RUN!!!! Stay away from this lying, stealing, shady, scum of the earth company and the main characters in this comedy of a company - JOSE GRAMAJO and ALDO!!!! If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would!! I don't know which if the two is worse, but then again they are brothers. I am so disgusted I don't even know where to start. The constant lies to our face, promises that they failed to keep, left us high and dry even though we demonstrated patience beyond comprehension. The constant begging for money because otherwise they "would have no way of purchasing material to continue with our projects." The dirty pig mess that they constantly left when eating lunch or each and every time we provided them with food and drinks, they would leave cans, bottles, fast food trash, bones l, cigarette butts and trash all over the front and backyard despite our messages asking them to use the trash cans. Not to mention piles of hardened cement bags left on our driveway that they refused to remove and blocked our driveway for over 1 year. Our shotcrete pool filled with mildew swamp water, mosquitoes and tadpoles that ALDO told us we were responsible for purchasing a pump to remove the water that accumulated for over 1 year!!! Constant sob stories that they have no money and blamed COVID. Yet had they stuck to the timeline the COVID prices would have never been an issue. Instead they trick you by completing the dig and rebar quickly then leave you to a bunch of excuses like their truck breaking down, being sick, family members passing away, being deported, getting wounded at other jobs ...are just a few that come to mind as I type this. They made decisions without consulting us and we had to repurchase material due to their error and lack of consulting with us. NOT to mention the waste of a backyard filled with concrete, which was ruined with the MOST crooked lines, the most crooked stamp job that even a child would notice, misplaced drains that sit above or next to the grades so the the drain can't even do it's job, AND not enough drainage. Our front lawn ruined, so now we have to pay to replace because to this day we have piles of cement gravel that they just leave lying around not allowing for the sprinklers to be turned on because the cement piles are sitting on top of the sprinkler heads. We are going on 2 years and our pool project is not even close to being done!! After begging for another payment they leave us high and dry after nearly two years (two years April 2023). Out contract includes a shower and exterior restroom which were never started, they never dug out the drain to the street, so it ends next to my residence which could cause structural damage, contract includes salt water pool, they never told us they did not purchase salt water system and to this day have a chlorine system. Our fire wall does not have keys installed or the grates to place fire rocks, our fire pit does not have grates to hold fire rocks either, so they both sit empty with piping exposed and cannot even be used for their intended purpose. They installed a side gate incorrectly and had to redo it. The drilled so many holes it's riddled from having to redo it. That same side gate falls off whenever we open it, so we constantly have to put it back up, no auto fill installed to this day so we have to use our hose to constantly fill it, the filler between coping and cement is still sitting there to this day with the styrofoam mesh stuff, our spill waterfalls are cement and to this day have not been replaced with flagstone that we purchased. They even asked us to buy the blade to cut the flagstone and they still have not cut it and placed it, the slab is still in our yard. Not to mention the extremely poor workmanship on the stack stone surrounding our pool and jacuzzi, poorly placed stone that sits in top of our fire wall and fire pit, which I forced them to redo. The cement that is oozing from the bottom of those stones that I can see from the underside while in my pool. The salt water pool tiles for our CHLORINE pool were installed CROOKED and uneven! The grout in our jacuzzi is half gray and half black which ALDO said just needed some acid to make it match. We bought the product to supposedly fix it but ALDO didn't even take the time to fix it.

I would Give a 1 star if I could. Do not use them they have burned both me and my sister. They con u into a owner builder permit and then run after 3rd phase before pool equipment. They did it to both of us. DO NOT USE THEM

This is the worst company you can ever hire. Both Aldo and Jose are nothing but cheats and liars. I have had a very bad experience with them. They took my money an did not even complete the project. What ever was completed has absolutely horrible build quality.As people have mentioned in their reviews, stay away from them. DO NOT give them the opportunity to scam you.

These guys (3 brothers) are doing business under two different names. Aldo pool cleaning service and brothers building pool and spa. We trusted Aldo and Jose with our pool project and they have abandoned our project, come to find out they applied for an owner build permit and we were under the impression that we were hiring professional contractors, not to mention the service lies after lies after lies. Who would have known... please feel free to contact me if you would like more information, we will be reporting both fake companies to the licensed contractors board and to the city of Palmdale and Lancaster.

We hired this business to build a pool in our backyard. Jose, one of the owners, came, met with us and was very cordial. We liked the idea of supporting a smaller, local, family based company, and he promised to follow through and build the pool we envisioned. The construction started as most pool projects would. The hole was dug, rebarred, and filled with gunnite. But once this was done they became very shady. They would say they would come do this or that, and never show up. They would randomly send people to come who clearly had little to no knowledge of what they were doing. They left trash, food, beer cans all over the backyard, never cleaning up after themselves. The work began to become extremely low quality. They began to do very shotty work with no consistency. They gave us timelines that were never adhered to. Then months would go by where no one would come to do anything. They would promise to be there, and never show up. We began to fear they had abandoned our project. Our pool was full of their trash, beer cans, food packaging, rotten brown water, for weeks. Our front yard was destroyed with their tractor; boards, trash, and broken bricks, and the fountain, that was once in our backyard, was scattered in the there and never cleaned or picked up. This after continual requests to do so. Everything was a mess. Our grass died in the backyard because they did not cap sprinklers properly, and broke our entire drip sprinkler system. They destroyed the concrete sidewalk on the side of our house, and never repaired it. They dropped off a pallet of plaster and pebbletec that sat in the sun, then rain for weeks, and is now unusable. This pallet remains there now. Thousands of dollars worth. Our once beautiful backyard is now destroyed, and no matter how many requests we made to please start putting things back, they never were. They only filled in the trench, but even then did a very poor job, never replacing the granite rock or fixing the drip sprinkler system that watered our plants and bushes. They would say they would, but never did. That is when we began to look into their other business dealings, and we found they had done the same with other jobs locally. In fact they had already been reported to the California State Licensing Board, as well as the city. The pictures of pools on their website and brochure are surely not theirs. We finally had another very reputable contractor come to look at the work and what he told us was horrific. Most of the work done was not up to code. For example the gas line was not buried 18 inches, nor did it have any pressure on the gauge. The inspector wrote that it needed to be addressed on the inspection report. Then it was eventually somehow written off as passed, even though it remained not up to code(?). The concrete around the pool is horribly poured. It is uneven, as well as the drainage incomplete, and not dug to the curb as it should be. The coping was extremely uneven. They did not put joints in the coping either, so it cracked and spit about every six inches all the way around the pool. The retaining wall was built extremely poorly, with no rebar. The stone on it was poorly place, with gaps, and parts of it have fallen off, and were not addressed.This would eventually have failed when the dirt behind it became wet with rain, cracked and fallen into the pool. They promised water features on the wall and never installed them. Pretty much everything they had done was either poorly built or completely dysfunctional, leaving the contractor to believe the plumbing and lines under the ground were also done improperly. As of now we have ended our contract with them. We are into them for a substantial amount of money, and now they will not answer or even read our texts or phone calls. They just left wheelbarrows, equipment everywhere and will not come get it. I have taken a number of actions legally of which I will not share here. The contractors we spoke to have said they have taken over multiple jobs of theirs in the last year. These men our basically scamming nice, trusting people with no remorse, while conducting what is essentially a fraudulent, illegal, unlicensed business in an area with an amazing community of families and hard working people. My family has been in this valley for close to 90 years, and my wife and I both work within the community serving the amazing people of this valley. I truly hope this review reaches anyone looking to use them. If you are looking to have a pool built feel free to contact me and I will refer you to an absolutely amazing local contractor who will do beautiful, trustworthy work. Sadly we found him too late. But he will be taking over this project.
