Went here looking for a recliner love seat set and Robert helped us find the perfect one. He is a very sweet, attentive salesperson and definitely will be going back to purchase more furniture in the future.We received our recliner set the very next day within the designated time frame. The delivery persons were professional and setup exactly where we asked.

Maybe this will get Mr. Larry's attention. Let me start from the beginning. We bought a couch from their salesman David in January of 2019. Excellent customer service. Just over a year after we purchased, our couch started to rip on 2 of the cushion seams. We called and they said they would take care of it. I set up a time with Larry to stop by our home to take a look and pick up the cushions. After waiting on him the next day FOR 2 HOURS, I called and he said "my driver said he already came by." Do you think I would call if they already stopped by? After that, I didn't trust them. 3 weeks later, we finally had our new cushions, after messing up the size they ended up replacing the entire cushion with the fabric. We also had a pillow that was ripped too, he brought the wrong size back to me and said "sorry it's the wrong size, you can just sew the other cushion yourself." It's just a pillow, but the comment was so rude. About 2 weeks later, the other 2 cushions started to rip. I called Mr. Larry a WEEK ago and he still hasn't returned my phone call. We paid over $2200 for this couch and it's just over 1.5 years old. They said when we bought the couch it was a "lifetime guarantee." This place is a JOKE, their furniture is junk and I do not recommend to anyone.

Great job Dave!Three weeks ago I went to Beverly home Furnishings on Rosedale hwy and bought a king bedroom set with mattresses ,we had a custom made sofa chaise sectional, I got delivery to my home today,I love it and the quality of it.Dave was very helpful, he explained the frame construction lifetime warranty, fabric 1 year but after that 1 year if any reason fabric goes wrong he will contact manufacturers for me to get it fixed.I was so happy with the service, Dave was very informative and professional I brought my Mother to buy furniture from him as well.Very Nice man, Thankyou Dave for all your help!!

They were amazing fabulous customer service! Will definitely shop there again!! We went for some mattresses and I just had the best experience after being at other places and was really discouraged so we stopped here as a last resort and it will definitely be the first stop for any of my other furniture needs.

I'm not surprised Beverly's is going out of business. I bought three Renue mattress's from them in 2019 that have a ten year warranty and they are junk and falling apart and Beverly's wont warranty them. I have spent several thousand dollars at this store and this is how I get treated. They wont even provide me with a receipt or paid invoice so the manufacturer wont even warranty them without that. Why don't you have a receipt or paid invoice you can provide me? Any reputable business keeps there paid receipts/invoices for 5 years or longer. Unfortunately my paid receipt/invoice was misplaced with all the other receipts/invoices of stuff I have purchased from Beverly's over the years. All you need to do is give me a paid receipt/invoice so the manufacturer can replace the mattress. This is a terrible business with bad ethics.

Worst service ever. The owner is rude and argumentative. The furniture is expensive and cheaply made. Our dresser was missing all the bolts and the mirror. When we went to tell him he didn't believe and became very argumentative even though we had the receipt. Needless to say we left with no bolts and no mirror. How did their mistake all of a sudden become our fault.
