The food was great! really tasty. There was not many in there send it felt very cozy. The service was quick and our pizza came out quickly! really good 10/10

The food is always amazing as is the service. Miss the happy hour appetizers but Covid changed many things. The sandwiches are bomb as is the salads.

Speaking direct to the Owner or Manager of this place. I love your restaurant for the past 5 years I've been going there. Rating the pizza from a place of love because I really love this place. But this might sting a little. I called to speak with a manager and got left on hold so here we go. We ask for well-done so the pizza will be cooked all the way. Truth is things are coming out undercooked (I'll explain below, don't hate me, I WANT people to eat here).The Good-Flavor: Perfect/AmazingIngredients: Fresh/DeliciousStaff: Kind, professional, real as it gets, I dig it!Boston's has a WINNING recipe, it just needs some minor prep/cooking tweaks.The Meh-Proportions: Too Much cheese, sauce and toppingsCrust: Tasty but pulled right off the slice before it could hit the plate.End Result: Uncooked dough, pizza stuck to box because the wet dough got attached, half a (spendy) pizza wasted.I used to make pizzas for the best place in my hometown, there's a way to do this. It's not down to preference, it's principle so please hear me out.-The dough has to be flat (preferably poke-rolled but that's just me) with cornmeal or you get the creases we got, this leads to the crust detaching.-Reduce the ingredients by 50%, mainly reduce the cheese and single up the pepps, stacks don't cook right. This will save you tons of money in overhead expenses and reduce waste, and your customers will enjoy it more (nobody is getting robbed here).-Ensure undercarriage is rigid, after reducing the cheese the pies will cook perfectly at your set temperature/time. The pies are too heavy/dense for cook time right now, hence this result.I'm asking as a loyal customer, if the manager or owner is reading this, to please consider this advice. Please don't be upset because I still recommend Boston's and I'm still gonna eat there. I really enjoy this place, just take this onboard. I love you guys.

So we arrived around 11:30am on a Saturday and there were two tables (party of 3 & 4) already seated. We ordered two sandwiches and a large pizza. 45 minutes later we were wondering if our order got overlooked although the two tables there before us were just barely getting food so...perhaps not enough staff in kitchen? Our pizza came out, but was incorrect and so they said they'd make a second. About 10 minutes later our sandwiches came out and 5 more a small pizza to correct the pizza error. The food itself was good and the staff was pleasant but I'm uncertain what to think of the time delay given the apparent lack of any type of high volume at the time (saw zero to go orders while we were there). A maybe return for me.

Great pizza, good wings, great bread sticks and the salads are delicious. Fast and friendly service. Lots of options from salads, wings, sandwiches and pizza.

Went yesterday. Called ahead for salads. Decided to add a sampler. After waiting 45 mins being told order would take 10-15 asked 2 times to check order and was finally told they didn't realize we were there waiting. The employees were hanging out in the back while customers came in and out. It was empty when we first arrived and people got their orders before us after coming in after us. Our food was burnt very burnt and over cooked. Not happy at all and will not be returning.

The service was fast and nice place with plenty of seating. I ordered a medium combination pizza and it was just okay at best. When I ordered I was offered thin or thick crust and I wanted thick crust. The crust wasn't very thick at all.

Pizza was great. Highly recommend it. The crust was thin and crunchy delicious. The restaurant was quiet. Everyone was very pleasant and nice.

One of the best pizzas in town! They are generous with the toppings we have been customers for over 10 years. Boston Pizza never disappoints.
