First timers , Amazing service! Food was great!You know it's great when the owner jumps in and helps his staff!

They are now located off of rosedale in a food truck park. The food is authentic goat birria with yummy consume. The service was ok they did walk my order out to me, I sally food trucks do not do that. The ambiance is outside patio with loud country music. It is a beautiful day to eat outside however the music is not my cup of tea. I would recommend to come and check out authentic birria tacos.

Just had the most amazing tacos at BIRRIERTA LOS PATRONCITOS! The flavors were on point and absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back again soon!

DELICIOUS!! They tend to move locations and be in different spots but we caught them close to our house. My family and I decided to get Queso birria tacos! They all come with their own consume, onion and cilantro on the side along with the hot sauce. They also come with a side of lemon. The food was HOT and fresh!!! The consomé didn't taste fatty and was so yummy and had great flavor. The tacos were crispy, juicy and super flavorful. Perfect to dip into the consomé. The Jamaica was refreshing but a bit too sweet for me I wish it was a bit more tangy and sour, but that's my own preference. There was a lot of seating and lots of parking, I will definitely be coming back for me. I ordered 6 tacos, 3 consomés and 2 aguas and came out to a bit over $30.

Delicious birria tacos ! There's a few of these in town , we visit the one on the east side ... the food taste delicious. Always hot and freshly made. We usually get the barbacoa tacos with consomé . 9/10 they have aguas frescas that are also delicious . Service is quick and ambiance is outside. Will be returning and recommend!

Are they using red 40 or food coloring ? This red does not look like it comes from the chiles or spices they use.Last couple of times they've messed up our orderes and given us chivo instead of carne de res.

Best Birria I've had here in the US by far. This birria taste just like the ones I would buy in Mexico. The console is hands down the best around, the crunchy quesatacos are just like they are in Mexico and doesn't seem to be your normal store bought tortillas.I'm not a big fan a goat birria but this place knows how to make it right and it's always amazing with the hand made tortillas and their salsa. This place is so good I'm actually mad I've been eating birria anywhere else.Th lower ratings of this place I see are mainly people not being correct on what they think they're ordering. I see a lot of people leaving Lowe reviews because they got flour tortillas because they order quesabirrias due to that name being popular here in the US but what they are expecting is what they call a quesataco at this location which technically is the correct term for it.

I will never go back to this place again. Menudo wasn't washed well, I paid 15 dollars for a cup full of broth with no tripe. The wait time was ridiculous for the amount of customers that were waiting. Very upsetting and disappointing. I do not recommend this place. Sadly the place I normally go to on casa Lima was full, lesson learned. I will wait for a better place.

I stopped by about 8Pm on a Thursday. Order 2 quesa birria tacos and a Jamaica. The cashier taker told me they would be on flour tortillas, would that be OK. So no hand made corn tortillas - sad face emoji. Two tacos were enough, well filled. The small plastic think of sauce, very hot! I like spicy condimented but not spicy hot. Taste cautiously first. I didn't get broth....what, birria tacos without caldo are like a French Dip sandwich without a side of au jus. I asked and was told one should request it when ordering, but she was kind enough to give me a dipping cup of caldo. Travelers on Hwy 58 - right off the Mt Vernon Exit on the NE corner, turn east on Brundage and park behind the east side of the trailer. This is not so much a food truck, but a food trailer parked daily with a permanent seating area, so in between a food truck and a taco stand with outdoor seating.

I really enjoyed the food. I had them while they were parked at the Rosedale Hwy food truck park. They took a while to take the order and to make the order however, I enjoyed the food.
