Big Belly Pizza

not sure if they've hired new people to make the food but the last two times i've gone there to get the meatball sub it has been disappointing. but this time was extremely disappointing. when i got home and opened it up there was no sauce like there usually is and the cheese wasn't even melted as it usually is. i considered going back to see if they could remake it but i honestly didn't want to drive all the way back so that's on me for not giving them that chance to fix it but i also shouldn't have to do that to begin with. just a bummer that the quality seems to be going down.

I've been here a few times! Pizza alone is one of my favorite foods Their timing is pretty accurate when calling for pick up. All the girls have always been easy to talk to when taking the order. Food has always been cooked well and warm upon arrival. Love that they have a good variety of sauces! Definitely recommend

Review is based on two visits. The first time we ordered at the store and both pies were excellent. The second time we ordered off the website and they were horrible. Beware the website as it conflates your toppings.

Visiting my son here in Lancaster and in the mood for some pizza. Found this place on Yelp. I ordered the pepperoni, sausage with garlic in the Wimpy size. My pizza came a little over $8.00. Very reasonably priced for such a delicious pizza. I also ordered their mozzarella sticks which were pretty basic. The girls working the front were very nice. This place must be pretty popular as there were a constant flow of customers picking up their pizzas while we waited for our food order. Try this place out as I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Came to belly today for lunch I got 2 pies to try . one I made on my own and signature pie both pizza were Wimpy size. I ordered a veggie pizza with roasted garlic and peppers, tomato, red onion on white sauce which is Alfredo it was good I should not have put that roasted garlic but other than that it's delicious. Maybe a red sauce next time. The bbq chicken pizza was good both needed a lil more sauce and the crust was a lil doughy not chewy but doughy I like my pizza a more crispier but it was good. The lady at desk greeted me with a hello how can I help you she even offered ranch which is good. The shop looked like a regular pizza shop with a couple of seats inside. I'm sure you could seat outside when weather is permitting. In the end I would come back to big belly.

This place has become the pits! Quality is still there, but the employees have no idea what they are doing. Most frustrating place to do business with that I put up with. And the only reason that I do put up with it is because we have a food allergy in the family that we can work around there at Big Belly. The service is terrible! I can't stress it enough.

Food is good. Their service though is very disappointing. If you order - pick up. I ordered today using their online service. Just for wings it was an hour wait plus $7 delivery and more for tip. That's all fine (I usually pick up but we are all home sick with the flu) it is now over two hours later and two separate calls checking in and still no wings. Last I called the girl said the delivery guy left 20 minutes ago. 2hrs 15 min and no apology and no wings still. Unfortunately, no more wings for us.

I arrived late last night to collect my order and noticed a floor sign advertising their new pumpkin spice deep-fried Oreos. As an enthusiast of pumpkin-flavored products, I decided to try one. Upon returning home, I found the Oreo to be exceptionally delectable. Regrettably, I did not purchase an additional order. However, I intend to return soon to make another purchase.

My wife phoned in an order here that I was going to pick up. When I arrived, they told me no one had placed an order by that name. My wife called to straighten it out, and the individual she spoke with said I asked for the wrong name. Instead of the employee apologizing, and saying they got the name wrong, he doubled down and literally said that I don't know my wife's name. I understand mistakes happen, no biggy. But to say that I don't know my wife's name? Who would be insane enough to say something like that? The pizza here is average at best anyway. We'll be going to Rigatony's from now on; the food is better and the service is fast, friendly and problem free.

My experience was exceptional thanks to an employee named Jonathan. Overall tasty food and great customer care.
