Bakersfield Fun Jump N Slide

Oh my gosh what can I say about this AMAZING company except they are Absolutely Awesome!!!From start to finish the customer service was a 10! Jered the owner was super kind and assessable anytime I had a question or a confirmation or needed more info. The two young strapping men who came to set up and take down were just as exceptional! They were so kind and respectful. We had the 68ft obstacle course/17 ft slide at our little festival last weekend And let me tell you it was THE hit for not just the kiddies, but the adults were able to enjoy right along side their kids. They will be the first call I make when we plan our festival again!!Thank you Jered for everything!!!

A few issues make me hesitant to use them again: 1.) They were late for delivery/set up and called an hour after the expected time to inform me that they were running behind; 2.) The tables and chairs on their website are white. I was expecting to have white tables and chairs delivered but instead received gray tables and black chair; 3.) Stephanie gave nothing but excuses when I questioned her about the chairs and did nothing to remedy the issue. Personally, I don't care if you recently acquired the business from a friend. As a new business owner I think it would be useful for you to do your due diligence - check your website, check your inventory to make sure things are as advertised, if not, inform your clients so their are no surprises the day of their event. Pros - The water slide worked well.

Called these people a week before our family reunion, Adam's canceled on me, and had no problem scheduling a time and jump house for the same price. They were very flexible on setup and teardown times. The day of the event the owners came and did the set up! They were on time and setup and took down quickly. Great experience! Will certainly use them again.
