Bombay Burgers

Oh how I love fusion food. I've always thought that Indian spices would be amazing on beef if only it beef was more acceptable. But this burger right here proves that that is indeed the case! I'm not used to having cucumbers in my burger but in a way it serves the same function as lettuce! The patty's nice and thick, and the seasoning isn't overbearing (for those that think Indian food is too heavy on spices). I don't even know what spices are these fries but these are good! It came with a house sauce that isn't spicy at all, and is very very mild. Overall a very good burger and I will be coming back to try their chicken sandwiches soon!

I love food trucks and Indian spices, so when I ran across Bombay Burgers on Instagram I thought, "Sign me up!" Stopped by tonight to spice up what is usually Friday night pizza night for our fam. Son ordered the tandoori chicken burrito and I ordered butter chicken bowls for my lovely wife and me and loaded bacon curry fries to share. The portions were great and the food was very flavorful and had nice depth to it. There were no peppers noting spiciness on any of the menu items I ordered but as my son, who has a higher "tolerance" for heat than I do, said, "These fries are no joke!" There was plenty to share and the spices worked well with the sauces and bacon to create a wonderful side dish that could easily be a meal! The only note I have is there could have been a little more sauce. The butter chicken had wonderful flavor and was also plenty hot. The burrito packed a powerful flavor punch and the milder heat was balanced by cucumber and tomato, which my son will probably ask for on the side next time. I loved the bite I sampled though. We enjoyed the food, the owners were friendly, and we plan to return soon!

This place is amazing! I had the classic Bombay Burger and curry fries. I didn't realize that I needed this fusion cuisine in my life! The Bombay Burger has a spice blend I can't put my finger on - and it's delicious. What helps is that the meat is of high quality and it's cooked well. It's moist and not burnt to a crisp. It's an all organic beef patty without the gristle and other weird bits we tolerate at other restaurants. It's matched by condiments that are not short on flavor. Because the patty is so flavorful you need the onion, tomato and cucumber to balance the patty and savory sauce. The french fries are also amazing. The curry flavoring is not overpowering. It's essentially the equivalent of seasoned fries, but better. You keep reaching for more because it's a refreshing change!Finally, the service is 10/10! They are sweethearts. I called my order in last minute right before they closed, and they had it ready in no time. I will definitely be going back!!!

This place is a must try! We will definitely be regulars here. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. My husband and I tried:Spicy Bombay Burger - Juicy burger jam packed with flavor. The seasoning in this burger was incredible. Punjabi Tikka Sandwich - I don't know what they do to this chicken but it was so tender and juicy. I practically inhaled this sandwich. Excited to try their other chicken options too because of how well cooked the chicken was. Loaded Bacon Curry Fries - These were my husbands favorite of the two fries we tried. They were true to their name and came loaded with lots of bacon, cheese, and sauce.Curry Fries - These were my favorite of the two fries because the curry seasoning was so delicious. I love curry so I couldn't stop eating these. The fries filled an entire take out box so there was more than enough to share between two people. Can't wait to try their other options!

Ok so if you haven't been and want a burger that has an Indian twist you have to give them a try!!!! I have been a couple of times when they were located outside the Hospital I work at. The

Not for meI ordered the Bombay Burger combo.The food was cooked to order and was served hot. The burger came with lettuce, the thinnest slice of tomato that I've ever seen, and small shreds of a red onion, not a whole slice of onion. However, my husband tasted my burger and really enjoyed how the meat was spiced and the tasty sauce. Overall it just wasn't anything special. I wish them the best as their concept is unique.

Good food no doubt. Tried it for the first time. I had Spicy Bombay Burger but it was not spicy pee my taste. Its ok but they have me fried jalapeño & i think that kind of did it. Flavour on the burger is missing something which i could not figure out. But over all it was good with the fries. I wish them the best.

I tried their food for the first time at the fairgrounds last night. I had the tandoori chicken tacos, and they were really good. An interesting fusion of East indian and mexican cuisine. Spicy and delicious!

For all of those waiting in line for a very ordinary chicken sandwich at Chik-Fil-A, you really need to give the tandoori chicken burger a try at Tailored burgers. The most delicious chicken sandwich you will ever eat. The bun was fresh and the ratio of tender juicy well-seasoned chicken to bun was perfect. The sandwich was topped with some delicious sauce and some cool, fresh, crispy lettuce, tomato and red onion. I will definitely be back for this succulent morsel of deliciousness!We also tried the tandoori burrito. While the burrito was good it was a little less successful in our opinion. It was more like a sandwich wrap than a burrito. So overall, I think there is room for improvement on this menu item.I gave it 4 stars mainly due to the fact the burrito missed the mark and the tandoori chicken sandwich contained a small bone. Just something to be mindful of so you don't break a tooth.Glad we tried this truck and we will definitely be back!

So yummy! I got the spicy Bombay burger and it was super well seasoned, juicy and veryyy spicy! absolutely the best burger I've ever had! Fairly priced for how big the burger is aswell! And super friendly survices!
