She was patient, compassionate, and went above to make sure the Flower Arrangement in Basket was what I wanted.The Flower Basket was magnificent and looked exactly like the picture on their Website!!! Flowers with Thinking Of You Balloon, and card was delivered in the timeframe that was agreed upon!The Recipient loved it and although I do not live in the area, would not hesitate to call them again"
