Blue Ribbon Automotive & Smog

These guys are great. I made an appointment and they fixed my car, which had been to another shop twice before, waited for back order parts and still not fixed. This time it works perfectly and seems like my old car again. I'm so happy to finally have my daily driver back and to have it working perfectly. I'm also extremely happy to have finally found a good honest place to get my vehicles repaired.

I came in for a smog. I honestly had a nice and comfortable time. The guy in the front office was super kind and informative when things came up about my car and explained every charge/ action very well. He also made kind conversation and gave the experience a 10/10 definitely will be coming back if I need anything.

Went for a smog. 79 bucks too 1300 bucks to 2300 to 2900 front desk Jamie is rude and loves to explain everything and why? Won't tell me the price unless I listen to her shpeel! STFUP LADY. I probably paid gladly if I didn't have a flashback or every ex.

Paid $71 for a smog they could even perform. Then wanted another $60 for retest. OUCH!! I understand if I failed and if it needed to be retested, but they couldn't even test it the first time. The guy next door with much more helpful and wasn't just after my credit card, plus FREE RETEST!There are better places around town. I thought this was one of them.

I was nervous going into a Man's car Shop. So I put on a Brave Face and went in. All I can say is;" what was I nervous about ". The man was so Informative. He answered all my questions even the silly ones because I flat didn't know. He was fast and efficient. Kind, helpful then filled the information DMV wants. People someday maybe you'll meet me Because I'm DEFINITELY GOING BACK TO AMERICAN SMOG SHOP AND I WON'T BE NERVOUS!!!

In and out very quick. The price was reasonable for something that is mandated. I would recommend this business to family and friends. Friendly staff, and a good location for those in the Southwest but very well worth driving to.

Got my truck smogged and they were extremely efficient and were super quick! I cannot remember the name of the guy at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable. Prices were great! $65 for the smog and certificate! Thanks Blue Ribbon!

They don't have prices posted , are rude and charge $45 for retesting.

I've been going to this facility for about three years now, the people are very friendly the service is fast. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need very honest. They also have a military discount for those who qualify for one. Close to DMV and east to find.
