Jennifer and her company Ballooniverse are amazing! I needed some balloon decorations for my wife's birthday in less than a week and was scrambling around trying to find someone who could help me. I went to social media and contacted 2 people before her but the first cancelled after committing and I wasn't impressed with the second person I spoke to. I went back to the drawing board and searched on Yelp, then called Jennifer. She answered her phone immediately, had a great personality over the phone and was extremely professional. She advised that we first setup a meeting in person as a consultation, so that we can best determine my needs and ideas. She was incredible when we sat down and met, her office had every single balloon color imaginable and she not only asked me the right questions to find out what I was looking to do but she provide guidance and excellent advice! The day of setup and delivery, she arrived with her phenomenal assistant Sherry on time and took care of it all. I was all over the place that day trying to finalize things for my wife's birthday party and she handled everything which gave me a lot of relief. Once everything was setup, she sends me pictures to confirm everything was done but it doesn't stop there. The very next day after the party, her assistant sent me a text message to ask when would be a good time to come pick up her items. Sherry came over at my convenience based on my schedule and left my backyard immaculate! I had confetti balloons pop and the confetti was all over the place. I assumed they didn't have to pick up balloons that popped and confetti but she did and I was very appreciative for that! I only work with companies and people who are reliable, honest, trustworthy and great. Jennifer and her company Ballooniverse are all of that and more! I will be contacting her for future events and recommending her to everyone. She's a great person and is a fantastic small business that has earned my business! Jennifer did a wonderful job with balloon art in our front yard to celebrate my wife's birthday. She was prompt in returning my original call, worked with my budget and transformed my vision into a reality. I highly recommend!

Great balloon arrangement for my sons birthday! Jennifer was Professional and helpful when I needed help paying by Venmo. The arrangement was delivered early with plenty of time to spare before the party and looked great. My son loved it! I will definitely be calling when I have another party and need some cool decorations!

Jennifer jumped in with one day's notice to make my dad's 88th birthday surprise a total delight. He couldn't stop laughing and was just thrilled when a giant balloon bouquet showed up at the door of his assisted living facility. I said, "Dad, you had to wait 88 years for this!" He said "It was well worth it!" Thanks Jennifer for making his day incredibly special!
