Benchmark has a very professional team! All there techs are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have been using them for a few years know not just for the times the Bakersfield heat puts my unit to the test, but I'm also for my annual tuneup. I bought my current house less than a year ago, in which the seller of course failed to mention some of the problems. The ac being one of them. Not only did they tell me what's wrong they showed me pictures of the problems (my units on the roof), and the best way to address them. Not only do they do any amazing job on residential ac, but my work has called them out to do industrial jobs as well. After they came out to install a pressure washer, our paint both oven decided to die. After our "maintenance man" couldn't get it going after a day, the manager called Benchmark. About an hour after Aaron arrived it was going again.

After living in my 100+ year old home, and having no problems with my AC, I came home from an out-of-town trip to find my house a ver uncomfortable 95F degrees! Yikes! Enter Benchmark Air Conditioning and their very courteous staff. Everyone I spoke to was sympathetic about my situation, and they acted quickly to help me resolve it. I am so grateful to Ken, the technician who came out early on a Saturday morning to install a new blower motor. Thank you, Benchmark Air Conditioning.

The people at this store are so helpful and professional. When it's 108degrees and your air conditioner breaks you freak out. The person that answers the phone does all she can to put your mind at ease and gets your air conditioner fixed in the best and speediest service ever!I recommend Benchmark!

This isn't the first time I've used Benchmark A/C. But it is the first time I've used them to repair our A/C. Their service has always been great and this time was no different. Ken, who did our service inspection in the spring, was or service tech. He's a great guy, easy to talk to, very professional and not intimidating for the homeowner. Our A/c stopped blowing cold air at 5:30pm when it was 104 outside! Ken showed up the next morning, went right to work, isolated the problem, clearly communicated the issue and the cost to replace it, and installed a new part within an hour. Benchmark has a fantastic team and they will continue to be our "Go-to" for any and all HVAC maintenance and service requests.
