1. They have no customer service experience. They don't even say hello just tell you to sit down and afterwards to pay. Crazy rude. 2. She didn't even do a good job she missed a bunch of hair on my eyebrows3. She was heavy handed, it hurt more than anyone else and left my eyebrows red and puffy. That never happens. Poor technique. I won't go back. I'd rather give my money to women who are actually nice and appreciate their customers.

We want Rocky back this location was so convenient for me Ming & S.real is way too far I won't have anyone else but Rocky she's the best!!!

I'm torn on this review! I recently moved and this location is the most "on my way home" at this time. Now when I first started having my brows threaded, the owner of the salon was the one I would wait to see. As she's grown her client base and built basically a little threading empire for herself (3-4 locations in town now!), she's in high demand and there's no way to know which shop she'll be at on any given day. As a whole, I love threading and I love the price and the convenience of this salon's location. Also, I've never had a problem before with misshapen brows or an employee rushing and nipping my skin. But for my most recent visit, there was only 1 worker at 5:30pm, which to me would seem to be the busiest time. When I entered, there was 1 client ahead of me and 1 in the chair. The employee finished insanely quickly...like, I've never seen them thread that quickly before. So my turn. Yay. Get my brows cleaned up and unfortunately, they were (slightly) filled in so I didn't notice the large nip out of my left brow until the following morning. I understand the business can't fix this and it's too late now, but it concerns me about how FAST she was working--she broke the thread about 10 times and my skin is still a little raw a few days later. 10/10 will return BUT with hesitation this time.

This is my go to place to get my eyebrows threaded not only because it's close to my house but they get the job done and I always have perfect brows when I walk out. You won't get much conversation or customer service from the workers but you will be in and out in 10 minutes.

Customer service is awful. The girls there are very rude and never try to make conversation with there clients. They do a good job but "customer service" is really important to me.

This place is great!! I'm so glad there is a threading place in the Northwest!! My first visit there was a wait, second there was no one there. She got my brows the way I wanted them and I was happy!! Yay!!It is sparsely decorated but hey it does the trick, in and out in just a couple of minutes. I would recommend this place because if you are not a fan of waxing a I am NOT, then go here for $7 it's well worth the trip. She also offers more than brows but I don't use those services. Just FYI.

They changed a lot service , products ,girls r friendly . Salon is always clean and will be coming back

Mardeep is Awesome ! Not sure I spelled her name correctly. But she's great! Knew exactly how I wanted my eyebrows. Definitely my go to place!

My favorite threading place! They always get the shape of my eyebrows just right. Love them so much that I always waited to come here when I was out of town for college. Very quick service. Super cool that they have a stamp card now!

I've been coming here for a few years now, I don't really trust anyone else but the ladies here with my eyebrows. I have thick eyebrows and they always leave me with the perfect shape each time. I enjoy how quickly they take care of you. Saw a review that said "they have no customer service" just because they tend to you so quickly. I personally enjoy just coming in, sitting down, and paying. Never last more than 10 minutes since they work so quickly and precise!
