Bowlero Lancaster

Was part of a work event and this was a great success. The team had a great time, and the food and drinks were awesome. Maybe additional bartenders and waitresses would have helped with the line at the bar, but other than that everyone seemed to have a great time.

My experience at this Bowlero location was just OK. First issue I had was redeeming gift cards. It seems like the staff is inexperienced in gift card redemption, and it took them a very long time to check the balances. Also, when I wanted to use it towards a food & drink purchase, the cashier was quick to say no. Luckily she tried the gift card anyway and it actually went through. They have a small arcade area that was cool but I didn't get a chance to use it so I can't speak to it. Parking easily available on-site. I also didn't like how they do their charging/payment system. All of the shoe rentals were added to my lane, so it was hard to determine how to split the bill and it ultimately fell on me to collect payment from the other bowlers in my group/lane. The music choice/playlist was great and the AC was a great retreat from the summer heat. However, I believe my experience definitely could've been better so this is why I'm only giving it 3 stars. I'm not sure I would come back, to be honest. Time will tell.

Management really needs to get it together. We were a large group, so we called ahead to make sure it wasn't a league night and were told it was open bowling. We arrived to find out only the 1st 6 lanes were open, the rest reserved for league play. Not happy. We put our names on the wait list and played pool while we waited. Once we got settled in our lane, we went to the bar and food court. Bar - only one person making drinks for the entire bowling alley. Went back for a second drink to be told I needed to bring my first glass back. Foot court- a complete disaster. Orders took an hour plus. The 2 working spent more time arguing and being petty towards each other than anything else. Not once did a server come to our lanes to take an order.

Sadly, the place is VERY SCUZZY! Bathrooms filthy! I wish the employees were focused on customer service and dressing to impress or at least professionally! VERY SLOPPY! However, that's NOT the case. Employees making out while sitting on the counter/front desk. The waitresses do a good job! Snack bar really needs a restaurant manager or someone to make sure what's on the menu is IN stock. Not, "sorry we don't have that!" Yes, we run out but that's not what I'm talking aboutAnd the lanes are awful! Bowled sweepers and had to wait multiple times for 1 guy to "fix" it! I hope the owners will 100% update EVERYTHING. It could be a GREAT FAMILY and others place to go and have FUN! Right now it's FILTHY, employees MUST be replaced or RE-TRAINED! As a business owner, here in Lancaster, I want to see this place SHINE! Please Please re-read ALL reviews and take what you can use and ignore the rest.

Theses lanes suck, but the food service is good, and the bowling is fun if you're just hanging out

Bowlero Lancaster Hosted a party with coworkers for a going away party. Great service played 4 games with no issues, the pizza was amazing

Awesome time with all my coworker's, they hosted a going away party for us and it was great, great service!!!

2 months later...Nothing has changed and/or been resolved. Lanes are still broken and jam constantly. Balls come back damaged. Dirty water still being handed out. Bathrooms are disgusting as is the attitudes of some of these staff. FIX THIS.

Our team played 4 games and had no issues with the lanes. The pizza was very tasty and staff always friendly. We will bring our event back next year

Awesome place but food & drink service is very slow the only down side balls are clean stages are clean but some bugs here and there
