As you can see from the past reviews the entire staff here has been a joke for years! From the front dest to the financing department no one has morals. They are racist, rude and very discriminative to who they want to serve. A 745 credit score wont get you approved but the right skin color will. After being told I was denied approved denied then approved. Joel who was shady from the time I walked in sold me a defective 2023 excavator that broke down after 5 months with 28hr on it. Now Berchtold WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY on a brand new machine. These cowards who cant have a conversation are being lead by the General Manager who hangs up the phone when confronted like a child. Legal action already being taken.

3/16/2023 charged $300 for an estimate for my Kubota L4610 to be fixed for lack of power in high gear. After about 3 months with my tractor, they charged $7140.71 to have cluch replaced, axle oil seal,etc.The tractor had the same issue after I brought it home. I took it back to the shop and they said the transmission needed to be repaired and it would cost me another $7100.00. I did not get my tractor fixed. The total would have been over $14,500 for my problem to be fixed. To much money for a 20+ year old tractor and no guarantee they wouldn't find something else to charge me for.
