Ok another update. The machines seem to be working again and not breaking down as much, except for foul lines sensors which still are not operational. The alley has been a lot cleaner recently, which makes coming to league bowl more enjoyable. The music is more of a background level and not blaring so loud as to drown out the bowling. This makes having conversations easier.Overall they heard me and fixed things, which is actually something I fully respect and I'm thankful that corrections were made.

I called the cops because there was no security after a group threatened me. The manager offered to throw them out but if she did they would be after me so I said no. Then the group threatened me again & when I asked for a refund the manager Megan said I can't do anything because you said to not do anything the first time. Goes to show she does not care & honestly I'm disappointed.

I am livid. My husband is an active duty service member and we decided to get out of the house this Memorial Day weekend because this day is brutal for our family. I made a reservation, spent almost $250 during our visit, just to be asked to move tables three times for other guests even though we arrived first. After the third time we were asked to move there was no where else for us to sit and "they couldn't refund us the extra time we paid for because it has to be approved by the director."On the one night my family needed peace we only got to play one game even though I paid in advance for 2 hours. This was the worst bowling alley I have ever visited. I've never in my life been asked to give up my seat for someone else like it was the 1950's.

I absolutely love it here very good customer service. I came in on Easter at 12-4pm the staff was extremely nice, professional and attentive. The staff is amazing they have good energy and it makes it a fun place. My car actually died outside and the employees helped me I lived hours away and had to pick up my baby so it meant the world and more to me. They are truly amazing. Top tier customer service. Fun place to be!

Order your food before renting the lane because they will kick you out of your table as soon as you finish your game. Pizza in hand, they don't care. Our server Renee was the absolute best ! 4/3/2024 5:30pm

Thank you to the staff and manager for the amazing experience! They were so kind. Even when we had issues with our lane they were very helpful and apologetic. It was my kids first time bowling and they had the best time. The manager kept checking up on us asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We will definitely be going back. Btw I booked a lane online. It cost us $136 for 2 hours of bowling and shoes for our group of 6. And because we had a couple issues with our lane they gave us the time we lost. And our issue was just technical problems. Nothing to do with the staff or customers. Thank you to the entire staff for giving my kids the most respect and awesome experience.

I had a party there for my daughter yesterday. They rolled out the red carpet for her. She had a really great time with her friends. The two managers were very busy but always made it a point to check on us. I would highly recommend this place for your next event.

My family and I had a amazing Saturday night here!The eating section was clean and Darnell Tapplar and the employees are very nice. Check in and check out was fast and my son enjoyed the arcade before leaving. Pizza and drinks were tasty.Thank you Darnell and arcade manager!

If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't leave one at all for this place ! The cashier was nice so the one star was only for her ! And maybe the other young man that was also surprised with them saying they can't take foreign ids I've never heard of any other place that does this I mean we go and have drinks to any other place !We went to ask the manager how was it possible we couldn't buy a drink knowing how much we had already spent and to hear we can't have a beer what the hell is that ? New policy or just racism in this bowling alley I went to ask for a refund and the manager didn't even ask why or tell us if there was anything she can do She was just like ok ! Personally as a manager in a restaurant we always try to accommodate any type of issue or refund for any service that wasn't provided correct but obviously she wasn't manager material.Now I know where not to go. And now you guys should know where you shouldn't go either !!
