I've used BBQbyDan at least 6 different times and it's been excellent EVERY SINGLE TIME. Consistent, professional and the food is incredible. I get endless compliments from my guests every time I use him. I can't say enough good things.

My daughters wedding was Saturday in Quartz Hill and we couldn't be happier with everything. This was beyond the best BBQ I've ever had. Beats Dickey's & Famous Dave's in all ways. He should bottle his BBQ sauce and sell it, it's so good. They are so easy to work with, they offer 4 meats at one time. Who gets four meat choices at a wedding? In fact who gets all 4 meats on one plate at a wedding? This guy does that. This is not your typical one tiny plate food service. They charge by the person and not by the plate so it basically turned into all you can eat... My guests went back two and three times and piled their plates high and there was so much food and it was so good. We even have leftovers. They provide everything, the plates, the napkins,the utensils, the tables. If you don't like their table cloths you can use your own, if you don't like their utensils you can use your own and so on. Food was served hot and on time. Use these guys, you'll love them.

Dan provided the food for a party in October with over 100 guests. The food was absolutely fantastic - all the meats were tender and the meats and ranch slaw were delicious. Dan outdid himself on the macaroni and cheese (excellent!). He provided dinner rolls and butter, lemonade, and all the plates, cups, and utensils. This was the third event I had been to that was catered by Dan, and each one was perfect. Dan is great to work with and he and his server were professional. His prices were very reasonable. I would certainly want him to cater any future event that I plan.

Do it. Just do it, you will not regret it! Dan was great! Showed up on time with more food than we had discussed. The food was fantastic! All the bbq was tender and delicious with a ton of food left over! We will be using him again cause Dan rocks!
