"Getting lunch! One chicken Philly sandwich ordered. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I walked in to get it. The order was ready and the worker was very kind. I paid for the order and the worker handed it over with good day wishes! Clean and safe. Definitely a place where you go to pick up and leave. They do have outside seating. Lunchtime! Chicken Philly sandwich split in half. My half was really delicious! You get bbq with it and that made it even better! Plus, it has peppers in it too! Fresh bread and chicken cooked perfectly. Just really tasty! Mother said hers was great too! Great service and delicious chicken Philly sandwich! Highly recommended!"
"Clean spot, the service is super quick. Small hole in the wall spot. Really clean inside. The food was bomb! Well done"

"Large portions of fries, generously topped burgers, and many options. Picked the avocado burger and it had many slices of avocado and fresh tomato slice, pickles, and shredded lettuce. Asked for 10 pieces of chicken nuggets and were able to split them amongst my kids. The service was great and quick. Definitely a place to come back to and"
"The 2 1/2 stars rating is way off. 5 stars for a classic burger joint. We got the burger combo and the kids loved it. Burger was consistent with most good burger joints. Seasoned fries were fresh, crispy on the outside without being dry or overdone and soft inside. Their ranch sauce was flavorful for dipping the fries. Service was fast and friendly. We didn't dine-in but the restaurant was really clean, looked recently updated. The soft serve ice cream was super creamy. Tip: You may want to get fries unseasoned for the kids if they're picky eaters."
"If you are looking for a delicious place to have lunch, this is it! Their burgers taste homemade, their shakes are incredible (with a huge variety of flavors! ) Ana their fries are pretty good too! The fries are seasoned, not just salted, which gives them a unique taste! Be warned though, the place is quite close to the high school and a lot of the students go there during lunch. So, if you are in a hurry, be sure to get there before the school lunch rush."
"Honestly, best burger I have ever had in my life. Better than In n Out in my opinion. I would have never gave this place a chance if I looked it up on Yelp before trying it. I was on a motorcycle ride and ended up here. Maybe I was hungry this day but I tell you the Grizzly Burger and fries were soooooo good! Now I have my spot to go to on weekends!"
"Family friendly * My family and I were looking for a burger before we headed out to the pinnacles to camp. We were greeted by the owner and he explained how they prepared their burgers. It sounded like they put a lot of love in it. We each got a build your own and my husband got the fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries. Everything was a 10/10 Very flavorful burger, my husband loved his sandwich. Our waitress went out of her way on many occasions and was so nice. Great experience all around. We will always make it a point to come back when driving through Ridgecrest."
"Delano has grown so much that I'm starting to not even recognize it anymore. But in a good way. This shop in that plaza has changed so many times but I'm pretty sure this one is going to stick around. Once walking in, everything appears to be decorated as an old burger/diner but more modern with the LED's. Ordered smash burgers for the whole family with waffle fries. It wasn't too busy so the wait was only about 5-7 minutes. The burger was so tender and flavorful. My gf just kept raving that "it just melts in your mouth" consistently. The buns were super soft but held the burger together. The waffle fries were fried perfectly and not oily either. My new favorite stop whenever I'm visiting town again. Great job Moe!"
"Hole in the wall place, located in a gas station, with clean restrooms.. stumbled on this place when I stopped to get gas. So I figured I'm in no where Nevada an needed a break from driving so let's get a burger.Got a southwest cheeseburger and it came with bbq sauce, onion ring, jalapeños, and choice of cheese.. also fries. The burger was hot and juicy, plenty of fries as well.. Note. As I write this review it is the second time I stopped here, this time spouse is with me and she got a grilled cheese with onion rings.. I got another south west cheeseburger and it was on point... The service is good and food is cooked to order."
"We were so excited about trying this place. They advertise "big burrito" big enough for two. It was a very long but thing deep fried burrito with chili beans on the inside. It was not anything what we were expecting. I also order a Pastrami Dip with I was also excited about but was very disappointed. As it also is misleading thinking it would come with a side of Aus Ju and it didn't. It was on good bread and pastrami was delicious however it was completely dry. Even adding extra mustard didn't help.My son got the hamburger plan which was as expected for 1.70$ no real complaints there other than it tasted frozen. the fries were the best part of the meal, large amount and fresh and hot. However the 75 cents I had to pay for ranch that was from a bottle made me super angry. They should warn people when they charge that they don't have real ranch. The service was fast and friendly. However spending 20$ was not worth it at all. I don't recommend trying this place at all."
"Absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent! We were driving through Bakersfield and looking for a lunch spot that wasn't a chain or fast food. Came across Luna and decided to try it. So glad we did! We had the ceviche, the fish fillet, and the shrimp sandwich. All were fresh, well-seasoned and well-prepared. I know they're relatively new so I wish them well. If they keep with the same food and service quality they should continue to find success :)"
"Good food. Cool people. Decent prices. It's hard to find somewhere in this hole that has decent food and isn't full of meth-heads so I found my new go to place out here."

I've gone a few times recently because they are open early and I have to say, they are growing on me. I had a good bacon cheese burger the last time I was there and lately I've been getting the breakfast burritos. I'm a fan of the salsa they include, it's not spicy and it really brings the whole burrito together. They are always friendly and kind when I walk in. I would recommend calling before coming in though. Everything is fresh made so it can take a little bit to get your food if you just show up.

Smashed burgers is growing in popularity locally and it is nice to see another good one open up to give my favorite smashed burger joint some real competition. It is also inevitable to make the comparisons with my favorite spot since this newcomer has to live up to the high standards, in terms of taste and food quality, the other place set. So far so good. Here is what I like about Smash'N Burgers. First reason is the most obvious: like the other place, the burgers are prepared with hand-packed fresh 100% Angus beef that is then slabbed and smashed on a searing hot, seasoned grill. This Maillard reaction caramelizes the beef and creates a nice savory flavor to it.Then, they have the requisites to achieve the ultimate burger: a soft and lightly toasted bun, melted American cheese right on the beef patty as it cooks, slice of green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, diced grilled onions, and secret sauce. Smash'N Burgers does not liberally smother the secret sauce like the other place, which I like. Sometimes less is more. If you want more sauce, they will give you an extra portion cup of the sauce or another sauce of your picking, including BBQ or ranch dressing.Smash'N Burgers also has an expanded menu [compared to the other place] that includes pastrami (for your burger or fries), waffle fries, a kids menu that includes grilled cheese sandwich and chicken nuggets, and serves milk shakes in - besides the traditional vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry - banana, peanut butter, and Oreo flavors. The other place at the Clovis location is still working on serving milk shakes. The burgers are a dollar cheaper here, however, if you make it a combo (with fries and fountain drink) it is $6 which is a dollar more than the other place. So you will end up paying virtually the same if you order a combo meal. The fries are good if not a bit salty. I also found a few extra crispy and perhaps re-cooked pieces. I would still order them again but the other place makes the perfect fries. This is probably the biggest difference for me between the two smashed burger joints. Both are fantastic choices, nonetheless, for the coveted, juicy, very savory smashed burger. The burger I had was 5 stars but overall, I would give them 4.5 stars. My review is based on the Double Smash Burger, $7 I enjoyed here. Please note the dining area is small, with seating for between 10 - 18 people and 6 tables (two with 2 chairs, four with 4 chairs). And there is no public restroom.

Decent little drive in/drive thru with great fries and an average hamburger. The patty melt is very good. Definitely recommend that. The fries are the best thing I've had there. Super delish!!

Stopped here on our way home from the Beach. Our burgers were cooked perfectly. The fries were nice and crispy but not over done. Everything was cooked to order but didn't take too long. The staff was friendly. The dinning is not open and we couldn't use the restroom which we could've used after being in the car for 2 hours. Definitely add this to our list to stop at.

The grizzly cub and grizzly burger are the best burgers hands down. The staff are accommodating. We were late for breakfast because crazy Otto's was busy and they made the exception for us. Always get the fries well done. I highly recommend this local burger spot.

I've eaten here many of times and the food is always amazing. Hands down best place to eat in town. The service is amazing and prices are very reasonable. They also have some of the best entertainment in town i.e. micromania, comedy night, karaoke. I highly recommend this place even if you don't drink.

I recently visited Pretty Patty, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The smash burger was visually appealing, but it had a bit too many onions for my taste. The quality was decent, though for the price, I expected a more tender patty. The fries were delicious crispy and well seasoned, definitely a highlight of the meal.I also tried the chicken tenders, which were a bit tough, but the chicken sandwich was better had good flavor. Price wise, Pretty Patty is on the higher end compared to other spots in town. However, they do offer something different, which might make it worth checking out. However, I have had an amazing tasing chicken sandwich elsewhere. One thing that stood out was the restaurant's interior. It has been completely redone and looks really nice, creating a great atmosphere for dining in. While the food had some hits and misses, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially with the well designed space and good service.

"Best cheese sticks in town everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrAnd eveeeeeeer The ranch is the bomb dot com"
"The staff at the cowpunchers saloon really treated my wife and I so well. We stopped in after our dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant were not honored (Dutch frontier closed and didn't bother to tell us after we had reservations booked 6 weeks in advance). Cowpunchers was so packed we couldn't be seated but they accommodated us at the bar seating and went above and beyond to make our night special. Definitely great food and great people here at cowpunchers. Shame on the Dutch Frontier owners for treating us so terribly with no apologies or forewarning."
"Good spot to stop by when you're in a hurry and want a good juicy burger. Location is right off the 99, what else can you ask for."
"We are on our way home to Mendocino from a ten day road trip to Wisconsin and back, and our car decided to break down here. Our rescuer won't be here until about 3am so we took a break from sitting in the hot sun and came inside the cafe for a bite to eat.The waitresses are WONDERFUL. Very sweet ladies! My two egg breakfast was amazing. These are absolutely the best hash browns I've ever eaten in my life. If it wasn't so far from home I'd definitely look forward to coming back! As it is, we're definitely going to stop by if we are ever in the area again."
"We ate dinner next door to here & wanted a little ice cream after. Vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone was very good, but we didn't know how big it was. You definitely get your moneys worth for sure."
"Everything is always delicious and fresh. The Chile Relleno plate is my favorite. Sauce has a nice kick and spice to it. Salad is always fresh also and I love how they add a pickle to it. Yum!"
"Ok to the nice lady at Napa sent me here cuz I asked "where's a great cheeseburger?" Also, "Mr Tomato" is a cool af name for a place. It's also a down-home mom n pop Mexican place. Don't sleep on this, Mexican places make THE BEST burgers. Such is the case here. My cheeseburger from Mr Tomato was DELICIOUS. So good. The raw onion and spicy ketchup...YUM. The staff was super nice and friendly and they had La Liga MX soccer on the tv which I loved. I REALLY loved it and I'll be back for sure. Wastelanders, check this place out in Cal City in a few weeks for the festival. I Mr Tomato."
"Always hits the spot. The owner is a great soul and always is trying to provide for our community. Definitely a staple place that I visit often."
"This is one of the best bars and restaurants in Bakersfield. Old school building with modern conveniences, and the food and service is awesome. Great staff like my friends the owners Prince Joshon and his father. All around I 100% recommend this bar and the restaurant to anyone who wants to have a great night on the town."
"Cool spot, live music was great, wings were yum...overall decent spot....they do need to turn up the AC though :)"
"So funny story... my husband and I did not plan to eat here. We had a fancy dinner at the darling hotel but it was so expensive we couldn't afford large meals. So afterward we were so hungry and this was the only place open late on a Sunday night that was close by. I have to say I've never had fried chicken that was so sticky and sweet like this place. I think my husband ordered a honey bbq. It was SO good and the chicken was crispy the way I like it. My husband ordered spicy sauce but said it wasn't spicy enough (he's pretty hardcore) but he still enjoyed the flavor! Just writing out this review is making me miss the chicken..... but I'm 3 hours away. Sorry no photos--the chicken did not last long. lol!"
"Love this place! The best fire grilled chicken in the area. The plates come with black or pinto beans, roasted jalapeño, rice and tortillas. It's a lot of food great for lunch then second lunch lol. On the older side of town off Palmdale blvd. Many years ago it used to be ihop. Indoor tables and waiting area with bench seats by the entrance. Order over the phone for pick up to avoid the wait. Great service super friendly and generous. We're always satisfied as loyal customers with their customer care and delicious food."
"I had to run a few errands after walking my dogs this morning so when lunch time came, I was hungry and decided to go to Meechy's.I love their new location! It's a much bigger space than when they were in the mall. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I let them know I was dining in and Chris told me to sit wherever I wanted and he brought me a menu. When the waitress stopped by for my drink order, I mentioned that I heard that the refreshers were really good and she said their special for the day was the Pomegranate Lime. Of course I had to order it. It was so crisp and refreshing. I'm a carbonation girlie so this was very nice! I loved the pieces of pomegranate seeds in it. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors. The menu is amazing! There was so much to choose from. It was hard to make a decision. I decided to order bruschetta for an appetizer and a rice bowl with garlic chicken. The bruschetta was so good! I love that they make the rosemary focaccia bread themselves. The rosemary complements all the flavors of the fresh tomatoes, basil, red onion, and balsamic glaze. The braised red cabbage was a nice addition. I love that they use feta! It doesn't overpower the dish at all. It's a beautiful balance of flavor. I also appreciated that you could use a fork to cut into it. Usually it's a finger food and the bread is so crunchy that the roof of your mouth gets cut up and all the toppings fall off. The focaccia is a wonderful texture for bruschetta. The rice bowl was absolutely delicious! The rice was cooked perfectly. If you like garlic, get the garlic chicken! My goodness was it fantastic!! The chicken was tender and flavorful. The tomatoes were fresh, the avocado added a nice creaminess to the dish along with the poached egg. The green onions livened it up and the spicy mayo added a nice kick. Another well balanced dish. I was too full for dessert but brought home a cookies & cream cheesecake for me and an orange creamsicle for my Mom. I've had their cheesecakes before and I haven't found a place that makes better cheesecakes. They're rich and creamy, dense. Absolutely flawless! Looking forward to enjoying it this evening.Next time I go, I want to try a burger and onion rings. It all looked amazing!"
"Tell me you're from LA, without telling me you're from LA.. I'll go first puts on a "mask" like it's the new hottest lipstick shade. Well not in Sanger's! No hate :)It was weird walking up to the establishment and actually seeing lips LOL. Deja vu pre-covid days. I'm not sure why I had this spot bookmarked, maybe from the travel channel?! Anyhoo I got a #5 combo that came with a deluxe burger, small fries and a small drink for around $7! Yes only SEVEN dollars! I don't know what their large looks like but I seriously thought they hooked me up with Large Fries and a Large drink. If this is their small, then you definitely get a bang for your buck here!Their burgers remind me of a backyard burger no frills, just the usual lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and secret sauce (thousand island) on a toasted bun. Fries are made extra crispy (without having to ask) and seasoned with season salt.Cash is king, 50 cents charge if paying with card. Also call in your order to avoid the wait, this place gets packed!"
"Riley's Taproom is exactly what Selma needed! Great beer selection, delicious food (seriously, try the wings!), prompt service, and a fun, laid-back vibe that makes it the perfect spot to catch a game or just hang out. The atmosphere is welcoming, with just the right mix of sports and chill vibes. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. Cheers to Riley's for bringing some much-needed flavor to this side of town!"
"I had the best wet burrito there!! Service was great and the server was really friendly. Clean too!!If you want authentic Mexican food, check them out!!You won't be disappointed!!"
"We ordered from Los Arbolitos through Yelp on our work trip and I am so glad we did! The quesabirra tacos were delicious and the nachos yummy! I would say the best part of the nachos was the jalapeños, guacamole, and pico. The asada was okay, kind of dry to be honest. We did get it to go but ate in the car in the parking lot cause we wanted to make sure it was fresh. But the ladies were so kind and welcoming and had great customer service! One thing, if you order a drink online, double check that it is with your order. I ordered a Limón Jarrito, checked and it wasn't there. When I asked about it, she was apologetic and showed me the ticket -- it only prints 1 Limón (one lemon) and so there was extra limón for the tacos (which actually I loved!) -- but for some reason the way that their system recognized that wasn't clear that it was a drink. She got it for me and so it was no problem but I'd say just check it out and make sure it's there if you order! Would absolutely go again for the quesabirria!"
"Paula, our server, was a plethora of information and help! We tried the trio sliders as we had never eaten hear but heard WONDERFUL things about this place-we BELIEVE this to be true. Paula even suggested the juju sauce, which is SPICY and maybe pair it with the taco sauce-it was BEYOND good and we DID COMBINE THEM!! We shall be back by ourselves and with friends to ENJOY a delicious meal again."
"Love this place! It's our new quick weekend breakfast spot. The food always comes out hot & fresh! Definitely recommend the following:The Morning Burger with their crinkle fries & ranch! Breakfast BurritosFrench Toast & Eggs PlateThey also have fresh orange juice and service is always super friendly. Give it a try!"
"Fast paced with great service and no nonsense dining. Great coffee and diner type food. Great place to eat!"
"This restaurant was recommended by Guy Fieri. It was on his show Diners, Drive ins, and Dives. When he came he had the stuffed cabbage leaves with lemon sauce and braised beef on pasta. I was hoping to try those 2 dishes but, they weren't on the menu. The place closes at 6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm. The customer service was impressive. We asked what they recommend and they said the Gyro and Platter. We ordered one of each and they were superb. I highly recommend this place."
"Came in for a quick breakfast! With today's prices you can't beat breakfast special. 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, choice of 3 pieces of bacon or sausage. The special comes with a choice of coffee, or small drink. Can't beat it. Less the $10.00..."
"So this is a small place but it does GET BUSY! The burgers were so juicy, so flavorful and the bun to meat ratio was so good. It has pickles, tomatoes and CHOPPED onion so you can't really take it out. They don't have combos which is not ideal but we made it work. The chili cheese fries HAVE SO MUCH CHEESE and the meat is so tasty. Definitely coming back. Workers could be a bit nicer"
