Bounce House of Bakersfield

They brought the dirtiest bouncer I've ever seen and I tried to clean it but it was so bad that nothing worked. The soda has been sitting in there for months at least, that's obvious. There were candy wrappers, spilled soda and grass inside the unit. I sent a video to angel and all he did was say the stains are from wear and tear. He never answered any of my calls and text messages. I wanted to switch the unit out or at least work out some sort of discount but nothing, he ignored every attempt to reach out. Don't use this place. This ruined my daughter's birthday. No one used it because the kids were grossed out to go inside. If you're looking for a bouncer go anywhere else. BE WARNED! This was not a good experience. They dropped off the bounce house but did NOT inflate it. We called several times as well as text but no one got back to us. We were unable to use the bounce house at all. We literally had a party with a deflated bounce house in our back yard. When the owner called to pick up the next day we told him what happened and he said he "tried to call" we never got a call from him. We asked for a full refund since we didn't use the house but was only willing to give us half the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great rental and catering company prices are fair and the guys who delivered are great at what they do very fast and on time with drop offs and pickups love their cotton candy machine and popcorn machine came with all the essentials with a great price Thankyou we will be booking again!!!!!
