Brass Depot is great! Great customer service and great inventory. Have don't lots of business with them and hope to continue. Stumbled on this place and can truly say it's one of a kind.

An extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great selection of firearms several weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition through them. Had a weapon that was shipped to them for pick up. Going to buy another one next week!

Great place for variety and selections. Also for a newbie getting into guns. The serve you will when you walk in. Another pro is that they sell guns off the roster to military reserves. If they don't got what you want you can get it shipped to them. They are partnered with some gun brands so there is no FFL fee. They have the cheapest 9 mm ammo in town too.Only issues are prices some guns like a Glock can be found in town at a cheaper price.

Nope, not today, tomorrow or EVER!I wish there was a zero stars review button. Their customer service is lacking to say the least, and rude would be more appropriate. I've worked in the weapons systems genre for close to 40 years and their knowledge of firearms is extremely lacking and they are very poorly informed. Selection is fair, but their prices for guns or ammo are unreasonable. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This business has very professional staff, and consistently has hard-to-get items. Aaron is very easy to work with, and BD has quickly become my go-to location for all of my gun and ammo needs. I almost don't want to review them, I'd rather keep them my little secret ;). They are a great FFL for CA legal imports.

Ammo prices are very expensive and hey I get it this is California but the prices aren't even competitive they're just high anyway when you first walk in it's also very dark and hard to see . The customer service isn't very good either . The blonde with the tattoos is rude and has an attitude. After I left there was an exaggerated post on their social media about a customer. That's very unprofessional and the reason why I will no longer being giving them anymore of my money . Not that they care but hopefully I can prevent someone else from having a bad experience as well. If I was a new gun owner or first time buyer I'd stay away from that place
