After calling and talking to an associate she directed me to make an appointment online because she was too busy. I made the appointment and cleared my day to go to this boutique because we knew we weren't going to be able to go to the expo they were showcasing in search of a dress for my niece. Emails and texts were received on my end for confirmation of the appointments. However the surprise we got walking in the door was a shocked associate asking what we came in for. When I told her we had an appointment she said "uh oh" as if she had no idea or double booked I assumed. She said her fitting rooms aren't available due to "there's stuff in them." Apparently her manager told her there were no appointments for Rey one that day. It makes no sense since I was given a confirmation days before and a reminder the day of that why I couldn't receive a call, email or text notification that my appointment would need to be canceled instead of wasting my damn time. Completely unprofessional. It's embarrassing to the "company" to display lack of communication within their employees and I will not return nor recommend this store to anyone it's not worth anyone's time.

The service was amazing! The workers there were so lovelt and patient. Their dresses were gorgeous and I definitely what I was looking for! The manager Asusena was really helpful and attentive, definitely had patience while helping me choose dresses for myself and my daughters.

I bought my daughters Xmas ball dress and the staff was friendly and helpful they also offer altering at an additional cost but definitely worth it.

Found this dress shop surprisingly on Instagram and I have returned twice and purchased three dresses! I will recommend trying on dresses! I always get compliments on my dresses! I've worn two long formal dresses to weddings and one to a Bridal Shower! Sometimes they have dresses on clearance too :).

Very nice formal clothing for women and children. Formal clothing for weddings, anniversaries, quinceinyeta, birthdays, baptism, and so forth. They have all kinds of asserories and going out purses. Beautiful clothing and good prices. The ladies there are very nice and helpful. Great service!!! Will definitely be back. Would definitely recommend.

Asusena was amazing she gave us her undivided attention and time and gave my Niece the best quinceanera experience ever!

The dress selection was ok at best, but if you don't speak Spanish you will have a hard time with customer service. Very little effort to help and once the girl's boyfriend came in, it was game over and we left. This was the second time my family and I have experienced this and we will not be going back. I'm genuinely not "that person" and my family is very understanding but the lack of customer service regardless is what does it.

Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, & rude. They've canceled 3 appointments with my SIL, one of them at the very last minute. On the last cancellation they didn't even apologize! She will no longer be doing business with them.

Quinceañera dress selection is wide and beautiful They are open to allow you to join their photo shoots!!!

No help what's so ever if you plan on going in well you're on your own to look around and find what you need because they're no help at all. Not even a welcome in I get it sometimes the employees are busy but if I walk in and you guys are leaning on the counters having nothing to do then there's a problem. I said Hi Incase then didn't see the 4 of us walk in but no response looked around a little more and walked out! Not planning on spending money where you're not being welcomed and practically ignored.
