I took my car in for service and needed new locks keys and key fobs. It took them over 10 days to get my car back to me, and when they did, it had physical damage. Someone there drove my car into another car or backed another car into mine, and there was damage to the front bumper. An imprint on the front bumper from another vehicle's license plate and damage to my license plate as well.The GM Jim Linedecker, was rude and insulting. He said he would not take care of it at first. Then only offered $250 for repairs and wanted me to pay the rest!!!It was not my fault they damaged my vehicle. Then he tried to force me to have the work done at his body shop for half the price and quality. I gave him 2 estimates, 1 for repair, and 1 for PPF replacement. I asked to be paid directly since he was likely not going to pay the shops, and it is my right. Jim and the Owner Farhad are absolutely horrible and indecent people who do not care about customers and will rip you off!Buy your next BMW from somewhere else and don't service it here. They did not even repair my lock right. It doesn't work and neither do the key fobs.

It's always intimidating going to a luxury dealership. From LA to Bakersfield, you can tell that they assist a certain type of look. But I have never felt so welcomed before. We saw on the BMW website a used car that seemed like a deal that was too good to be true. We had no intentions of buying and just wanted to take a look. However, having a dealer like Mazen, how could we not buy. He was honest, informative and patient. He really knew the the car we were interested in & allowed us to really feel the car. One thing that I greatly appreciated is how he tried to work around us financially.My boyfriend and I have bought a total of 6 cars together, and this was one of the best experiences we've had. We are so grateful for Mazen!

Just received a 3 Series BMW , drove it for 5 miles then put it in the garage for 2 days .Went to start it yesterday morning and it wouldn't start .Jumper pack got it going , took it to my local dealership to scan the car .I was told this is the original battery and it's almost dead , 35% life left .Called the sales manager who blew me off with the car was checked and it was fine .So out of pocket $235 after 5 miles of use .Not the Yelp review I'd like to have left , trust me .Buyer beware .

Buying a car is sometimes hard but this was a nightmare. These people are always trying to pull something. Specifically the manger of this place. We are buying an expensive car, and they lied about it being certified preowned. But since they advertised it as CPO (which I am convinced is a scam they run) they said they would do the process to make it official. Well, they did that but wasted our time trying to negotiate some other warranty 5 days after the purchase, then told us we had to sign paperwork all over again, which is insane. Then on the same day they did the HUGE IMPORTANT inspection to certify the car, we found a crack in the windshield. The windshield was listed as inspected. Since they were saying we could not have the car without signing new purchase paperwork, we didn't own it so we just gave it back. After that they still tried to cash our check. The guy that does their paper work is named Shady. That is just a funny coincidence. Lastly their tactics were that of an abusive spouse. Gaslighting us at every turn. Always saying they are doing us a favor, which is all wasting our time for them to correct their mistakes. I could go on but why. We followed up with a letter to their general manager and they never responded.

*AVOID SERVICING YOUR CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP*My mother n law dropped off her 2012 BMW M5 for an oil change service and brakes, no other issues with vehicle when it was left. When she went to pick up her car, driver side door alarm was going off...they then proceeded to advise her to leave the car again and they would fix the problem claiming a sensor went bad (what a coincidence) but it would cost her $1500!! For a problem it did not have when it was left. She argued about the issue advising them again the car did not have that issue when it was dropped off..they then offered to help her out and only charge her $500 for the part. Not wanting to drive off with that issue, she again left the car for that problem to get fixed..this looks like the typical "take advantage of a woman" scam that you always here of mechanic shops doing to get more money.. unfortunately she ok'd the work to be done because she felt like she had no other option. Definitely will no longer be using their service anymore.

Thank you to the salesman who helped me. Mazen was very patient and understanding with my questions. I wanted a 330i which I fell in love with. It was a fabulous deal however my insurance doubled due to having State Farm. I will always come back here as they explained everything in detail and were very kind and considerate. Don't be afraid to come here for the car of your dreams. I am getting new insurance and will be back for my car.

Actually I bought a used car on 01/30/2025 from BMW of Bakersfield . After test drive I saw one of the piece from from passenger door missing and salesman Ali Took a piece and put it back. I didn't know that there was something wrong with the door lock and someone tried to fix it. I did buy the car and they made me sign lots of papers. i bought a car Toyota Camry 2022 for 22990 dollars. But same night I figured that on the paperwork They charged me 1995 dollars for theft deterrant Device and 995 dollars for Windshield protection but they didn't let me know verbally that I had to pay for those services. I went back to them next morning and told them that I don't have that much money and want to cancel these options because it says optional and I was not aware that I will have to pay for that. But Manager Jose refused to cancel that service and told me that "Its like a home buying, if you signed something then we don't cancel that service and you will have to pay" . I told him that I came because i liked the deal but nobody told me that I will have to pay extra 3000 dollars after 22990 dollars. I told the manager that I dont want the car and want yo return it but he said " once you drove car from our parking lot, you can't return it, you can do whatever you want". I told manger that I will go to court but he answered by stating " you go wherever you want, you can't do anything". So my car has defected right front door plus I will have to pay extra 3000 dollars which is a big fraud and cheating with innocent customers. NEVER EVER GO TO BMW of Bakersfield, I hate them now.

Sadly this BMW dealership service department refuses to service 2010 and older BMW vehicles. As you can see from other commenta here, it looks like their service department is poorly managed and does not respect its customers or the BMW brand expectations.
