Buono Italian Eatery

Where do I begin, I've been shopping from Nick since he started selling the fresh homemade pastas and Marinara Sauce! This fine young gentleman is rather talented. He has some delicious food and love the different twists he puts to ravioli (like who would have thought to put dessert in ravioli?!). His pizzas are rather tasty and so are his Cannolis. I'd post a photo of the food, but it somehow ends up in my belly before the thought runs my mind. But will certainly be sharing next time I order.If you ever have the chance to stop by his booth, I certainly recommend! You can tell how much he loves to cook, heck, you can taste it in every bite! And the creativity is astounding! Thanks Nick for your quality food and amazing service!

From the Wagyu Beef Ravioli to the Minestrone to the Cannolis to the Breakfast Pizza (it's a thing paisans), I'm having a hard time keeping the weight off. I have to pray to Saint Jude to keep my wits in check I don't buy too much food whenever I go. All kidding aside, Nick's offerings at his booth on Saturdays (or wherever you get the opportunity to see him in your area) are some of the best around. Madone, when HE DOES ACTUALLY open a restaurant, I'll be there at the launch. Bravo!

Absolute best food at the farmers market! Nick is an absolute sweetheart which makes the food all the better. Always look forward to the farmers market to eat their pizzas even if it's outrageously hot

We had the breakfast pizza at the Farmer's Market in Newhall a couple of weeks ago. It was DELICIOUS!!! Chorizo, maple syrup, and gravy?! How did it all work together? Magic...It was big enough for breakfast and dinner for two of us. We enjoyed the pizza so much that we attended the Farmer's Market in Canyon Country for more freshly made pizza. My husband plans to order fresh pizza dough and attempt to make pizza at home. Wish us luck!

This is the booth that brings me out to the farmers market. If they have beef stew, I will change my plans to make sure I can stop by. The Cannolis are definitely worth the carbs and calories. Weekly rotating menu. I haven't had anything I didn't like.

Pizzas do not disappoint! Great tasting sauce and dough made with each pie. Can always find these guys at my local farmers market.

Amazing ravioli and pizza!! They cook everything from scratch, hard to find a business like that in Santa Clarita where they love what they do and make people happy with their food.

It's hard to find quality food these days so it was very refreshing to find an owner who cares about the ingredients that he uses in his food. The meatball sandwich was amazing and so fresh and his basil pesto is as authentic as it gets. They also make different flavored cannolis! The owner Nick is super friendly and is extremely passionate about food and cooking. Def worth trying!

Outstanding food. Nick the owner pours every ounce of care into his food. And it shows. You can taste the high quality ingredients in every bite. We had Buono catered for multiple parties and it's always a hit. I've even used Buono for a client appreciation event and Nick was so patient and caring. I recommend Buono for any and all your needs.
