My original rotor inside area look at rusted area and metal scraping marks.
Rotors that i recieved as parts taking off my vehicle from 2 other vehicles look at rim hole imprints.
Rear passenger tire flat.
Rotor they showed me after work was done.
Brake pads they showed me said to be off my vehicle. Again from another vehicle.

The service department gets 1 star. I have a 2020 bmw that I bought from them. Something is grinding every time I push on the brakes, I can feel it and hear it. I've put my car in their shop 3 times over this issue only to get my car back as if they didn't check it out. Service advisor just acts like its nothing and patronizes me. They either know what's wrong & don't care, or they're not qualified to do the work. Either way, it's unacceptable. My experience has been ruined by poor service. All I want out of this review is for someone to care. I think its too late. I'll go to Beverly Hills & have lunch while I wait. Sorry Bakersfield BMW service, I'm breaking up with u.

bought a brand new 2024 430I. Within a week the front tow cover was flopping around and I took it in for them to just clip it back. It came off a few more times I ended up crazy gluing it then I took my car in to get my windows tinted and washed and my rear tow cover came off. They didn't tell me or replace it. They gave me my car back and I didn't notice until I got home and had to wait for them to order another one, then get it painted and then go back down to the dealership and have it put back on within a week it popped off and was gone again. Then they wanted to charge me. They told me I should be putting tape over the covers when I get the car washed. Unbelievable I've had every car you can think of and never had to tape things together or crazy glue them. I spoke to their service manager Jess Clemente. He told me he would get a tow hitch cover and get it painted and I could come in and have it put back on for free but that didn't happen. I called him numerous times. He never returned any calls. I spoke to someone there and had him paged. He told me he would have it taken care of and that I could come that week on Friday and have it put on. I went down there on Friday, but they didn't have it ready. I'm so sick of them.

We had a 5 star experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Our sales professional, Elie Jamal was polite, professional and went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered and we we well taken care of. Not pleased with their customer service. They never return calls. Takes several days to a week to get scheduled for service. Then every single time I take it for a simple maintenance service some " serious mechanical issue" is found. Yet, my BMW never acts up or reports an issue in the Idrive. I truly believe it's because it shows I don't have warranty in their system ( purchased it elsewhere) so they try to take advantage of me until I tell them I have coverage. Would not recommend this place. Unfortunately, the closest BMW is Valencia but I guess I will have to drive there in the future than deal with this poor customer service. A few people I dealt with : Amanda Duodonis, Arlene in service center, and I don't recall the other two peoples name.

Unbelievable. This is the worst service/repair department I have ever had to deal with. After thousands spent and repeated visits for the SAME issue, I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. If you have the option to take your vehicle somewhere else, I highly suggest to do so.

Unfortunately nothing's changed. I patiently waited to bring my car in for service. The service technician Scott Sutton pointed out the right rear rotor needed to be resurfaced and was the cause of the squealing noise. They had just resurfaced and redid the brakes so it was a poor job they did the first time.After taking my car in and explaining to Carolyn the service tech what the issues were and that we were going to resurface the rotor, she went ahead and chamfered the brake pads instead. She did not call me to tell me what she was going to do with my vehicle and they tried to be cheap about fixing their mistake.I brought it up to the service manager Jim who would not address the issue and was a complete you know what. He has no concept or idea of customer service and treated me very poorly. He demanded that I come pick up my vehicle and they would not make the repairs.I had to speak with the general manager Rene Campos and he did the right thing by overriding the service manager. But when I came to pick up my car there was a rattling noise after I started it and they would not address the issue and treated me like crap. Now my car is still in service and they won't even give me a loaner because the service manager is a rude and obstinate individual.

BEWARE ! ! ! So after several weeks ofNo response from these clowns we finally are giving up And getting legal advice. STAY clear please like I said do yourself a favor and don't get charmed into going to this dealer, we received a message "contact us "and we did,,,,,,and that was it, we stated our concerns and no response. I've never ever complained about a business or service but these are true true buffoons ! Go somewhere else,,,, read other reviews and you be the judge.

B M W of Bakersfield has done away with free estimates of car repair after 150 years of automotive repair!That's HUGE!Now that they've buried every part of their cars behind shrouding and covers they refuse to look at a car or even estimate repair costs without getting some money from you first! This has never been done in the automotive industry before! It's also why we'll never buy another BMW!We were considering buying an electric BMW but thanks to your greedy scheme my wife agrees No more pretentious piles of garbage Thank you BMW of Bakersfield!!

Elie Jamal is a rock star! He took care of us from start to finish!! He had all the financing and paperwork drawn up. All I had to do was walk in and sign the paperwork and get the keys. I love how he treats everyone like family. Definitely recommend working with him because you won't be sorry! Best dealership experience ever!
