So when my labs came up on the bad side I decided that it is time to make a change. With that came my good friend John Hallum to the rescue. John is not only a body builder but he is a Personal Trainer as well. I have really never worked out with weights like I am now and wanted to help my performance when I am working out especially since I am going 5 days a week. The staff at BSN was super knowledgeable in every product that is on their shelf. John gave me a few examples of what to look for and instead of having to wait for Amazon to ship I went to BSN. They asked several questions on what I was looking for and what I wanted to achieve. I went with the suggestions of both John and the staff at BSN and came home with Gym Candy Pre-workout and Tactical Amino's.I have never taken the pre-workout before and being a little sensitive to caffeine after lets say 3 I was a little worried about being able to sleep at night. The Gym Candy calls for one scoop 15 to 30 minutes before your workout, which instead of 1 scoops I just took a 1/2. Both John and the Staff suggested that and if I felt that I could take the full scoop I could diffidently try on the next workout. FYI a 1/2 was plenty and WOW huge boost in energy during the workout and I felt that I was able to do more than before!!! Thanks for the great service and suggestions on helping me achieve my goals!!!!

Their store is conveniently near me and I've always gone to this location for any supplemental needs. The gentleman that helped me today was friendly and answered all my questions, as all the employees have always done. Customer service is great there! I appreciate their help.

Everyone seems to love this place so we will go back again I am sure. Our first experience was ok.We were looking for another similar store and ran across this one thanks to our GPS... so maybe it was fate.We did find everything we were looking for. Bought a couple of things. Supposedly, this place is cheaper than other places according to staff and Yelp reviews.The staff were `òut of little cups initially for samples`even though the sign out front is inviting everyone in to try the protein shakes... but then later the cups magically appeared. Maybe the guy did not want to open the containers for us but he did without us having to ask him to and we appreciated that. He seemed knowledgeable enough and answered our questions the best he could until other customers came in.If you come in and are a guy, be prepared to be greeted as `dude`. Not so professional but funny all the same.*Update - a couple of more trips in to buy yet more stuff has been different and I have upped this review by a star. The staff has been different each time and they have been knowledgeable, professional but friendly. They will always give you free samples of what they have open at the time. I have also found this to be a no-pressure buying zone. I like it.*

I've bought many good products here recently I bought a product that wasn't for me and these guys were great they took it back no problem! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff to deal with!

The guys over there were really helpful very knowledgeable of the products they have on the shelf they give great recommendations for what to use in my peak week thank you to Ted and Mark and the rest of the guys. Much appreciated

Recently heard of this store, so I came in to buy pre workout along with some protein and got some very helpful information from 2 gentlemen. Less than a week later, I'm beyond satisfied with the products and appreciate them for educating me on my fitness goals and how to reach then. Prices are great, and the samples they gave me help for my next purchase there.

I went there to get new supplements to assist in my fitness goals and the employees were professional and helpful without being pushy to sell stuff. They have a large selection of supplements you can't find easily on Amazon. Plus, based on the physical appearance of the employees (they clearly work out), I was confident they knew more than other chain stores' employees about reaching fitness goals based on their own experience.

Went here this morning, talked to Anthony, great experience! Super helpful, great advice, lots of respect (I am fairly new to the gym culture). 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Favorite spot by far to get my supplements, workers are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They always have great deals!
