This was the only açai bowl place open at 9:30 at night so I placed an order with Uber eats and I'm so disappointed in it. At first, I was really impressed with the presentation but that's where the positives stop. The açai at the bottom is 100% frozen and they use frozen fruit and old bananas. It's all really tasteless. Definitely not what I was craving. I've learned my lesson. I'll just wait for Café Rio to open next time.

my best friend skyler and i went here for some delicious acai bowls in honor of her birthday! i ordered a patriot bowl and it was deeeelicious. the acai tasted really fresh and clean and very nice. the fruits were also fresh and tasty. i adooored the coconut on top as well. the bowl isn't too sweet either tis perfect. even though it was one of their busier days, they took our order and got it out to us very quickly. the restaurant had comfy seating and adorable decor.

I thought I would give this place another try and it's still horrible. Customer service is always bad. They left vegan cheese out of my burrito this time. and I can't figure out why it takes half an hour to make a simple no-frills burrito with three people working and talking in the back. Beyond me . Last and final time I've go to this place. I recommend you don't either.

I come here often. Never again I waited over 30 minutes for my order, a Keto acai bowl, and a dragonfruit smoothie. I asked how much longer after a gentleman who was there before me received his order. Freddy let me know we were next. However, after waiting half an hour, I could not wait any longer, I asked for a refund, which he said would be on my card in 3 to 5 business days. He didn't offer a receipt, so I guess it's on good faith. There is ZERO customer service or a sense of urgency.

Their acai bowls are perfect. I have tried many acai bowls, but nothing compares to these. The acai is not too sweet, it is just the right amount. Granola is great. Fruit is always fresh. I also enjoy their juices.

3rd time coming here and I'm ashamed of not witting a review sooner. I can't tell what I like more, the ambiance, or the decor. I have a hard time figuring out what I like more, the ambiance, or the decor. Açaí bowls are PACKED and a SOLID bowl every single time. While açaí is the star of the show, the poke bowls aren't lacking in any category. The freshness and flavors are always a beautiful mix. And there's people complaining about the wait time. ROME WASNT BUILT IN A DAY BUT YOULL HAVE YOUR FOOD IN A MINUTE. Thank you.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and answered any questions I had. The food was clean, healthy and convenient for me. I would recommend this place for anyone that has a busy lifestyle but also needs a way to get nutrient fueled meals.

The young man working behind the counter October 4th around 2 pm was completely rude and gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did I wait 30 minutes for an açaí bowl and protein shake but after asking politely how much longer since I was in a rush, instead of giving me a time frame his response was "you can get a refund" Customer service like that is why places that have potential fail, I will never come here again as long as that rude man works there. SO RUDE! Shame on him and whoever raised him!
