making me miss the chicken..... but I'm 3 hours away. Sorry no photos--the chicken did not last long. lol!"

"Once i seen there was a soul food spot in Lancaster I knew i had to go. First the owner is nice..over the phone and in person. Like she's appreciative of the business you are giving her. To be honest i came here 2 days in a row! First day i ordered the smothered chicken with rice, yams, mac n cheese and greens. The smothered chicken could use more gravy but i was juicy. You get 2 pieces. The yams were good and the mac n cheese was cheesy. The greens were cool after hot sauce is added. The only issue I have is the cornbread is so small. But its most and good.The second day i ordered the catfish nuggets ( i usually don't just get anyones cause a lot of people don't know how to cook catfish...if its not cooked right its slimy)But this place...omg! Seasoned perfectly and cooked perfectly. This place is definitely in my rotation! You have to check it out."

Greeted with a warm welcome as we walked in, you could tell this family run restaurant wants you to enjoy their cuisine. They were very accommodating towards my mom and sister in regard to spice levels and patiently explained the dishes they weren't familiar with. We started off with complimentary spiced papadums and a trio of chutneys. My mom loves lamb so she selected the curry and enjoyed the flavor and tenderness. I like paneer so I got it as tikka masala. It was a tad too sweet for my preference but I still enjoyed it. My sister never tried chicken jalfrezi and was told it's actually a spicy dish. They modified it for her capsaicin averse tastebuds and she was very happy with her pick. Yellow lentils, veggie samosas, basmati rice and garlic naan rounded off our dinner.Bakersfield has a lot of Indian restaurants to choose from, so I hope they have longevity and success. When we drive through Bakersfield, we will make sure to patronize Samosa Junction again!"

I stear clear of some locations because it's gotten so bad.This location gives me hope. A frequent stop in my travels between LA and Bakersfield, this location is consistent in its quality of fried chicken. The staff is courteous and they are hustling to keep the lobby cleaned and stocked. There are times when its uber busy, the double bus, but that is expected and when it dies down they are cleaning tables and cooking more food. The level of service from Mercedes was 5 star. Very pleasant person.In all my visits I haven't had an issue with my food. The Fried Chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with tons of flavor. The restaurant is part of a truck stop, so you can pick up supplies for your trip too.See you next week."

This location is new, so yes...there will be mistakes as they iron out the kinks. We have used the delivery and pickup, both were fine. They have a lunchtime pizza buffet and salad bar. They also have a small arcade area. Best of all, they have beer on tap. Good place to go watch the game and get some pie."

"I keep trying new pizza places, because why not? Let's start with the good! The crust is my king of crust, it's fluffy and buttery and thick. The cheese is super salty and stringy. I love how their menu has some unique things for a pizza place. The bad was that sauce is on top, and baked, so it gets all clumpy and almost resembles crumbed pepperoni? It is more so a bread stick than pizza, so that is where the 3 stars come from. It's not bad, it's unique and something I wasn't expecting. My husband really liked the wings, but I did not agree. It tasted really "chickeny". The salad was inedible, and lettuce tasted like fish. The dressing was rotten and separated. The best thing that I got from there was their cheesy mashed potatoes! Super good, comfort food, rich and cheesy. I say give it a try keeping the uniqueness of pizza in mind."
