"We were very surprised on how amazing this place was! Customer service was on point! They do have a touch screen for the single service line. The express lane was popping! People just zooming in while we went through the menu. Decided to go with the one time Platinum package. $26 and was worth every penny! The wash was a solid 8/10. Couple of spots here and there. Nothing to complain about. This car was dirty! Like caked on dirty! So for this place to make it look fresh, the windows were streak less, the car was "actually" dry! I barely had to dry with my towel. The windows stayed streak less even when we rolled them down. if you know, you know.Very happy with this place and will be considering the membership options. You should too. Will definitely be back! Yes they have free vacuums too!"

"Have been coming here for a few years and its great to have a brushless carwash. Even better not to have wheel tracks to scratch rims. They're under new owners now so they painted it a bright color. The entrance isn't on sierra highway, its entered through a little alley in the back."

"Nice location. Bigger than the other branches I have been to. Lots of vacuums available. I find it very convenient to go to any of the Cruz Thru Express locations. Car comes out clean most of the time. If it is not clean enough, then I just drive through again for another wash at no charge. Prices are reasonable. Although, they are not honoring the Yelp Check-in offer of $2 off. Other than that fact, I have zero complaints."

"I'm thinking they need more competition in this "one wash town". I got the $30 car wash today in hopes of a BEAUTIFULLY WAXED car. I was told there was a spray wax that they wiped off by hand. Well, I saw the guy dry off the car slightly (like one normally woould), clean the inside, do the tires and call out that it was done. Did I miss something or was I completely jipped? I'm thinking the $15 car wash would have been the same outcome. They didn't even wipe out my cup holders! and the whole process was VERY slow. :( I would suggest a full car wash OUTSIDE of town and to use this place for the $5.99 exterior only wash. Also, there was a card on the counter that said if "you leave a great review on Google reviews" you'll get a free carwash. I'm in the mindset that the review needs to be DESERVED and I'll PAY for my car wash and leave THIS review. :)"

Soak Car Wash

"This place is awesome! The employees are friendly. At other car washes in town, I've had to go through the machine several times and my car still looks dirty. At Soak Car Wash, my car is clean the first time. They really spray your car with the de-bugger and take brushes and sponges to your car to get off any stuck on gunk before they put you through the car wash. In the car wash, the brushes actually touch my car, unlike other places. You can pay extra to have them dry the outside of your car too. I love this place! This is the only place I go, if I'm not washing my car myself."

"You guys need to charge more than $8 for a basic car wash. They sprayed the bugs and did extra pressure washing on the front. Plus the guy on the other side wiped down the car really fast. I usually have to do that myself. I have to pay $10 at Mister Car Wash in Porterville and they do NOTHING except take your card and guide you to start."

"Giving it a 3 stars. For 198 for a detail inside the car. They do an okay job. For the most part, my car is much cleaner then it was before. I appreciate the work you guys do however, it could have been better. Compare to a Mobil detail car wash service which they do charger much more but gets a much better result. If your looking to get your car detail, make sure you know what your getting. I was expecting a bit more."

"I visited my Dad across the street at Green Lawn cemetery and wanted to take in the view of the nicely green lawn and the Bluffs, overseeing the city. I LIKED: -That the guy offered to wash my car plus vacuum & polish the inside for $45. (I believe they said a detail costs $160.) -The outdoor seating. There were two seating areas: one inside the open garage and one outside the office. I sat outside of the office and waited (I had my mask with me.) -My car felt cleaner when I drove away from there. They kept their promise (wash, vacuum & polish) and I left a small tip. If you enjoy spending 30 minutes journaling on a nice day on the east side -or- if you are visiting a loved one at the cemetery, this is a good car wash for you. I'd like to go back and try a detail."

"This place seems to be getting a bad rap for their quality, but over all like the convenience and the pricing of their car wash. Have been a previous customer of water drops I can say the quality hasn't gone up or down, but not having to collect little coupons and just being charged one monthly fee sweetens the deal. Their quick service and strong vacuums are reason enough for me to hit them up weekly. The facility is well kept and maintained and they do an excellent jog of getting customers in and out. Great friendly service at reasonable prices that get the job done."

Be advised the only take cards - but an attendant helps you through the automated pay order terminal and I was through the wash tunnel in less than 3 minutes."

"So I come here pretty often and like that for a modest price I get unlimited car washes at any of their locations. This is nice and all but I think in quantity you start to loose quality and it shows. They no longer have the dryer roller thing at the end which did a mediocre job of drying your car but it was better than nothing. Once Mr. Car wash took over it looked like it was just a roller with some plastic strips flopping around and now it's completely gone. Also along the vacuum awnings live pigeons which if your lucky enough will bless your freshly washed vehicle as your vacuuming. Why they don't take care of this makes my head spin. I get it they want you to go back but your getting paid for it anyways so take care of your pigeon problem please. Overall a good little car was which seems to be slowing going down hill. It's good for the price."

"I visited Palmdale Car Wash on a weekday after work. There were no lines when I got there and they took my vehicle immediately. Customer service was friendly. Their prices are about average compared to nearby locations. I chose this one for its location and did not read any reviews prior. Overall my car came out looking good but there were a few things I was not happy with. - When going through the wash, the employees drive the cars so close to each other and I was afraid they might hit the vehicles in front of them.- My windshield was cleaned with a dirty towel on the inside so it actually came out dirtier than it was since it's a fairly new car.- They sprayed air freshener on my door and it left a bunch of little spots that won't come off. For the amount that I paid, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location for those reasons."

"Alright so this is the thing. I go to this gas station because it's the nearest to my house. I love it because it's clean and it's always a quick in and out. I also love the fact that whenever I go there, no matter the time it's never busy. I just wish the place was a bit bigger.The reason for the star being taken off is because a few times I've been there the cashier(s) had someone visiting them and I had to wait while they were talking about random stuff. It was pretty annoying. It's happened to me about 5 times. Yeah there is a Chevron up the street but I find that this one is cheaper sometimes by 10 cents. All in all I keep going there so it isn't too bad."
