"Great spot to meet up with friends, great beer selection and great food. The menu is a bit limited as you'd expect at a brewery, but everything is well made and delicious. The outdoor dining section is also great if you have young ones, weather permitting. The only downside is the restroom is single occupant for all the customers (and this place gets packed) which definitely will not be convenient come time to answer nature's call."
"The last time I was in tiny Exeter, California along the Sierra Nevada foothills near Sequoia National Park I was impressed that a town just a few blocks long could have a great French restaurant (Monet's, just had dinner there again). They also have a local coffeehouse, an ice cream place, a couple bars, a few other restaurants, some assorted boutique shopping spots, a bookstore...and now a brewery! Yes!I tried everything here and they're all good. My favorite was the Pale Rider.Looking at you when I retire Exeter, California."
"Riley's Taproom is exactly what Selma needed! Great beer selection, delicious food (seriously, try the wings!), prompt service, and a fun, laid-back vibe that makes it the perfect spot to catch a game or just hang out. The atmosphere is welcoming, with just the right mix of sports and chill vibes. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. Cheers to Riley's for bringing some much-needed flavor to this side of town!"
"Surprisingly the best aspects of Barrelhouse are not their beers but their live entertainment and occasional food trucks. Parking isn't the greatest as it's shared with other popular establishments. It's not too hard to find parking in the afternoon but they're packed when musicians start performing. The menus are displayed clearly on the screen and they most notably have a recurring beer slushie. The beers don't rotate often and consist mostly of pale ales and IPAs. The pours are good and most are offered as a taster, pint and growler. I would love to see pitchers being an option as many groups come in but that's not currently on the menu. The service is minimal and I've always had middling interactions. I wouldn't expect too much warmth or fun vibes from the staff. There are occasional food trucks in the back and the options are often tasty. There are also games for kids and adults to participate in alike. Barrelhouse has good music and ambiance on a regular basis although the staff doesn't seem to contribute to the vibes. Hopefully Barrelhouse can join the other breweries in serving pitchers."
"I came to Tehachapi for 4th of July weekend. I decided to meet with a friend while in town but I needed a dog friendly place that would be a nice place to relax and catch up with my friend. Breweries are great places for both! And we decided on LCB.The young lady at the bar was very friendly and helpful! We decided to share a flight of some hazy IPAs. Every single of one of them were good! It was perfect for the hot day. We didn't order food as there wasn't a food truck at that moment but we had gotten there early. Afterwards, we both decided to buy a can. My friend bought a 4pk and gave me one. I wish I could remember the name of the beer but it had OJ Simpson on it. I tell you, that was one of the best IPAs I've had. I will definitely be back again!"
"Came to watch the game with our toddler and it was my first time there. The vibe, lighting, atmosphere was 10/10. Loved the choices for food as well! We had Brad as our server and he was amazingggggg. Sad to hear it was his last day but I can tell every staff member there was attentive and friendly. They were always around to help and serve. Honestly, some of the friendliest people in the AV.My only 2 minor complaints were1) unable to order all flat wings, even when i asked to pay for it. 2) no diaper changing table in the men's restroom! As a stay at home mom, i am always with my son. It was nice to be out with my family and when our child needed a change, it was wonderful that papa wanted to help with the responsibilities..but only to find out only a diaper table for the women's restroom. For all the dads out there that want to pitch in, please don't forget about their needs!"
"Great spot. Fun food. The beer is awesome. The owner does a lot for our lock community. Always a good time. Football basketball golf etc. the staff is awesome. If you haven't been you're missing out."
"Yelp hosted a Yelp Elite event at the Tioga-Sequoia Beer garden last night. It was so much fun to attend this event. I realized how much I enjoy visiting with friends and sampling different food from established and upcoming businesses. There was everything from Filipino breads and desserts, cupcakes from Tay's, quesadillas from Quesadilla Gorilla, pastries and wonderful tacos from Miguel's Artisan foods etc. Tioga-Sequoia beer was great on this warm evening event. I tried the Chilada beef with a spicy tomato mixture. It was spicy hot but wonderful! We sat with two new Yelpers we had never met. They were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and happy to be together for this event. Thank you everyone for making this event specia"
"Nice craft brew house and restaurant in the heart of Taft. A throwback with modern conveniences. My wife and I stopped in after a morning of antique shopping and we noticed how cozy and clean it was. Great bar to the right that reminds you of an old western saloon. A few tv's playing today's news. A gun & ammo shop towards the back! God bless America. So many choices I wanted to try but we settled on a cheeseburger and orange chicken. The meat for the burger was a good choice meat. Onion rings I never tried because my wife devoured them so yes they were very good. The show stopper? The orange chicken was PHENOMENAL OUTSTANDING TREMENDOUS. Every bite was perfect. No chewy chunks or bitter tasting orange sauce. Crunch after crunch and a perfectly blended orange sauce. We sampled an egg roll too and it along with the homemade sauce was perfect. I do not just give away five stars but for this effort it is worthy. Also on the menu are Thai, steaks, chicken, stews, soups and pot roasts. We will definitely be back to sample those."
"Updated review:::As a regular to the actual Sanger location, having a need for a beer and football we made the trip to Clovis. Walked in and was promptly greeted by Rigo. Music playing at a good level, two television's on showing the game. If you're from out of town, this place is good for trying a variety of beers. From Seltzers to Stouts and good ol' fashioned IPA's. Weekly releases it's hard to keep up. Hungry? Walk in with outside food. This place is a great place to hang out with friends. Have some food, grab a beer and enjoy! Cheers!"
"If you're looking for a good time here's the place to be. From karaoke nights to games night from evening wine nights with your girls this is the place to be. Comfortable seating and atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and the staff is amazing. Get yourself down here and support your locals."
"Amazing brewery with a lot of selection of different beers. We brought our own food and had a really nice chat w the owners. As "out of towners " we love going to a family owned business and this brewery did not disappoint! My husband drank the Eagle 1 (in honor of a family member and veteran) and the Redemption Red. I had the Obedience Pale Ale. We had samples of many of their beers and it was hard to choose! They even make their own root beer. We loved it here and highly recommend to anyone visiting or local to the area. You cannot go wrong!!!!"

I love the fact that we can bring our dog to this brewery. I also love the rooftop ambiance with string lights and cool vibes. Food was a hit as well as the beer! I'm not a beer drinker but I tried the chocolate stout and it was delicious!

This is my favorite brewery! The service is impeccable. The brewery is small but gives you that hometown feel. They have some special events and trivia. If you are anywhere near Exeter, come by for a pint or three...

Awesome, awesome place! Such a chill atmosphere to come and grab a drink and enjoy some great food. Everything is made to order, they have some fantastic dipping sauces, loved their Spicy Peach sauce, just the right amount of kick! Service was excellent and made us feel welcome right away. We have been enjoying their beers for years, great to know they come from here. Can't go wrong with a Sancha or hard orange beer, what are you waiting for? Come on down and take that edge off with some drinks and food!

So this is a cool place, but if you're not a regular don't expect anything special.I come here probably monthly; I appreciate that it is pretty chill and the servers are nice. However, if you are not a REGULAR don't expect any kind of real support or help or treatment. I saw they were advertising Oktoberfest, so for my birthday, I invited my family. I got here at 11 and bought a commemorative boot stein, and drank away. Brought board games to do with my family.I wanted to buy a big stein, but they were saving them for a competition. No problem! I asked the bartender and she said I could buy it IF I did the competition, so I did. So did my brother-in-law, who won! Afterwards, both she and the bearded bartender-supervisor-leader? guy said they couldn't sell it because of another competition, so it's cool. Imagine my surprise to see them selling those steins not fifteen minutes later. So I came and asked to try to get one, and watched as they sold them to regulars they know, shaking hands and laughing. I got to the bar, and they said "sorry, we sold out." I said I was waiting and they kind of shrugged. One nice bartender apologized for the misunderstanding.Anyways I just sucked it up and went to my table, and then choked on sadness as I saw them sell TWO MORE of the steins to people - either regulars or friends of the bartender who got it and handshakes and went off enjoying their big stein I had been desperately trying to buy all day.I guess my review is this: Good beer, chill atmosphere, but if you're not a regular you're not that important. I guess it's fair, just a bummer.

So this has been our go to place for a few years now. Then they got rid of the fried cheese curds, and we were so upset. It was our favorite menu item, so we stopped going there. Now, the cheese curds are back baby. It's served with this amazing chili garlic honey sauce and ranch. Went there this past Saturday for lunch. I also got the lemon agave quinoa salad with grilled chicken and it was really delish. My boyfriend got the Korean chicken sliders which are his favorite. Although, in the past the chicken sliders were part of the appetizer menu, and there were more sliders. Now it's less food for more money. But, it's still a really good menu item. We will be regulars again thanks to the return of the cheese curds lol.

Lake Bottom made us slow down! This is a local place and the locals seem to love it. We had a gift card and decided to head over from Fresno on a Saturday early afternoon. They were only serving breakfast which ended up fine. Service was slow but the vibe matched the service. We test tasted some of the local beers. There are some pretty darn good local ones. We preferred the dark brews. We ordered omelets and man - these were excellent. Huge portions and fresh. The price was also great. We obviously stood out but were made to feel at home. I am not sure we'd ever make the trip again just to go here but it was a solid and yummy. It made us slow down and just enjoy our early afternoon outing.

We stopped in for a couple of beers and saw a beer that my dad really liked. The bartenders were really friendly and gave me the different options to purchase individually or in a pack. They were attentive and accommodating. Will most definitely be back.

"Nice establishment. Very clean and tidy. Nice selection of gift items and some snacks. The largest assortment of bottled pop we've ever seen. Also some esoteric gift items along with the standard fair. The help is friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed feeding the burrows in their yard too. All in all a terrific gift shop."
"Good beer. The food trucks they bring out are good too. It gets crowded but there's plenty of outdoor seating and a nice vibe. I come here for the two cats. There's an orange one that tolerates me."
"Had a wonderful evening at Crusader Brewing for their inaugural Comedy Night. This brewery set within an industrial complex is a neat find. The entrance bar area is nicely decorated and very comfortable. There were plenty of interesting beers on tap with very accurate descriptions of what they were, the alcohol percentage and the style.Friendly staff, clean environment and restrooms. Big event area for music, comedy and party rental. This place has it all."
"One of the best places to hang out in the AV, so many great IPAs & Seltzers You can spend hrs here!"
"Quick service. I do not like waiting for a bartender but they are really fast here. I enjoy their beers and they have great deals on there specials. The beers remind me of IPA's which are not my favorite but they do taste good."
"It's very spacious, they have a ton of events during the weekend to meet anyone's vibe or interest. I went for trivia and it was a lot of fun, it could be managed in a better fashion that is less confusing or more based on secret written answers instead of a raise your hand and say the answer. The outdoor patio is V cute though it's currently too hot to enjoy that space. This is very goth meets beer and it's refreshing to see a different dynamic in beer culture. I was sad they ran out of the michelada beer as that's why I came and disappointed they couldn't make one eventhough they had michelada mix and beer."
"Love the variety of bands and live entertainment. Always a great selection of beers, seltzers and slushies. There's always something new to try."
"Came in to have a quick date with my wife while our son and his buddy were at Flight. Hadn't been here in a bit so we immediately loved the Holiday decor, and specialty brews on tap. I had a pint of the Ricketbocker, a seasonal bock. I tried the Cotton-Headed Ninny Muggins, but that just had holiday spices added to the Ricketbocker that kind of took away from the overall taste. Neither my wife nor I were really that hungry, so we had a Chicken and Green Apple salad, and sliders with fries. Both were fantastic! The guys are the bar as always were very nice, attentive, and informative. Temblor is a true gem in Bakersfield."
"This is a wonderful brewery. Had a chance to talk with the brewer/owner - he takes great pride in his brewery. We tasted all the beers and loved them all! That doesn't happen often for me either. Nice beer garden too."
"I enjoyed my blueberry sour here but that was about it .The wings were just okay and so were the chicken tenders with fries. Also, note that they don't offer blue cheese dressing for the wings, just ranch, so, blue cheese lovers beware. The wings and tenders were under-seasoned for my taste; perhaps other items on the large menu would be better. They have a lot of variety which is great. The vibe and service of this neighborhood spot was very chill and casual. I would definitely come back just for drinks."
"Phil is an amazing local brewer! He is full of so much knowledge about beer and so many other topics. He is a great bartender and his wife Roz is fantastic too. I never have a bad beer, a bad experience, nor a lack of fun. Come here to have a refreshing locally crafted beer. Oh and they also have homemade root beer. Kids are welcome and if there is nothing on tv, Phil will spin some vinyl of his own or you can bring yours in."
"Tehachapi is always in need of more fun entertainment places. This place helps to add family time and everyone seems to really enjoy themselves. Came with my daughter and her family and we had a wonderful time. The bowling alley wasn't to crazy expensive for the amount of time they spent bowling. It was like $30 per hour plus a few bucks for shoes. We spent two hours and the kids had a great time. The building was new and clean looking and there was a full menu available while you were bowling. The wait staff were all SUPER nice and attentive to filling drinks and bringing food in a short amount of time. We ordered 4 pizzas and it came out in only about 15-20 minutes. The pizza itself was sadly just ok, that was the only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the review. Pizza had WAY too much cheese compared to other ingredients. I was with 4 large boys and usually they plow through the pizzas I've bought in the past. Everyone stressed that the pizza had a strange flavor because of the ungodly amount of cheese on them. Don't get me wrong, usually a lot of cheese is a good thing, but sadly we thought even Dominos and Little Caesars pizza was better, and that's bottom of the barrel pizza. Everyone only ate about 1 full pizza worth, which is completely not like normal. Sorry maybe try something else on the menu, pizza has a long way to go....After bowling, kids enjoyed the video game area and rounded out our experience. If pizza had been acceptable it would have been perfect day."
"Great place to hang out with the family. Food trucks and games for the little ones. Come in to enjoy a game or drink a beer and enjoy the atmosphere."
"I won tickets for this event off of Instagram from @yelpbakersfield (McKenzie), a huge thank you to her. I have always wanted to attend such an event but either didn't have the time or didn't feel like spending on something I was unsure of liking. We parked on the east parking side which was one heck of a walk, we didn't know where the entrance was to be honest. Once we arrived, we were greeted by a few ladies to check IDs & get stamped and then entering the gates to present our tickets & get our glasses. I brought my wife with me, though she does not drink she likes trying stuff and the food vendors was also a plus! The tastings: I will admit, I know I didn't try every single offering but I have some new found loving for beer I never knew existed. I've been a fan of "805" since I first tried it so I knew what they were about. There were some that were not great and some that were very good. One so good to me, I asked where I could purchase their beer in Bakersfield since they are from San Diego. It was Karl Strauss' beers, just loved the Mosaic beer. All in all a great experience! The food: The vendors were Moo Creamery, Jake's Original Tex-Mex and Eureka, even though I am not sure Eureka served food because their stand was small, might have been their beer. All items for sale were $5-6 and went well with the beer and atmosphere. Whoever chose the food vendors, Thumbs Up! The atmosphere/environment: Everyone was having fun, friendly and it was a little warm but if you sat in the shade the breeze made it so relaxing. I just wish I knew to bring my own chairs to lounge on while hanging out. Great experience at an excellent event, I need to be a "Volunteer for Beer"."
"Tried out the Hoppy Hour Specials (Mon-Fri 3-6 PM). We ordered the Stinky Fries, Hot Dog with Fries, BBQ & Buffalo Wings, and an order of the Golden Ale Chicken Strips. To preface I have ordered the stinky fries previously numerous times and stinky fries seemed to be lacking an ingredient this time and I always remembered them to have garlic. The cheese was a bit overwhelming and salty. Next time I will order the garlic fries off the hoppy hour specials. Next, my youngest had the hot with fries and it came with course deli mustard and onions and a healthy basket of fries. I had a small bite of the hot dog and it was delicious! Definitely great deal for $8! Next, the BBQ & Buffalo Wings! For $8 you get 6 wings and they were all big wings! Both sauces were good yet highly recommended the Buffalo sauce! Incredible deal on the wings! My oldest son ordered the Golden Ale Chicken Strips. Crispy and delicious! The ranch and bbq dipping sauces are absolutely delicious and highly recommend. We love the District location due to the outdoor patio area. Able to enjoy our dinner, while our kids were entertained playing the bean toss. I noticed other parents with small children using the patio space as it was nice day. Try out the Hoppy Hour Specials next time you visit! Can't wait to come back!"
"Im a jazz musician, and have played here a few times in the past. Naturally, being a jazz musician, I had to sample the beers too. They are really good! I always buy some to take home with me. They have a rotating menu, so whatever I might recommend here might not be available when you go, but do a sampling and pick your favorites. I think you'll be happy! Plus, they get extra points for supporting music. No food there, but peoploften order pizzas from next door to enjoy."
"Ordered take-out, didn't get a chance to see the inside. Looked nice and cool to hang out in.They brew their own beer, yum. We ordered their bacon cheeseburger and the bleau cheese burger, both were perfectly seasoned, thick and juicy, along with plenty of fresh, lightly salted waffle fries. So, so good!Customer service over the phone was very helpful and polite. We will definitely come back when in town again."
"Service was quick and there was a lot of seating . Wide beer selection and few wine options. I wish I could go again but it's so far from me but it was a great option that day. Dog friendly is a plus ."
"Just coming back on to post more photos. I took a lot of videos but for some reason it won't let me put those on here. Hmmm..."
"Amazing beer, great staff, friendly environment AND you can bring the kiddos! This is such a great place and definitely worth a visit!"
"Visited this place for the first time and I was blown away by the service, food drinks were amazing, the pizza was so good the beer selections was different from what I am use to but good variety great taste something for everyone, small location but just perfect for an outing without the large crowds, Dj was great the 10 plus tvs mounted everywhere for sports was awesome, definitely family friendly I have my 3 boys there and they were enjoying themselves with unlimited arcade games and other floor games throughout the facility, WiFi a plus for tablets , we all had a great chill time here."
"This place was amazing! I really love the outdoor area they have setup. I'd been here once before very quickly before COVID. My husband and I decided to stop by and spend more time trying out the beer and hanging out. They had Bucky's Hot Chicken food truck for customers. The customer service here was great and the beer was amazing! I LOVE sour beers and wow they have amazing choices here. This place is definitely worth the visit!"
"This place is great! Awesome beers.cool ambiance and I love that they host various game nights for other groups trying to raise money!"
