In the beginning everything was good and only received great care from the female nurses. The horrible experience came when Carlos was the nurse assigned to assist. He had no compassion nor any ethic for the field that he is currently employed under. He is definitely in the wrong field. And the minute a patients loved one walks in, he acts as f he is a helpful person but the reality is another. If you or a loved one end up there, I highly suggest any other nurse but Carlos.

My Dad was there for a week. He said the food was fair. He was made to wait for an hour and a half without water or any instructions, waiting on a nurse to admit him. When it came time for discharge, he was to be sent home with a certain medication he needed specifically. We were told it was called to the pharmacy. It wasn't. The next I called and was told by case manager it would be called in. Next day had to call and leave a VM with case management again to get the prescription filled, PLEASE! No response. The fourth day I made three calls to case management and left VM's, I called Pharmacy twice and and left a VM and talked to a person and FINALLY THE message got through for them to call the doctor to get the prescription. Absolutely ridiculous that a patient has to fight to get a necessary RX 4 days after discharge!!!!!!!

I highly recommend this rehab facility. My mom has been here twice and they have always provided exceptional care. The staff is super friendly and they are eager to get your loved one back into tiptop shape so they can be released back home. We loved everything about this rehab facility and recommend them to all our family and friends.

Came for a visit stayed for lunch at the cafe. Marina, the manager, was inviting and kind. The food was great and well priced!!!!
