"Quickie review ... Coconut Joes offers a beach-inspired atmosphere and a diverse menu. West Coast Style Shrimp & Lobster S-wich, cup of clam chowder and 3 battered shrimp gets a four-star rating, while the chicken rice and corn plate earned 2.5 stars., totally not worth buying again in my opinion, at least that day. The banana nut cake and chocolate cake, (comparable to sweet surrender and a Jake's Tex Mex cake ..) along with quick and friendly service, stood out as shining 5 stars in my experience."

"Yum! Pulled this spot up with a search in the scv and decided to give it a go! I had the taco lunch plate with a carna asada, Al pastor, and premium chicken taco. The tacos are massive and full of meat and onions and cilantro, (salsa on the side) and they're huge!! I had the corn tacos (gluten free) and my sister and dad each had the flour tacos with the crispy shrimp and crispy fish. Large portions; the plates come with rice and beans, chips and salsa - the red is super spicy, the green is flavorful and mild. We also ordered a carne asada burrito and added zucchini and bell peppers- huge and delicious! I suggest ordering a large guacamole on the side too- everything was seasoned well and we will be back! The carne asada was my favorite taco- such tender meat and a great flavor combo with the lemon, salsa all together! My sister and dad said the shrimp tacos were their favorite- can't go wrong at this location!Great service- we called in and picked up 15 min later! So fresh and fantastic, they aren't open weekends- 10-2:30pm Monday- Friday Still soooo full"

Had a nice lunch with my son at Salty's today. Very comfortable seating outside. For the price of a McDonald's combo, you can instead get a pulled pork or brisket sandwich combo. Fresher and healthier! We both had pulled pork today. I ordered "The Pig" which comes with a wonderful coleslaw on it. The sweetness of the slaw was a perfect counterpoint to the sauce they put on their pulled pork. We both had spicy Mac n cheese which my son loved. We love local, we enjoy Salty's and we will be back!

Visited here on a whim since I always forget this place exists! It is nestled within a busy shopping center. The location is fun and fresh, it definitely gives tiki/ Hawaiian vibes! I had shrimp tacos with a side of corn and slaw. The tacos were fresh and delicious and perfectly seasoned. I enjoyed the slaw but the corn was a little bland. The staff were amazing. They were kind and upbeat despite the crazy lunch rush. The food runner was very friendly!

Everything is made fresh in house and everything is home made. They offer a few options of protein choices for tacos, burritos or quesadillas. They were even willing to make a breakfast burrito for dinner. I ordered the three taco plate of Asada, Al pastor, and Birria. As everything was deliciously prepared and deliciously flavorful, I was missing an authentic Mexican taste. I still give it a five star rating because it still tasted good. One tip is to either call in your order or be prepared to wait a bit, because everything is made to order. I wish I took some photos to add it to their album, but I was too hungry.

We had a dinner reservation and were greeted quickly upon arrival. There were a few tables with other customers and the service was good and the food even better. The accompanying brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes were the perfect pairing. I wish I would have took a picture of our food but only got a quick video. We got two ribeye plates, a pork chop plate and a lasagna for dinner. To drink I had a raspberry lemon drop which was delicious. We also had a lemon crème brûlée and a piece of their carrot cake. Both were good and not overly sweet. The ambiance was quiet and yet inviting. Once we finished our meal and were about to leave we were approached by Julie who stated her son was the chef and asked how our experience was. We told her we had a good time and enjoyed the food. Which then turned into an impromptu tour of the different areas of the restaurant close to closing time. So I took a few pictures. She was friendly, informative and took pride in the restaurant. It was a great interaction with her. Through that I learned that not only the Women's restroom but the men's restroom also had changing tables for the babies. On the plus side for moms and dads they provide extra supplies in case you forget some. Appears they are family/kid friendly. Definitely check them out and support your local businesses.

Came to this place for my company Christmas party. Food was good. Venue was ok. But there were issues with the staff. First off the bartender said IN Spanish thinking I would not understand it "these Chinese are pissing me off". Using the word "chinitos" , besides that he was very rude and had no good customer service, couldn't even put a smile on his face. Second the security guard out front...AGAIN in Spanish told his security guard coworker that he would "bend me over and f*** me."This is very disturbing and disgusting and he should be fired for making crass comments about women. Also they had us stop our party at 11:30 when we booked it until midnight. There are definitely other venues with more capable and respectful staff. Do not go to this one.

Good food no doubt. Tried it for the first time. I had Spicy Bombay Burger but it was not spicy pee my taste. Its ok but they have me fried jalapeño & i think that kind of did it. Flavour on the burger is missing something which i could not figure out. But over all it was good with the fries. I wish them the best.

My husband and I tried:Spicy Bombay Burger - Juicy burger jam packed with flavor. The seasoning in this burger was incredible. Punjabi Tikka Sandwich - I don't know what they do to this chicken but it was so tender and juicy. I practically inhaled this sandwich. Excited to try their other chicken options too because of how well cooked the chicken was. Loaded Bacon Curry Fries - These were my husbands favorite of the two fries we tried. They were true to their name and came loaded with lots of bacon, cheese, and sauce.Curry Fries - These were my favorite of the two fries because the curry seasoning was so delicious. I love curry so I couldn't stop eating these. The fries filled an entire take out box so there was more than enough to share between two people. Can't wait to try their other options!"
