I was without air conditioning for a week, had to wait for the service but well worth the wait! When Chris came out, he found he didn't have the part with him and would have to come back. I was so distraught at the thought of having another sleepless night due to it being so hot that he made a point to make it back to my home the same day to replace the motor. Everyone in their office and Chris were so kind and understanding. Brock heating and Air replaced my air conditioner and heating systems. Chris went above and beyond for me. The customer service is superior to the competition. My utility bills drastically decreased after the install. My system is excellent and I have peace of mind.

Chris and the team are exceptional at what they do. Extremely knowledgeable and even more than that, very personable. Customer service is something that seems to be becoming extinct within the technical service industry however, I'm happy to say, Brock Heating and Air are class act within the industry. We had several other unreliable HVAC companies make promises and never deliver. Chris and the team at Brock were able to successfully diagnose the problem and implement a solution before our 28 degree night temperatures began. Pricing is fair, and service is impeccable. I have been meaning to write this for a while. But back in April (lol) just before the major heat wave, the company reviewed by issue, was super honest, and presented a decent quote. My A/C has been working great ever since. ( I know this is short but I'd rather get to the point). I definitely recommend!!!

I recently bought a house built in 1985, after 3 hot summers and 3 cod winters, I gave up and started getting A/C quotes.. it had no ac when built, and it just had a broken furnace.I received 3 quotes to have a 4 ton air conditioning unit installed while upgrading my furnace and integrating everything and repairing duct work in the attic. Brock gave me a very fair quote $930 lower than the the 2nd lowest bid, he also made it clear he stands behind his work, the guy was very sharp so I felt very comfortable hiring him. He was honest and upfront about the cost and how long it would take to install. The install was on-time, beautiful and went off without a hitch, I then had him come back and install a small ac unit in my garage for under $2500, great service and great results, my house was cool for summer and staying warm now even with this crazy cold weather.

These guys are amazing! I was working with a home warranty company, which can be difficult. They helped through the whole process of getting my unit replaced. They were responsive, empathetic ( no heat during the holidays) and very knowledgeable. They got the old unit out, the new one in and all in day. They followed up with another side job and were just overall really good guys. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone, especially in this small community where it can be hard to find quality services. Thanks guys!!

It's hard to express how strongly we feel, when that feeling is so high with appreciation for what your company did for us. We realized Saturday late afternoon something was wrong with the heater. Was it the thermostat? The unit? Why does that fan make sounds but the house is not heating up. After going through our (worthless!) home protection agency, we discovered due to the weekend time and it being before a Monday holiday, it was unlikely we'd get help unnoticed Monday, if then. My sister got on the computer searching to find anyone who would make a Sunday morning call. Our 89'year old mom was starting to panic over the possibility of no heat and I was just under a week past a total hipReplacement so limited with what to do. To make a long story a bit shorter, she called Brock heating and spoke with Chris. By 11:30 am Sunday he not ONLY correctly fixed our issue, but the Customer service bestowed on us was something from days that seem long gone. He cared, he acted upon helping us so quickly, and the cost for all this, I am certain, was beyond fair and reasonable. This is a keeper company and we are proud to hail its' value!

Chris is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. He's honest, his prices are fair, and he's very professional. I would recommend him over and over again! I called him out to look at my heaters. He showed up on time, repaired what was needed, and explained in detail several options.

So, this review is late. Service was actually on February 6, 2024 with Chris and Chris. Both were great, got the old unit out and explained the issues with it. Put the new unit in (quiet!) and it looks good ssitting there, unlike the eye sore it replaced. I've attached a cpl pics, the 1st two are of the old unit (you can see the back-up of soot) and the last two are the new unit and thermostat. The old thermostat was old school so the digital works a lot better for me. All in All had replaced the unit within about 4 hours or so. I had to walk my dog a cpl times while they were here and had no issues. This place was COLD! Having just moved in and discovering the heat was not working, it's been smooth sailing since the new install and I and my little dog could not be happier. Elgin

Today Chris came out to troubleshoot my Daughter's Mastercool window evap unit. He quickly diagnosed multiple issues then expertly resolved each one. He thoroughly cleaned the unit inside and out. He then gave my Daughter a quick lesson In operating the thermostat properly. I will be sure to call him out in the future!
