Spent a lot of money. I won't lie about that. I walked away with a sweet ride and maybe it felt like they were trying to make a sell, but I also really needed a car. It felt like they were working with me, I was able to get out of there with a 2023 Outlander and a 390 mo. payment. The men who work there were such gentlemen and they were real supportive of working with my budget. Also, I didn't bring my down payment until almost a week later on a Saturday because I couldn't make it to the bank. They were wicked understanding and didn't hold it against me. Pretty classy.

I would not recommend them to no one. Service manager needs to be replaced and the mechanic that stole part off my car and than tried to get me to buy same part. never had work done on my car purchased brand new with just 11 miles took it in because I been had problems with stereo since I got the car and found out war expired and have to purchase or fix it on my own. defect stereo put into cars. I had scheduled oil change and than sent me a picture of a part missing off my car and ask me did I have radiator problems becausee that cover is missing. I knew he was lying and they stole the part because my car never have been touch but oil change replace battery otherwise I would have brought it to them if any of radiator had problems because my car still under warranty. so please don't take ur cars to Mitsibishi can't trust them anymore that car place went down.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mitsubishi of Bakersfield and had a fantastic experience! From the sales team to the service department, they did exactly what was promised to us. Buying a car can be frustrating and overwhelming but we never felt that with them. Our salesman was TY and he treated us with respect and professionally. Even when we had some concerns about pricing and financing the GM Mark spent time with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Isaiah was friendly and very professional with all of our questions and concerns. There was some minor cosmetic damage that was addressed immediately and written into the contract that Mitsubishi would take care of it, and they honored their word. Finally, Patricia is outstanding! Her customer service skills are Top Notch, and she is so kind and friendly. This combination of employees made this purchase enjoyable and easy. We will be back to Bakersfield Mitsubishi! Thanks again for making everything work out for us!

The claim of receiving 120% of the Kelley Blue Book value is completely false. I visited a dealership with my 2020 Nissan Kicks SR, which has low mileage and is in excellent condition. According to Kelley Blue Book, the trade-in value for my vehicle is $17,000. However, the dealership offered me only $13,000, which is significantly lower than what was advertised. This is clearly a case of false advertising, and the dealership could potentially face legal consequences. I am extremely disappointed and feel that my time was wasted at this dealership.I still haven't received any phone calls back in regards to this matter so that I can take advantage of their 0% apr for 60 months.

Service was amazing! Spent a lot a time at a different dealership but they just wasted my time. I came here and Mr. George Emsais showed us around with no complaints at all and we got a car within a few hours and are very please. Troy also helped make the process very easygoing. He made many jokes and was very patient and nice.

SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SANITY!!!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! I financed a car with Bakersfield Mitsubishi 12/11/23 and when I left, I was told everything went thru and I was good to go. I've been waiting to receive my letter in the mail to where I am supposed to pay my car note to, like I was told I would from the gentleman who sold me the car and I never did. I even called 2/1/2024 to ask Tyren the salesmen who helped me if he could direct me back to the person who helped me get insurance and was not told about them not being able to finance or about cancellation. Then on 2/8/2024 I was called by Jackie in the finance department telling me they couldn't find financing. I asked her about the 10 day law and she basically kept avoiding the issue. She is barely calling me and quite frankly harassing me over the course of 2 days, two whole months later. I read online the Law in California is the dealer has ten days to find financing or they could cancel the contract but only with in the 10 day frame. Jackie also did a credit check with out my permission on 2/10/24 after we spoke around 7 pm, without my knowledge or consent and I confused as to why when they are supposed to be within the legal limits of canceling the contract. When we spoke 2/10/24 she told me if I didn't have the full cover insurance on the car then I would have to bring it back, I got full coverage insurance and brought in the paperwork and while there they told me they have a bank to finance memiraculously after they are threatening to cancel the contract now illegally and will not give me info on how I can make a payment, so I will not have to deal with even more of an issue. The service has been very frustrating and I'm feeling like they are trying to scam me into signing a cancellation and I'm not by any means trying to do so. I just want be treated fairly and lawfully. Again they will not provide me with information on how I can now began paying for the Vehicle and they have also stop answering my calls. Everyone is so busy now and it's impossible to get in touch with the manager. I've also seen other reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints of people saying the same thing happened to them! Save yourself from the hassle! Trust me!

This dealer did not take any responsibility for a recent repair to our Outlander transmission. Their service on the phone and in person while we waited for a repair was unprofessional and uncommunicative. The service manager refused to even help us work to get a repair under warranty. Ultimately we had the vehicle towed to LA just to get it away from them. DO NOT buy or work with these guys!
