Bangkok Noy Thai Grocery Store

Love this place! It's a small Asian grocery store, but they also have a restaurant connected to it. Just about anything you would need for Thai/Lao food. ***BEWARE However, because it is CASH ONLY!*** Most of the Asian markets I've been to in the area have been filipino, and lack many of the things that I have been looking for, but not this one! This place is great, and has a decent selection of veg/fruit and meats, but smaller than what I'm used to. Check them out for yourself and let me know your thoughts. Very friendly service!

The store is located in the * not so glamorous* part of town. Most of my friends come here for their take out food and boast , it's the best Thai Food in Visalia. After shopping the store for Asian Vegetables and Tapioca Flour , I ordered a Beef Pad See Yew. Sadly to say , I never got a chance to taste it. When I brought it home , my Wife and Daughter devoured it during the short time I was checking my email. I had a container from Bangkok Noy and a container of Papaya Salad from Pho N Seafood . They thought both containers were Pad See Yew.I will have to go back to Bangkok Noy another day and order my Pad See Yew

Bombbbbb pho!!!! I can't get enough. I don't live in town but would always make a pit stop to get their pho every time.

This is the review for the restaurant, not the grocery store. When you enter the sitting area is a small area to the left in a room. The decor is not the greatest inside, but I'm not gonna ding points for that's a good sign that the food could be great. The owner is a husband and wife. The husband was very nice. I asked him for a plate suggestion similar to a pad thai. He wasn't comprehending much, so I stick with a seafood combination pad thai. Very inexpensive at $6.99, and the portion is pretty generous. He was very attentive at filling up my cup with water. I also ordered a side of egg rolls, which were pretty soft and flavorless. The Thai iced tea was fantastic. Best I've had yet.The complete order was about $10. They only take cash, and there's no ATM, so make sure to bring cash. They were nice to let me leave and get the money. Overall, I would definitely come back. Inexpensive like Thai restaurants in L.A., and really good food.

This is my favorite pho shop in Visalia. The food is incredible! Very complex pho broth and plenty of sides and always has fresh basil! I love the seafood pho. Place is in need a facelift, but is always clean. The staff very helpful and efficient. The owner and his wife are such nice pleasant people. In addition to the restaurant, there is an Asian grocery. They also have hot food already prepared that you can buy to go. This is usually a chicken leg and Asian hot sauce with stickey rice or fish instead. Various deserts. Very interesting place. Bring cash as they do not accept credit cards.

The best Pho in town! The surrounding area is sketchy, but the food is superb!! Bring Cash, because they do not accept debit or credit cards.

I have had pho all over the country including "Little Saigon" in Orange County. This is one of the best broths I have enjoyed. Peter and Jacklyn are so sweet and thoughtful! Cash only. Worth a trip to the ATM!
